Customer service was 100%+ 👍🏾 It is not very often you visit a place of business and there is good customer service or value for money, My daughter was in an accident and the vehicle was brought to Vive Collision. The representative was on point, she was very professional and caring. Thank you for taking the stress off us. This is the way it's supposed to be. Every step of the way was easy. Great communications throughout the process. Loved getting text updates as the car made it through repairs, painting, etc. Debra was super helpful and the car looks great too

Had the misfortune of getting my privacy glass broken and some items stolen. The Great news is Bishoy, the manager found a piece of glass, expedited it and got me fit into an already busy schedule to get me back on the road. Excellent shop. Excellent techs. Great service.

I can't thank Vive Collision of Albany enough for the major paint job my truck had to undergo most recently. My truck, unfortunately, was sprayed with epoxy paint from a company who were painting lines on the road. The truck was covered. Needless to say, I was devastated as I have only owned my truck a little over a year. My truck is a 2022 Dodge Ram Hemi 4x4 with the night edition package. I initially was going to take the truck to the dealership where I purchased it from, but quite honestly wasn't convinced they would have it back to its original state. After speaking with my mechanic, he referred me to Vive Collision. He stated they were very reputable and was certain I would be satisfied. I had the extreme pleasure of working with Vive's team of professionals; Steven, Deborah, Joel and Robert. They never wavered in their quest to make my truck look like new again and make me 100% satisfied. They were in constant communication with me during the process keeping me updated as my truck's finish was restored back to its natural state. When I learned that they would have to resort to repainting my entire truck as well as replace the grill, all moldings, headlights and running boards etc., I was beyond devastated and apprehensive of the outcome. I should have never had any doubts as they came through with flying colors. I was blown away by how good my truck looks. They were excellent to deal with and answered all of my questions from the beginning through the entire process and continually reassured me that their main goal was to have me 100% satisfied. They made a difficult situation much easier by how they conduct their business and treat their customers. I, for one, am a huge fan of Vive Collision and will recommend them to anyone who may need the services they offer. Top quality service!

Absolutely fantastic Collision place. Deb is phenomenal. She helped us right away, made us feel right at home. Very funny and knowledgeable! What a great first impression. Deb worked directly with our insurance and Enterprise. She had our rental brought right to us. Definitely recommend! Five stars!

I just had an excellent experience at Vive in Albany. They worked with my insurance as well as Enterprise for my rental car, and kept me updated with text messages throughout the repair process. They did a fantastic job on my bodywork and paint, I could not be happier. They also did a terrific job detailing the interior (which frankly was in an embarrassing state when I brought my car in). And they completed the work earlier than expected. 10/10 - I would highly recommend Vive. It was a completely stress free experience from start to finish!!

VIVE was the only local shop covered under our insurance that is Tesla certified. Minor front end fender bender took about 2 weeks due to availability of parts, but the service reps kept me informed during the entire process. A detailed estimate was provided a day or so after insurance adjuster inspected the damage and the work started right away. They were friendly and courteous and the vehicle looks like new. We had a body wrap on the car and it was also covered, but need to wait a few months for paint to cure before re-applying. They will also coordinate that work. I wasn’t expecting they would fully charge the battery on pickup but it was a very nice way to complete the delivery. It was a seamless process and they are hghly recommended.
