This Copart is literally smashing cars on the ground, after the auction. The driver’s don’t want to clear off any ice/snow, so they lift the car 10 feet in the air, then violently smash it in the ground multiple times until they can read the numbers on the windshield. I heard the loud noises, and I felt the pounding from inside my truck. Imagine spending thousands on a car, to find out Copart’s employees are smashing the cars on the ground damaging the undercarriage, and reselling it to an unsuspecting buyer that gets into a car fatal accident because the Copart’s employees decided they didn’t want to clear off snow on the windshield. Also, yiu just cost me money, because now i have thousands of dollars in damage to repair.

Scheduled an appointment at 12:00pm to pick up my car arrived around 11:50pm .I waited over an hour to pick up the car .Worker who brought my car had an attitude. Honestly disappointed with this copart.
Refused to load me, because he was afraid of getting being in the way of someone taking photos because they would “get in trouble”. This Copart is a joke from the top all the way to the bottom.. Jokes on him tho because I could load a car myself 10x faster than him
Well, I want to tell my experience. This happened to me today in this place. My driver had an appointment at 10 and he came in at 9:40 without knowing what would happen. As soon as this woman at the desk came in. She is a racist towards Hispanics. She treated him badly and told him. I canceled the appointment and I had to wait 3 hours for a new one. The truth is, I had already missed going there and this bad woman who is despicable had treated me badly but I didn't give it any importance but today I went to help my driver and the truth is that she took me out. Out of anger I had to insult her, which is little of what this HDP deserves.
So I CAME TO PICK UP A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION ALL THE WAY FROM PA 6 HOUR DRIVE HAD AN APPOINTMENT AT 12:30 arrived at 10:40 BECAUSE YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT WILL GO WRONG ON THE WAY OR IF I HAVE TO STOPPED FOR GAS, SO I COME IN MARK MYSELF ARRIVED AND I SEE THE LOADER WITH MY CAR ON THE SIDE ON THE BUILDING THEN HE COMES TO ME WITHOUT MYSELF AND TELLS ME THAT I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL 12:30 because they can’t give me MY CAR BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT EVEN IF THERE IS NO BODY ON THE YARD WAITING FOR CARS, then i go TO THE OFFICE AND TALK TO THE MANAGER EXPLAINING TO HIM THAT IF HE JUST GOING TO MAKE ME WAIT 2 hours for no reason he just tells me next time arrived at your appointment time. Then the loader gets the car and leave it in the floor next to my trailer and leaves. Never had any issues with any copart loader and manager should not provide this type of customer service when we pay fees and very expensive fees for the cars . Do not recommend this location
I had a pick-up date confirmed for Friday along with the lot number and confirmation number. They advised I’d get a call in the morning on Friday to confirm someone would be out. I didn’t receive a call so I called the number twice. The first time the customer service rep told me that they have until 5pm to pick it up so I will get a call an hour ahead and disconnected on me. I gave it a couple more hours and called again speaking with Natasha who said the driver had it marked that he called and their was no answer, but maybe he dialed the wrong number or had bad service but that she couldn’t get someone out to me.i stayed home and had no missed calls, not to mention I already called earlier and she told me I was still on the schedule. She said someone would come out on Saturday to correct their error and had someone with a Norwalk CT number call me (Friday night) to let me know he’d be in contact with me on Saturday. Saturday, I called him around 12pm saying I still have had no correspondence and asked what was going on. He said he’s gonna call his driver and call me back. 2 hrs later I reached out to him again and he said no one would be coming because of the holiday and it would be Tuesday. I’ve read a lot of negative reviews online about this happening over and over to customers as well and I’m not going to take another day off waiting around for no one to show up. They didn’t even end up contacting me on Tuesday, they called me on Thursday to ask if I’m ready for the pick-up and I had to tell the representative twice that I was not interested.
They have appointments for no reason they keep you hours before they bring you the cars
Waited the entire day for them to pick up a car that should ve been picked up at their scheduled time of 8am this morning ..no call no show .pretty unfortunate that this is the level of professionalism that we have to put up with!!!! Edit Day #2 .It s 3pm on 4/16 and we were informed that we would be getting a phone call today for pickup between 8am and 5pm today. Looking like another day where they are going to tell the nice receptionist that they called us and we did not answer. We told the receptionist that whomever said they called was straight fabricating that fact! Been waiting all day. If USAA wasn t involved with COPART because of an insurance claim we d be calling Cornell s and if there isn t a response from these guys today I just might cancel the claim and give it to Cornell s. Cornell s shows up when they say they are going to Cornells is a business of their word..true class! All the other negative reviews are true Day#2 and 3pm .I will edit this post again because I guarantee there will be a day #3 just like MANY other not valued customers. Edit: There was a day 3 and a day 4. Car was finally picked up at 4pm on the 4th scheduled day! It did take us getting the USAA insurance adjuster involved. He clearly got business done!
I WISH THERE WAS A 0 STAR REVIEW! my mothers car was taken here and they stole everythingggggg from the car from car mats to the air mattress in the trunk , airpods, THREE CHARGERS , BOTTLE OF WINE & HENNESY WHITE. The customer service is terrible and one of their workers tried to SPIT ON MY MOTHER WHEN SHE APPROACHED THEM ABOUT IT AND CALLED HER A IMMIGRANT !
Eli came after working hours to pick my car up. He did exactly what I was told he would do. He called before coming, and he was here within 10 minutes. He showed up at 8 pm, and he was very friendly. I honestly dont understand what all these bad reviews are about. Overall, great experience although now I will miss my car.
Very unprofessional people work at this place, the loader is very rude, i pulled into the copart slowly folllowing the signs and he starts honking and throwing his hands for no reason, and The people inside the office are also very unprofessional and are no help.

