DO NOT GO HERE; waste of time They took over a month to get around to fixing our car. And then the tech they hired lost our key. They did get us a spare key but then said it was our fault it was not working. As in there were apparent electrical issues with the car that prevented them from programming the new keys. May I remind you that our original car key that they LOST worked perfectly fine and then they refused to fix the problems they caused. They said, "it wasn't their responsibility." My partner watched a five minute You Tube video and got the key to work. I am only giving two stars because they did good body work. That was it. I just despise how they handled everything else.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE. They vandalized my vehicle, broke out a side window, did work I told them not to do, and held my vehicle hostage for over 3 weeks until they were essentially paid a ransom of $3800 and gave me my car back in substantially worse condition that I dropped it off. When I received a quote from them to replace a back window and few dents they gave me an estimate and an estimated wait time of 7 weeks so I told them I did not want them to do work on my vehicle and that I would bring it somewhere else. The man screamed at me that I could not have my car back even though he told me that they had not done any repairs on the car. They refused to return my vehicle for over 3 weeks and when they did it was missing an additional window that was not broken when I brought it in. They also ripped the compass name off of my jeep compass and a piece of a plastic border and it was vandalized all over with some grey material. Their actions were beyond bad business practices, they were criminal and fraudulent and I will be reporting them to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration as well as the Better Business Bureau. After discussing my experience with friends I've heard several other stories of Depaula Ford holding vehicles for more than 5 months without doing any work and then finally returning them half fixed. I have included a photo of the side window that they knocked out which wasn't even broken when I brought it in as well as the condition of the vehicle when they returned it to me. Absolutely disgraceful.
Sent my camaro to them . Unfortunately it was totalled so they did not work on it, but the owner/ or gentleman in charge or the collision center was very nice and worked with me on getting my car back home!
A month and a half later this Progressive Insurance recommended collision center still has not completed the repairs on my vehicle. Waiting for a part for an issue I told them on day one when I dropped off the vehicle that I was concerned about from the accident… my recommendation is find somewhere else.
I waited more than 2 months for DePaula to accept my car for repairs. It remained in their collision center from 4/25/23 until 6/13/23. During this period of time they submitted 3 supplemental claims to my insurance company. I am confident with better management and organization my car could have been repaired in a shorter period of time, and with much better communication regarding what they were doing with my car. My experience with the DePaula Collision Centerwas the most unprofessional that I have experienced in the 45 years I have been driving. When challenged, the manager of the center mansplained to me regarding my car ignorance in a raised and angry voice. He blamed everything on my insurance company although the documentation from the insurer contradicted what DePaula told me. They misled me multiple times. I urge everyone to avoid using DePaula Collision Center.
I have been to the Depaula Collision center and had work done in my car, twice. My experience in dealing with the manager who runs the collision part of the Depaula is nothing but five start services. The manager is not in the business of taking your money. Their number one priority is to provide you with five-star service. I will urge anyone who needs work to be done in their car to speak to Jeffery. I promise you he will be amazed at how relatable he is and care about his customers.
Was involved in a accident, was side swipped. My insurance company recommended DePaul Ford Collision for immediate repairs to my vehicle. My initial meeting with them was EXCELLENT. They explained things to me on the process of repairs and the current situation of delay in some parts. Also set up the rental. They kept consistent contact of the status of repairs. I WILL HONESTLY SAY THE ENTIRE STAFF AT DEPAULA FORD LLC COLLISION ARE THE AMBASSADORS OF EXCELLENT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. A lot of companies should follow their example. For all the needs of repairs to your vehicle after an accident I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. And also there is an old school rap artist that works there and is cool about talking about music.
This overall has been an absolutely terrible experience with Depaula ford. In early February my 2017 Lincoln MKZ had occurred some damaged to the top of the car from ice damage. the sunroof had been shattered and no longer sealable and i have little wavy dents across the roof of the car. I had made an appointment with Depaula Collision 3 week prior to dropping off my car to them. (I know its busy season, No complaints there) I had dropped off my car on my appointment date made 3 weeks ago under the assumption that repairs would be made in a timely matter. My car has since sat in the lot for the past 2 weeks with a damaged sunroof in snow, rain and so on. I have called and called, with the same responses of we will call you back and I never hear back. My car has yet to be started and continues to be left outside with the damaged sunroof. out of courtesy I told them if they are not ready for my car that is fine I will bring it home where it will be garaged kept but insured me that the work would be started. Still nothing, this organization does not care about its customers. be wary.
I waited a month and a half for the service to be done and had to keep going back because it wasnt right not the mechanic fault but the service adviser didnt update me with anything and barely helped me get it done which Im still waiting on my wheel and tire
