Rob was awesome to work with. Despite issues I had with GM shipping the necessary parts, he was very friendly, professional and most importantly, extremely patient with me. The staff at the Collision Center did a excellent job repairing my vehicle. I would highly recommend them for any repairs you need!
Cannot explain how pleased we are, not just with the work performed, but the friendly service of all that worked here. The work completed was done great but the people are wonderful.
I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The customer service was high quality throughout the initial evaluation, scheduling of repair, repair process, and the final insurance paperwork. They worked directly with my insurance company without a problem. Repair looks good as new and wad performed in a reasonable time. I additionally had scheduling challenges and they were able to accommodate me by sending paperwork via email for me to complete. To give one piece of feedback, they would not call with updates on repair and I had to call twice during the two week repair to confirm they received the vehicle and then receive a status update about 1 week in. They were easy to call and happy to provide the update, but it would have been nice to hear from them either by call or email. Overall I had an excellent experience and would not hesitate to return for future repairs.
Absolutely amazing experience! Body shops can be intimidating, but Larry explained everything throughly and was truly a pleasure to work with. Very thankful to have somewhere close to home that i know I can trust! Will recommend all to Denooyer Collision. 10/10 experience!
The best ever place I came across. The guys over there are really excellent well mannered and proper Etiquette. Jack was awesome and he dealt with my case meticulously and went beyond his duty. I have put the pictures before and after repair works.

I had a simple quarter panel repair. Jack came back and told me there was additional damage and charge me extra. Then there were spots of paint when I got the car back which Jack says was not from their shop. Pretty shady.
I brought my car to be repaired after an accident. From the first contact Jack was professional, patient and friendly. He kept me informed throughout the repair process and even assisted me with regard to working with the insurance adjuster and rental car. I would recommend this collision center if you want your vehicle repaired properly and in a timely manner.

If you want really bad service you should definitely go to denooyer. This collision center couldnt even put on the correct bulb for my headlight, they still havent put on my decal for my ford f150. Ive called 3 days in a row to get my truck fixed and all I get is that well call you back. Ive called and tried to talk to the manager Larry, and he still hasnt called even though Heather has said he would call me back. Ill be calling everyday to get my truck fixed. They got paid thru insurance to fix my truck. They still havent fixed it, thse guys are no good.

Had body work done after hitting a deer. Got the car back and you cannot tell that there was any damage. I got it back in a timely manner. They cleaned the car. I dont know what they used but after almost a week and it is still shiny and looks even better than when I bought it. I would highly recommend them.
