I cant rate this until i get a call back i was promised 7 hours ago. I have concerns about my repair and called before 8 am. Im still waiting for a call at 230 pm

VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK! When I got my car back my stickers ( car wash, ez pass, State Farm monitor, and so on were all put back on my windshield where they are supposed to be! FANTASTIC!

Glass America replaced the windshield on my wifes CR-V. What I really liked about this auto glass shop was (1) they have a physical office you can walk in and talk f2f (2) the office is clean (3) the reception is friendly and helpful. Then the replacement itself was very professional, done to schedule and quote.

Absolutely recommend auto glass now they installed my window on my BMW 540I in an hours worth of work. I brought them the glass for my rear driver side window other places quoted me 100s of dollars more they took care of it for me I left with a smile can t ask for much more than that!!!

Zip doesn t work but the service are great. Therefore, they wasn t careful with taking off the inspection stickers.

I went to other shops that just said they couldnt get the glass I was looking for. AGN gave me other options and helped tremendously. They got me an appointment for the next day and walked me through every step of the process. I will recommend them to anyone that has auto glass issues.

4 trips out so far to fix windshield

Called and got an appointment two days later to replace a cracked windshield. Very easy to schedule for them to come to you and figure out payment with insurance. Technician Shawn provided quality and informative service and was done quickly. Highly recommend

I had a rock hit my windshield which caused a crack so I contacted my insurance company on Monday the 22nd they referred me to Glass America and my glass had to be ordered because it s a dealer part. It was there on Wednesday the 24th I was called that day, I was able to get an appointment the next day. I arrived a little before 10 everyone was very nice, the gentleman working on my car took my keys at 10am told me he would be about an hour and asked if I had any questions he was done a little before 11am. They were very helpful, on time, quick and informative. After he was done he explained their warranty and what to do while the adhesive sets.

This place went above and beyond to help me out. We had a road test scheduled and they were able to fit us in at 7am. Brendan is the man he was cool and calm waiting there 15 minutes early! The process was super easy and quick in a post Covid world when customer service and genuine humanity is lacking Brendan went above and beyond. Juanita you need to give this man a raise !

I didnt end up using their services, due to scheduling on my end. However, their customer service over the phone was exceptional. They went above and beyond trying to fit in an appointment with my impossible schedule.

Fantastic! The service exceeded all my expectations. They were quick to greet me upon arrival and were immediately prepared to start work at my scheduled time. The windshield was replaced and calibrated for the advanced safety system in under an hour. I was fully advised on completion and out the door well before the time that was allotted for the repair. This was one of the best service experiences I have had in a very long time, they were all fast, friendly and competent. Thank you.

Everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! Shawn was especially helpful and did a great job replacing my window. They quoted me half as much as Safelite, there was zero hassle as they came to me as scheduled, and came out immediately over a week later to make a minor adjustment for free. I would recommend them to anyone in need!

My windshield developed a mysterious crack which required the entire thing to be replaced. I dropped my car off at 10am and it was done before 11:30am. I was pleasantly surprised by the fast and friendly service.

Woman in office whos friends with manager pretends to be the manager. While on vacation my window got smashed. I call G.A. and A woman says we cant do anything for you. I said its a work truck I need it. Can we do anything? Ok be their Monday morning 07:00 am. Come Monday Im their. No manager, only installers (decent guys). They cant find my window, or my appointment! Guy looks and looks, finds my name and appointment. It says for Tuesday. The guy says Ill order it right now, itll be here by 1:30 pm, well come to your house. At this point Im loosing 4 days work, Thurs, Fri, Sat, Mon. OK 930 comes around phone rings. Its a woman from GA. She says we cant do it until Wednesday. But you appointment was for 07:00am Tuesday. I said lady you told me Monday! That was someone else, and you didnt listen, they told you Monday and it takes 24 hours to get the glass. So Monday would have worked if you ordered it Thursday! No your wrong, and just sarts getting loud. I said I was a builder. I schedule painters, sheet rockers, electricians, plumbers, roofers, framers, counter top people, tilers, hvac, siding installers, insulators, land scapers, and multi step inspections for a living. I know how to.get dates right! No you didnt listen..... Tuesday was told to you. And started yelling over me. I said well what good was Tuesday at 7 if it wouldnt be in until Wed? No answer! So I call home office in Texas and want the regional or district manager. I called 2x and never received a call back! I was surprised the installer came Wednesday. He said yeah thats typical, and the district manager Fred, never returns calls or comes around! And the office is always screwing up! The one woman is beasties with the manager! And you never who is who, because they both call themselves Heather! And after paying 282$ plus tip, the installer told me the window was in Monday, and it cost GlassAmerica 45$ for a windshield. Im still waiting for Fred to call! Im telling everyone what happened and the loss of time with my work truck!

I cannot thank Heather and Dan enough. I worked a wedding in Schenectady and then attended the wedding that night where an incident happened on a Sunday- my whole back window shattered and completely caved in. I was 4 hours from home and afraid to drive back with an open window and glass in my trunk and needed it fixed asap. I called multiple glass repair companies the next morning and because it was a bmw no one could help me until a week later. I finally got on the phone with Heather who went above and beyond to get the specific glass i needed from bmw and had Dan come out the next morning before i checked out of my hotel!! My car was still located at the wedding venue which was 40 minutes from my hotel so Dan had called me first thing in the morning like Heather said. It ended up raining that day where many companies will reschedule you. Instead Dan was such a sweetheart and knew a spot i could park so the car didnt get wet for him to continue repairing it . He was so fast and seriously so nice i felt like i was hanging out with a friend . I seriously cannot thank Heather and Dan enough because i was so upset about this freak accident and they made sure i was safe to drive back home . I love you guys thank you so much Good karma is coming your way!

I am a very particular person, and let me tell you Glass America did an amazing job on my windshield. Heather and her tech were extremely knowledgeable on the windshield replacement. They came to my home on a 1 day notice, and by far had the most reasonable price. The replacement was done in half an hour, absolutely perfect with no marks or flaws (car wash tested too). If you are looking to get your windshield replaced, I highly recommend calling Heather and her crew!

Yes was fast. Im glad youre fast technician came to fix my windshield shattered by my ex, but they did a horrible job putting the gasket around the window. He claimed the heat would push it in but its 45 degrees outside. I worked in a window factory, I dont know much but I know the gasket is supposed to be tucked under the window and over it the gasket is sticking out about 7 or 8 cm. to high. The gasket is supposed to prevent leaking and rust. Very disappointed..
