Wally’s Ford service is excellent as is the service at Wally’s Dodge Ram. We had our Ram truck serviced last year at Wally’s and took our Ford expedition in for scheduled maintenance last week. I usually don’t write reviews, however after my last visit I knew I needed to write this one. My purchase was the easiest and least stressful I’ve every had. The people working there are so enjoyable to deal with. They made the whole process stress free. I have bought many cars there before, and traveled more than an hour every time. I’ve been looking for an electric F-150 for a while (test driving the demo many times). I was finally in a position to purchase an electric F-150. I noticed a few days earlier that they finally got two of them in and I had to jump on it. The salesperson was exceptional and straightforward. When we mentioned any concerns, he was quick to address them with no hesitation. Again very straightforward and didn’t try to hide anything about the truck. Worked with us when the price was a little out of our budget and overall a great guy. Definitely coming back here again. Fast and friendly service
Came in the ford dealership with a 2011 F150 with complaints about the engine knocking shaking and running bad not being able to keep up under a load and all the technicians did was scan the computer and give me back the truck not fixed and a service charge of 80 dollars so they wouldn t have to work on it. So don t go to the service department if you want something fixed they won t do it!!!! Instead of fixing it I think they broke something with the air brake system because now they were broke driving on the highway
This was the least stressful and enjoyable car buying experience I have ever had. There was no pressure to buy the car and there was no upselling of warranty s and no unexpected fees added on. Everyone I dealt with was so nice and the whole car buying process only took 3 hours! I would highly recommend.
The Ford dealership where I bought my Explorer from couldnt get me in for 8 weeks for transmission problems. Wallys got me in within 5 days. Had it diagnosed the same day had a loaner for me. Had it back within a week with a new transmission. Thank you Wallys Ford of Adams.

I had a great visit to Wallys Ford service center. I am disabled and I am in a wheelchair 24/7. Wallys service center came to get my car, took it to their service center, performed the repairs I needed, and then brought my car back to me. Wonderful service. I am a big fan of Wallys Ford Service Center.

Just purchased a 2020 chevy Silverado rst. I went to this location after trying to deal with the nelliston location. The nelliston location refused to call me back or return text messages. They told me the truck was sold then said that the Adams location would not transfer it to them. Called them and spoke to Megan and she was amazing. Her and the sales manager went out of their way to earn my business!! Great experience and would definitely recommend them to my family and friends..
I recently bought a 2015 Ford XLT F150. Their sales staff was great (Huck) absolutely no pressure and willing to do everything they could to help me. As for their service department I know that their service technician Gary Has been a Ford technician since a Ford dealership has opened in Adams. I believe that s around 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to do what needs to be done. with that being said, if you are looking for a new or used vehicle, I would definitely consider this place

Funny I got my truck just before Wallys took over now still trying to get things fix at old Chevy which they call pre-owned
This is for the service side only. Service writer lacks communication. Waited weeks for an incomplete parts list and when asked for a complete parts list, they said they couldnt do that. they dont communicate with one another, every phone call was let me ask and get back to you. which never happened unless we called them about it again. A couple months later, we are still waiting on that parts list. called for a routine oil change in hopes after the new owner it would be better. wanted the works and asked to have the oil change, rotation and fluid top offs. That evening we noticed the fluids were not topped off. called two days later and apparently it is no longer included. okay fine, but on the phone i asked to have it done so they said we could schedule another appointment for that it could be about $20 plus but decided against it because at this point I was tired of dealing with them. Started the end of Feb, early March and still have yet to receive an email with the complete parts list.

Just had another The Works service on my 2016 Ford Explorer. Also had some minor body damage when a bird or something hit and destroyed the molding on the left side of my windshield. The damage happened on a Monday and I stopped by on Tuesday to have them check it out. On Saturday the parts were in and the vehicle repaired. I am writing this review because I remain amazed and the quality of their care and service during every visit I make. As I drive about 60,000+ miles per year the visits are frequent. I also want to again commend the sales staff. When I purchased this vehicle (it was a special order and took about 7 weeks for delivery) I could not have been more satisfied not only with price, but the communication and service during the ordering and waiting for delivery process, This dealership is truly one of the very best I have dealt with during my 60+ years of purchasing vehicles.

