Van Galen's Body Shop in Albany

My husband was two hours away in Albany Medical Center. On my way there New Year’s Day two deer ran out and damaged my car. Not being from the area I had to rely on google reviews. I landed on Ted’s shop and in my first conversation with him, I just knew he was the one I could trust. If I could give him ten stars, I would! This man knows what he’s doing, is compassionate, kind, and thorough. He dealt with the insurance for me and made sure I was treated fairly. Thank you Ted! Friends for life!

Ted is a straight shooter. Fair, honest, super skilled. I made five calls to various places in the area to get a quote. Ted was by far and away our first and final choice. Our car was damaged in a hit and run. Ted didn’t take advantage of our bad luck and quoted us within our budget. We felt good about Ted when we met him and trusted him to do a great job. Not only was he super efficient, but he kept in communication. Our car was back to us in two days. Two days!!! You would never know it was hit. Ted, my family thanks you. Great service, fixed the dent in the trunk of my mom's car so you'd never know there was anything wrong, and even fixed the front air dam that wasn't part of the original work.
