I had a small accident hitting the roof of a friends SUV on a low ceiling in a parking garage when I was turning around. There was a dent and scratched paint on the spoiler and roof panel. I was nervous about how much I would owe for fixing the damaged areas of the car. I brought it to this Maaco which I was a little apprehensive about after reading some of the reviews but they gave me a good price to fix the damage. So I ultimately left the car with them to have it fixed. After a few days I picked up the car and it was immaculate. Looked like new! I think they also cleaned the interior of the car. They did such a great job I felt it necessary to leave an honest 5 star review. If I have any body car body damage in the future I know I can trust this place.

Scheduled an appointment, for an estimate. I got there on time and the guy at the desk said his boss wasn't around and I should try again maybe on Monday. What's the point of scheduling an appointment then? Luckily, I found a better place that took me in the same day and it actually had parking space and was clean and organized inside.
I’d love to get an estimate. I went there today 6/28 at 3pm. The front door was locked but people were working in the garage. Went to the garage and into the office from there. No one around. Called from my cell and no one answered. How do you make an appointment?
Fast service - they gave me a free and accurate estimate on the day I first went there. They were able to take me in the following week. The repair was well done and I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had vacuumed the interior to the point of being spotless, which I, despite my best efforts, had never been able to achieve.
Maaco did a wonderful paint job on my mustang, bringing it back to it's original sparkle.
I went to see you guys on 7/10 and I had an appointment scheduled at 4:45. Went I went the doors were closed and tried calling and got no answer.
Absolutely terrible. These are pure crooks. They charged me $1,300.and the paint came off the next day.
Went for an estimate that I had scheduled an appointment for days in advance. When entering the shop wasnt sure if they were open because of the amount of boxes and old car parts strewn around the office. When I mentioned my appointment for an estimate on scratch repair and dent removal I was met with a look of disgust as if they didnt have time to be bothered with scheduled appointments. When I said I was looking for scratch repair and paintless dent removal only and not a full repair the only estimate I would be provided was a full removal repair and repainting that came to over 1300 dollars as an estimate and wouldnt even consider the service of paintless dent repair and scratch repair that is advertised on their website.
Mike and his crew did an excellent job re-painting and bumper replacement on our KIA. They completed the job in a very timely manner. We wont hesitate using them again.Very nice job!
The owner charged my elderly mother a $529 storage fee when she decided to trade-in her damaged car instead of getting auto body work done at his shop. The car had been at his shop for a couple weeks, but still, in my view, this is abusive behavior, taking advantage of an 84 year old woman. I recommend staying away.
Everything went great with this experience. Priced fairly. Job was done as promised. Hope not to have to use them any time soon due to the nature of their business lol! Though if needed I will have no reservations to sort them out due to the great work tbey did! Definitely recommend!

Bad experience!
Mike & crew did an amazing job, had a ding/scrape on my hood and they repaired the the ding and blended the paint. It looks excellent! Very happy with the outcome, if you re looking for GREAT work at a FAIR price, Mike(Maaco) is the place to go!! Also very honest and upfront which is very much appreciated

Terrible terrible place to send your car for spraying or repair, you re not welcome because of your skin color, Mark the receptionist is very racist. I booked an appointment and we spoke on Monday and he said I should call the next day which I did, he pretended as if he didn t spoke to me with my description of my car, he then told me they closed 4pm thus the time I booked for second estimate, he lied because they closed 5:30pm, he then said we re booked until June ending. This kind of behavior is not acceptable to our society.
My vehicle was stolen (with the key) from the Albany location while awaiting a repair (later located by police in another city). Maaco was unaware that my vehicle had been stolen until the following day. Im convinced it was an inside job, however, the owner claimed shady characters tend to hang near the business (but the question still remains how did this person obtain the car key)?!?! Maaco felt no need to provide any compensation for the things that were stolen out of my vehicle or pay for detailing as the theif left excessive amount of drug paraphernalia in the vehicle (gross). I would not recommend Maaco, unless you want your vehicle stolen. Thanks for nothing Maaco. I would give Maaco 0 stars, but 0 is not an option.

Came in for an estimate. The owner , or boss seemed very annoyed. And condescending. The place is also a bit messy.

The owner seemed very annoyed that I even walked in there and wanted nothing to do with talking about painting my vehicle. He Came off real arrogant.
I shopped around for the best price and Maacos price was so much lower I was suspicious that the quality of the repair or service would be as low as the price. To my pleasure the work done was a top notch repair and done quickly with a high degree of professionalism. You wouldnt even know there was a dent.

Went to Maaco to get bumper repainted and headlights buffed so we didn t need to replace due to yellowing. They got us in immediately and the work was done within 2 days. Paint and headlights look awesome. Mike and his team did an awesome job and we are very pleased. I will be taking other vehicles there in the future. No need to look elsewhere so thank you!

Estimate for vehicular damages
Pretty much don t expect to get any deals or exceptional service they re just a run of the mill auto body shop with not much to offer in standing out from the rest of the competition, I met with Ryan or Brian and he told me I could get my Dodge Ram fixed for under a grand, I told him wow that s better then I got anywhere else so I chose to go through them and then weeks later it came to almost double. Ryan or Brian whatever his name was had plenty of excuses as to why and I m not an expert in auto body work but at least be straight up with the customer from the beginning cause it just seemed sketchy afterward. Also after everything was fixed I still had an issue with the car so yeah guess that says it all.

High price
Absolutely zero communication with me.my has been in this shop for almost 2 weeks, i have not gotten one phone call about state my vehicle is in ,or when it my be done.As i was told this will take 3 days,now weeks later i am limbo .waiting for as much as a phone call
Made an appointment 3 days ahead come in 5 minutes before my appointment time. Was told the guy who does the service i need isnt here i can wait 30-45 minutes and he should probably be here or i can reschedule. Terrible customer service, terrible company. Would not recommend!