Went in to trade in and buy a new truck. Worst experience ever. Salesman are beyond terrible. Caught them in 3 different lies and couldn t give a clear answer on numbers and then would tell me you can afford that when it wasn t even in the range of numbers and was way over my budget. Which I found to be rude knowing I couldn t afford that. They just want the commission check and could care less what car they put you in. Would not recommend ever shopping there. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. Very very disappointed with the entire crew at Wally s ford of adams

Scam.. they send you letters in the mail to get in the show room let you drivev a car to let you down..not the 1st time theyve done this we thought they had changed..so we gave them the benefit..every since they bought wallys there values went down hill. We know a part salesman he left for the same reason and he had been there for a very long time..wont go there again!!

0 ZERO STARS. My husband and I were in the market in 2020 purchased* a vehicle. We SPECIFICALLY told CJ & Management that we wanted to CO-SIGN on this auto loan considering we had just gotten married. They made it seem like it d be no problem and we both gave our social security numbers, and thought it d be a straight forward process. They came back said Oh she didn t have any credit history (which is false, I had student loans and credit cards). Then we find out through capital one that capital one can t just add me to the loan THE DEALERSHIP HAS TO. & Then this dealership said Oh you only had a few days to add a name to the loan from our end . I m considering legal action because I believe it was discrimination. If we say we want to co sign and allow you to help find a lender, WHY WOULD YOU NOT EVEN MAKE ME A CO SIGNER. I think it s because I was black, I highly doubt they would have done that series of events with a Caucasian couple, and would have taken them and their request SERIOUSLY. Shame!

Very unprofessional people my sales person Samir lied and said he can get me into a new and bigger suv than what I currently had with low monthly payments long story short he kept screwing around changing his stories up and I went to leave and he said that I had to go inside & tell his manager why I didn t want to buy a used 2 years older than my Jeep I had because it was policy. I told him that I didn t have to do that and left. Do not go to this dealership they are a rip off
Went to trade in my suv and was automatically directed to the used section without even being asked what my finance situation was which really upset me, when I found a decent truck I was only offered 16,000 for my trade in car and I thought it seemed low but trusted them. Backed out of the deal and went to Waite Toyota and was given 21,000 for the suv and went home in a much nicer truck. Difference in dealers on the price maybe.. who knows. The salesman seemed nice but dont automatically shun someone....you lost out on a sale because of it.

Small dealer... the shop was not organised, looks like they are always busy and not time to clean, and pre before next customer or next day. The technician work with porpuse knowing what needs to be done on my truck. It was good to have the change to see the service process through the waiting room. The service clerck was very helpful with my paperwork.

Wow! These guys at Fuccillo Ford are absolutely AMAZING!!! I highly recommend buying a car from them over any other dealership in this area. Hands down. We ve had good experiences at FX Caprara and Caskinettes but Fuccillos really knocked them out of the park! Our salesman was George He has amazing customer service and is very knowledagle about all of the different vehicles there. We stopped by on a whim last Sunday just to look at vehicles. We weren t even expecting them to be open and he popped out and greeted us. We walked around the lot for about 45 minutes together looking at some different options until we found the perfect one within our budget. We were expecting to get no more than $500 for our trade in because of all the issues the vehicle had. They ended up giving us 4x the amount because Jim was able to get us an amazing financing deal and Freddy was also very kind to help us get the ball rolling. 100% recommending them to everyone! came here after very bad experience with a different dealership. The gentleman CJ was phenomenal, took notes of what I was and was not looking for. Had us, family test drive several trucks, more than I planned on. He remembered all my criteria and even had some of his own knowing I was putting my family in it, refused to let me look at a used vehicle with higher miles. Ended up leaving with a brand new truck I wanted and got way more than I planned on for my trade.

Purchased a 2016 Ford edge March 6 working for a week with Nigel Spahr. After explaining by phone what I was looking for he continually Sent pics of vehicles and followed up even on his day off. He finally found exactly what my wife was looking for and with super low miles. Saturday he spent most of the day getting all paperwork, plates, insurance etc. Allowing us to drive it home the same day. I bought my Explorer there, but was unimpressed with the management!
Took my 2017 truck back twice to fix a noise problem in the engine area that sounded like a pump running along with a vibration felt in the cab and steering wheel.. Although the noise is intermittent , they said they couldnt fix the problem because the noise wasnt continuous enough to identify it and told me come back when it is more frequent.

