My windshield has been cracked since June and I have unsuccessfully dealt with safelite so my fleet company called guardian on Thursday, guardian called me Friday to schedule for Monday. Door window replacement - After googling results and calling 6 different glass companies, Guardian was one that had a human answer the phone, had the glass in stock, and had an appointment 2 days later. Service was fast, and they called once the glass was finished being installed. I would recommend Guardian to anyone needing auto glass replacement, and should I find myself needing auto glass again, I will be calling them first.

I went to Safelite, and they had an issue with my car. So, I went to A Line. Never met them before. They did a great job. Extremely professional small business. Very kind folks. I used their wifi too, so I didnt have to charge time at work. This was perfect because I had several incoming emails that I had to respond to quickly. Good all around.

Visited to have a crack in my windshield fixed, on the recommendation of my mechanic. They were fast, friendly, and fair priced. Definitely recommend, professionals who know their stuff when it comes to windshields.

I d leave a negative number if they had that as an option. Company was JUST sold to new owner- guy who answered phone pretty much said we bought biz 2 weeks ago and we don t have to cover your warranty. The gasket has completely fallen out of around windshield. I called up and explained how I had all new gaskets/windshield installed on a new windshield frame for a jeep wrangler. And how the gasket is all out and the top is hanging on the dash. Opportunity to gain business. Obviously I need it fixed. This guy should have said it may cost you as we just bought the business and how can we help you but instead wanted to tell me how it isn t warrantied, how the company they bought it from didn t do piece work (as though I need to know that) they don t need my business. I had dealt with Dana until his passing from safelite for years at that location and although the location is convenient- I would steer clear from this new company Guardian Glass as they don t care about customers at all. He definitely took me a little off guard. I expected the same friendly people I called. Not some guy telling me how he was going to not fix it.

I called this place on a recommendation from a friend who went there when it was A Line Auto Glass. That business was just recently bought out and renamed Guardian Windshield. Right off the bat I got a weird vibe from this business. No website, the place looks pretty run down, and you communicate and set up an appointment via text message which tells me there isnt even a landline phone associated with the business. Alarm bells started going off. He asked for a deposit which he said I could send through a secure Square link. Thats when I decided not to use this business. Im pretty hesitant to submit credit card information through links. That on top of everything else just seemed too sketchy and I didnt feel comfortable moving forward. Cant really speak to the service because I didnt end using this business so for all I know, the place is great but Im just leaving this to say beware. No website, no business phone number, and everything is done via text message. Im all for supporting smaller businesses but businesses need to try a little harder to instill confidence before I have them hundreds of dollars. Something doesnt seem right. The place needs to improve its optics.

The were amazing, needed my drivers side front glass replaced after it got smashed and they did it same day for a fair and honest price.

These guys are the best in the capital region. Dropped off 8am and was done by 9:30. They were able to save my registration and inspection sticker. New windshield looks great everything put back exactly as it was. Overall very happy I went with a line! Would 110% recommend this shop.

I would recommend this shop - great service. Once they had the info from my insurance company to replace the shattered rear door drivers side window of my 2012 Nissan Altima, they called me to schedule an appointment. I was in and out in less than an hour - they cleaned out all the broken glass, replaced the window, and verified that the window mechanism was still working. Friendly, courteous staff. Did all that was expected. Zero complaints.

A-Line is awesome all the way around. Great people to work with from front desk to the techs. I travel all over for work so it s difficult to book appointments; they got my new windshield delivered in a reasonable time, same day, and installed while a waited. Insurance claim was a breeze as I only had to pay my deductible to the shop. Customer service is top-notch. I highly recommend. Also they have a comfortable couch and television for those who are waiting.

The owner amd operator is friendly and very mood uplifting. For times when you need the glass fixed I would say it really kicks your mood down .. this guys give a nice vibe and pretty cool conversations. Process is fast and easy. I will 10000% recommend them for your next glass repair/replacement. They will even come to you. (They drove all the way to Schenectady to help me out.) Which I was very thankful for it. In a summary... honest, great service, fast, easy and recommendable for everyone.