I would give no stars if I could. MY CAR WAS RANSACKED, ALL MY BELONGINGS WERE GONE THROUGH AND SHOVED IN THE TRUNK. MY TOOL BOX, LOTTO TICKETS, POCKET KNIVE AND EVEN A HALF A CASE OF WATER WAS STOLEN. UPON CLOSER INSPECTION A BOTTLE OF PRESCRIBED CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE WAS STOLEN AS WELL. PER THE SO-CALLED MANAGER, BRAD; HE HAD PERMISSION BY MY INSURANCE CO. TO DO WHAT HE DID, WHICH IS A COMPLETE LIE AS I TALKED TO MY INSURANCE CO. AND I WAS TOLD NO HE DIDNT HAVE THEIR PERMISSION TO RANSACK MY VEHICLE MUCH LESS STEAL MY PROPERTY. ITS INTERESTING THAT BRAD SAID HE HAD PERMISSION AND NOT THE COMPANY HAD PERMISSION. SO, IM WONDERING, BRAD: HOW MUCH DID YOU GET? Although I called several times and explained to the women I talked to that I was getting looked at bc I was in a serious car accident, I have a concussion among other issues, I couldnt make it the same day my car was towed but would be there as soon as I can to get my property. So the next day I go. You already read what happened. I went back inside upset and I was loud and Brad came at me the same way. We had words which Brad said he was going to call the police. I said fine go ahead and I said the same. After talking with my wife, we decided not to file a complaint (that day). Instead, my wife went inside to get my license plate and apologized to the women for me as it probably wasnt them who did it and I called the police back, telling them why file a complaint bc they probably wouldnt be able to track my stolen property. However, once I feel a bit better I might still file a police report, especially since a controlled substance was stolen.
this is one of those branches that has an ill human treatment to customers, If you are not around there, dont even think of buying from them
Very unprofessional, No one knows what goes on and will blame some one else who is not available. Lied to me repeatedly. Told me they were going to pick up vehicle on Monday, didn t show, Then a Tuesday, didn t show, Then a Wednesday, didn t show, then a Thursday, as of 10:00am haven t showed. Totally lacking in customer service and they don t seem to care. They act like customers are a bother to them and make transactions as difficult as possible. If you need salvage go somewhere else as they don t want your business... just your money.

There are vehicles that put the R on them and when I receive them they have broken engine supports and engines without oil because the crankcase has broken, they also put some of the front bumpers on it to really cover the damage it has and you end up investing more than the account. No, gentlemen, how can they be doing that kind of thing, they are supposed to have strict quality control and honesty. Im not going to deny that I have gotten vehicles at a good price, but that doesnt make up for the above.

AVOID Copart. They sell vehicles that are salvaged, totaled, and overall defective. They misrepresent the condition of vehicles. For example, they sold me a vehicle that they said runs and drives and has NO mechanical issues. However, upon receiving it the vehicle had catastrophic engine damages (loud clicking noises & engine sways violently back and forth when pushing my foot on the accelerator), tire had a large rip in it (pictures showed the tire to be intact), power steering did not work, and dashboard had several warning lights in it that were not shown in their pictures. DONT EVER GO TO ANY COPART. YOU WILL VERY LIKELY GET A VEHICLE THAT WILL HAVE SO MANY PROBLEMS THAT IT WILL COST YOU AN EXPONENTIAL AMOUNT OF MONEY TO FIX

If you buy from them have the vehicle inspected, they are the worst company out there. They do not list mechanical problems. if your buying clean title stuff expect its got big hidden problems. dealers bring there cars they cant fix. Rotted frames, masked head gaskets you name it. remember they are at copart for a reason. The fork lift drivers are reckless. Make sure the pictures match the description when your cars are picked up they constantly damage vehicles. Horrible place iaa is a much better company

One of my favorite Coparts!!!! Inside staff always helpful and the outside crew well...... you couldnt ask for a better team. This store along with the Harrisburg Pa store is the only reason why I continue to trade with Copart still.

While my vehicle was under their care custody and control, may or may-not have been them, perhaps one of their towing contractor. Regardless, it was severely damaged to the point where repair was be higher cost than the value of the car. When I got to retrieve my personal belongings, I found that many items were missing including a watch, $295 cologne, and a handful of gift cards and other miscellaneous items.

I love Copart. In total in the state of New York they have 5 locations. I think globally they have over 200. Most used car dealers that you would go to to purchase a car buy their cars from Copart or auction houses like Copart. They sell vehicles both salvaged titles and clean titlle vehicles. Most people are afraid or tend to stay away from salvage vehicles however depending on the damage you can get really nice low mile car for cheap. After a few minor repairs and about eight hundred dollars in DMV inspection fees and you can be in an almost new car with low mileage forbunder three thousand dollars. Copart is really upfront and honest about the damage however no matter where you buy always do your research. Before buying a car at auction search the bin number on Google. Find some history on the vehicle to help you make a better desicion.