Older dealership but great inventory of trucks
Under the 3 year bumper to bumper coverage, my 2017 F150 was picked up and delivered to the dealer late Friday and I picked it up the following Tuesday after finding out they had to overnight express a new starter on Monday and had it installed the next day. Given the weekend and limited service, they were able to diagnose the problem, order the part, install the part and had it ready the following day. Good Service!

Recently bought a relatively rare SUV sight unseen from them as I live out of state. I put some trust in them having never worked with them before. They said the vehicle was very clean and in good shape--it even looked near perfect in the photos they had. When it arrived it had body damage all over including rust, peeling paint, tons of scratches, dents and several body panels that were in rough shape. Beyond the cosmetics, when my mechanic looked at it, he found oil leaks in three different places and many electronic components that were not working in addition to it needing all of the general maintenance (brakes, belts oil change) that should have been done before it was sold to me. I was unable to return the vehicle and am now stuck with $6k+ in body work as well as a rough estimate of $3k+ in mechanical repairs--well beyond the value of the vehicle. Beyond disappointed that I was deliberately deceived and I strongly caution all others to be aware especially when purchasing across state lines.

Great staff and phenomenal sales experience. Highly recommend ordering and leasing all vehicles from Dave Biggs. He made the leasing process as quick and painless as possible. He gave me honest and straightforward prices and introduced me to all the different departments at the dealership. Dave Biggs is very military friendly (being prior military) and works with the flexibility and schedule of Soldiers. Best ordering and leasing experience I have had yet.

I get all my oil changes there because they are actually faster than the drive through idiots (no matter the brand on the drive through building), and they are cheaper than buying the oil at Advance. Dont tell them the cheaper part.

They are the most friendly group of people, & they went above & beyond their job to help me. I can t begin to explain the gratitude I have for them. If you have any problems with your vehicle this is the place to go!

5 stars for service department. Service advisor listened to my concerns and kept me updated throughout the process. Clean customer lounge to wait in with a nice sized TV. Sales, not so much. Currently truck shopping. One sales person was all over texts messages and then suddenly disappeared. Sales manager emailed to ask how it was going. When informed of situation, he didnt reply either.
My wife and I just purchased a 2017 Ford Escape SE two weeks ago from Fuccillo Ford. We are very please with the Escape and equally pleased with an easy, hassle free transaction. All of the staff we delt with were very helpful and dedicated to our sale. In particular, our salesperson Frank Monaco was a pleasure to deal with. He text, emailed and called with answers to all of our questions or needs. Frank always did what he said he was going to do and more- without any quick, pushy agenda or gimmicks. A convenient delivery date for my wife and I to pick up the vehicle happened to be on Franks day off, but surprisingly he came in to personally deliver it to us. He even bought son! Im glad I made the 40 min drive from Manlius (East of Syracuse) to purchase my second new vehicle from a Fuccillo dealership. Thanks again for everything!
They usually offer a good price on the new vehicle, but are sometimes difficult to deal with on a trade unless its something they intend to sell at this dealership. They have a bad reputation in the service department.
I have purchased my new vehicles from Fucillo Ford in Adams New York since they opened the doors. Reason, The sales department Reps are very knowledgeable about the products they sell, and very much concerned about the customers satisfaction with their presentation, and their ability to deliver what they promise. Also, one of my main concerns when purchasing a vehicle is the follow up service. After 20 plus years of dealing with the ford service department at Fucillos in Adams, My wife and I agree that the people who work on our vehicles always maintain them in a way that assures us we are driving a safe vehicle
The representative, Ed Donato, was very friendly and helpful in selecting and purchasing my new car. Fuccillo dealerships are very good at finding lenders for customers who have less than stellar credit.
I got a used car from them, I have purchased about 10 vehicles in the past from dealerships and these guys were the best.
The sales reps were not pushy. They were helpful and truly wanted me in the car I wanted. They were understanding of my situation. They answered every question I had.
