Used to be good but since there recent partnership big mistake let's see how long this last can't do a service call to a loyal customer who has been using them for years well never have them again for my yearly maintenance wich I was faithful too good luck
Specialist was at my house within a half an hour. He Immediately found the problem which was a malfunctioning thermostat. He replaced it, serviced the furnace and switched out my air filter. On top of that,he was a normal person, no tattoos on his face or piercings in his lips. it was a refreshing experience. Do your business local, do it with Schwartz.👍🏻👍🏻
My furnace has been serviced by J&M Schwarz for over 30 years. Today's annual service was once again, great, professional, reliable and workers are always courteous.
Had a great experience with J&M. They installed central AC at my house. Mark was wonderful to work with. Fair, honest and reasonable prices. The technicians workmanship was outstanding. I would highly recommend.
I honestly cannot say enough good things about these guys. They know what they’re doing and provide fantastic service. We had an issue with our air conditioning and they continually worked on it to figure it out and fix it. They are responsive and follow up to be sure all is going well. Genuinely nice people who know how to get the job done.
J&M Schwarz is hands down, the best heating and cooling company in the Capital District. I have used several others and J & M are the only ones that are willing to give you an estimate for routine work BEFORE they come out. Their technician, Isiah, was friendly, thorough and went above and beyond the routine maintenance work. He found and fixed a gas leak that other companies could not find!
My furnace unexpectedly quit on me earlier this week. I called and was told they were booked up until the following Tuesday. I gave them my name and phone number. Called a number of other companies and ran into the same problem. Not long afterwards, my cell phone rang. They said they would be able to come and look at it that very same day. In just a short time, a service person came and looked at my furnace and diagnosed the problem immediately. To make a long story short, he got it up on running in no time. Was so relieved and so grateful. Will use their expertise again in a heart beat for any future services and/or repairs. Thanks you all so so much!!!! Jeri 😊😊😊
We found our old hot water tank severely leaking on a Friday afternoon. Called J&M Schwartz, and they sent Tyler and Isaiah out that same afternoon and to replace it with a new one. Both guys were very knowledgeable and professional, and took great care not to make any mess or leak water from old water tank. Reasonably priced and highly recommended! We will be using these guys for all of our heating and cooling needs from now on.

Excellent Customer Service HVAC Technician arrived on time, we were running late due to traffic we communicated with the technician via the Blink doorbell saying we will arrive soon, he said ok and waited. We were greated by him, he introduced himself, Isiah is his name, very polite, professional and communicated about the maintenance for the furnace. He gave a solid old school explanation of the whole furnace and heating system for inquiring minds like myself that I could understand ( not something I had to google ) I will say J and M Schwarz is the ELITE OF HEATING AND COOLING And it is nice that they hire Quality, Caring and Informative Technicians that you can TRUST and RELY UPON

Outstanding service!! Called that water heater was no working and they sent someone within 15 minutes! Service representative was friendly and professional after checking the water heater he found a relay had kicked out thats why I couldnt relight it!!!
I called J & M come to service my furnace and central AC, as my previous provider, Crisafulli would not do the routine inspection, cleaning, etc. unless I entered into a contract which was more like a monthly retention payment and seems to be the norm for many companies now. J & M were happy to schedule an appointment and the service was excellent, the workers were on time, courteous, and cleaned up their work area. I plan to use their maintenence service again next year, and if a problem or issue comes up thats who I will call.

Great customer service
We awoke on 10.23.19 to discover that our hot water heater had failed during the night. I called J & M Schwarz plumbing and explained the situation. By midday a representative had come to our home and assessed the situation and made arrangements to install a new heater that same day. By four oclock the entire job was finished. We were new to J &M Schwarz heating and yet we were treated like long established customers. Many thanks! Jackson
Fair and friendly
I have been using J&M Schwartz for close to 20 years now; at both my current and past employers, as well as at my parents and then my home. They have a full selection of great products, and stand by them. Both, for commercial and residential, they have been able to solve any problems that I have experienced. They also installed a high efficiency boiler at my parents, and a high efficiency furnace at my house.
JM Schwarz is reliable, thorough and reasonably priced. I have used them for more than 10 years.
Very pleased with the emergency service. I called on Sunday and they sent Mike over for the repairs.He arrived within 30 minutes. Very professional and courteous!
I have been a customer of J&M Schwarz for the last 4 years since moving to Ballston Lake, NY. I have always been impressed with their technicians diagnostic abilities, their prompt service, and reasonable pricing. If I happen to call on the weekend, the tech triages the problem and ask if its emergency. The tech might provide a work around or deal with the next working day. My point is: They do not bilk the customer for an emergency visit if one is unnecessary. I have had all kinds of cooling, heating, and plumbing issues in my house. I try to do the jobs I can, but when I realize that its a bigger job than I can handle, I call J&M and am glad I have done so. I recommend them unequivocally.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. RIP OFF They claimed that it takes 1 - 1.5 hours for tune-up/maintenance on gas heating system. However, they came and spent about 15 minutes on the system. When we called and questioned, the manager claimed that his technician spent much more than 15 minutes on the system and he would take his technicians words over his customers words. He did not even bother to offer any resolution nor care if he losses our business. He definitely lost our business!!!
I have used J&M Schwarz for years. They show up when they say they will, they do excellent work, and, in my experience, charge appropriately. Their response to emergencies is very good. We had a pool heater installed a while back, and the crew worked admirably to get it done in the rain in one afternoon, and coming in significantly under the estimate. All in all, Im very pleased with the service I get.
