So, I was buying a car online, for the first time, after searching locally for nearly two years. I live in San Francisco and the car lived in Albany, NY. I made an appointment for inspection but turned out the inspection company needed a week before they could get to the dealership. The dealership said the car could not be held for a week but could only be held until the end of business day ( It was such a good deal, the dealership told me they already had full price offers and would return my deposit if I did not purchase the car, that day.) In a panic, I called a bunch of shops in the area, looking for someone to do a pre purchase inspection for me, on short notice. Two voicemails and two unanswered calls, later, Dean answered his phone and agreed to do the inspection at a very reasonable price, but could it be done the next day? I called the car dealership and they agreed to hold the car for 24 more hours. Today, Dean called me on his way there and then called me again, while checking the car, sending me pics and showing what his code reader told him about the car's history that was stored in the computer. He spent 2 hours diagnosing the car, 1.5 of those hours letting me know what he saw and patiently answering all my questions. In the end, he gave the car a clean bill of health and told me the car was a good buy and that I could feel good about buying it. I feel very fortunate to have found Dean and am very grateful to him for being so professional and making me feel super comfortable about making such a large purchase, sight unseen, literally all the way on the other side of the country. If I lived in NY, I would definitely trust Dean to service all my cars. He is extremely reliable, honest, professional and reasonable. Thank you, Dean, for helping me feel so positive about my purchase. I wholeheartedly recommend Dean Fox Auto Services for all your automobile needs, especially pre-purchase inspection services.

Stop talking out the side of your neck like you’d ever say you the rude things you have to someone’s FACE. You’re disrespectful, rude and quite frankly disgusting. Very knowledgeable. They go out of your way to explain the best path forward to fixing your problem and whats involved over the phone, even if it means they don't get the business. They really are just trying to help people out.