Great experience at this place. Everything was very simple and easy to do if you re using your insurance. It took about 2.5 hours from drop off to pickup since they needed to reprogram a lane departure system. Would definitely recommend!

I got a call from my boyfriend saying we got a Crack in the bottom of the windshield and by the time I saw it, it already grew. So I called aline to set an appointment to get it replaced thinking it would take a few weeks for the replacement to come in. They got me set up for the next morning without any issues and were so extremely friendly. Junior and Ana were amazing!

Where do I start? Shopping around for the best price for a windshield for my Mazda CX-5 Red baby. Safelite wanted $550. These guys beat that by almost $200. When I went to pick her up, the job was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. One of my concerns was getting a knock off aftermarket glass. My windshield is a exact replacement and DRUM ROLL...all ez-pass attachments, stickers, decals and suction mounts were placed in the correct position as I left her. The boss man came out to make sure I was good and said if there are any issues to bring it back. I won with a great price and an exact product. 100% Satisfied.

The window on my drivers side door was shattered while I was at work. They came and cleaned up all the broken glass, picked up my vehicle and replaced the window. They even wiped down the inside of the door! Everyone there was very friendly. This is a nice family-run business. Good people that deserve your money.

Had A Line replace my windshield a year and a half ago. It started leaking a few weeks back and I brought it back to the shop and they stood by their work and replaced it at no cost. Solid.

My car was broken into and the passenger side front window was shattered. I called around for a couple of estimates and A Line Auto offered the most competitive price by far. I dropped the car off that day and picked it up the following morning with a brand new window. Additionally they vacuumed all of the glass out of my car. There was a moment in which I was slightly skeptical, as they informed me that the power window was not functioning properly and needed to be reset by the dealership. Prior to picking up the vehicle I called the dealership to confirm this, and received instructions from them on how to re-calibrate the window. Upon pick up, one of the guys working helped me to so- it seems to be working well. All of the employees were extremely polite and easy to work with. I would go back in the future (though, hopefully I dont have to!).

They are reasonably priced and they do an exsalant job.

They were very kind when i first called. Very punctual and the guys who changed my windshield were very nice, but they do NOT guarantee their work. I have a cover over the wires on my windshield, they scraped the clips off and reattached to the new windshield. This was Wednesday, today is Friday and they are falling off. I called and the lady told me that they didnt do it and said the new windshield came with them on it. I advised it didnt, she got pissed and asked if i was there and watched them put them on? I told her my husband was n watched them. She told me i could bring in, thy are in Albany I am in Troy, she said they would not come back to me and hung up on me. I also asked to speak to supervisor she said she was the owner. They had no problem coming out to me when my insurance was paying them, but to fix their shotty job i have to drive 20min to them. No thanks.

Great group of guys, Vidal does a wonderful job on window tinting, removal and vinyl wrapping. He will also do minor mechanical work. Break pad replacement, rotors and ect. Just ask.

I went to this place to have my driver side mirror put back on he said he could do. Upon doing so he messed up the electrical so I could not adjust the mirror. Then he tried to tell me it was already messed up, even though we already tested it before he started. Then I tried to kick me out and threatened to call the cops because be knew he made a mistake. I never even raise my voice which I had the right to do since he messed up my mirror wires.

I have taken both my vehicles to A Line Auto Glass to have my windshield replaced. A 2013 Chevy Equinox and a 2016 Honda Civic. Both times I have been very pleased with the outcome and greeted by friendly staff. A Line Auto was recommended to me by TACS in Glenmont. Moving forward if I need any work done on my windshield I will be bringing it to A Line.

A line has done over a dozen windshields for my family friends and me. Everything from sports cars to pick up and dump trucks. Everyone was top quality. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. I dont hesitate to recommend them to anyone. The only glass company I call.

They did an awesome job and quick too. Windshield on my Corolla cracked on Tuesday, by Weds morning they had my glass replaced, for less than 2/3 the cost of Safelite, highly recommend going to them. I definitely prefer to support small businesses like this.
