I visited this store Saturday 8/3 afternoon. When I walked in, there were 2 Employees at the counters.. one was helping a Customer and the other was on the phone. When the Employee on the phone finished his call, he began talking, rather complaining out loud about the incompetence of the person he was speaking to and he seemed to be in a bad mood. When he saw me standing there, he, again, seemingly annoyed asked how he could help me. I explained to him that I was having an issue with my tire pressure, I had Fix-A-Flat explode in my face and eyes and I could really use some assistance or at least would’ve appreciated being pointed in the right direction. The Employee, he could’ve even been a Manager because he was more dressed up than the other one.. basically blew me off. He said I probably used the product wrong, and that the tire pump I used at Stewart’s was probably defective. I asked if they had a pump or if anyone could take a look.. he flat out said no. I’ve been to this location before.. along with others, I know they’re not Mechanics but in the past.. the Employees have at least tried to help. I know everyone has bad days but Customer Service goes a long way and this person should find employment elsewhere if he cannot be bothered to assist a Customer.
I got great costumer service from Geovanni he was very helpful today he helped with changing my wiper blade. We could not find the correct wiper blade for my car so he found the length I needed an adjusted it to fit my car. He was very friendly an knew what he was doing.

They re very rude i came for 2 things and the cross eyed one was very rude when i greeted them when i came in then i was helped by a light skin boy who was very rude giving opinions about my vehicle i didnt ask for basically saying my car is idk ugly or something i would literally never come here again they re literally hiring anyone they cant even look straight let alone help with any car issues

I didnt catch the name of the guy who helped me on 08/12/23, at about noon, but this guys was fantastic. Best customer service I have had IN YEARS! I thought I should say something. Thank you for assisting me with my Jeep Wrangler windshield wipers and for the fantastic service.
Javonney was exceptionally helpful. He changed my headlight, and pointed out the acid all over my battery, and recommended immediate replacement. I took his advice, and he replaced the battery, as well. I was in and out in a half hour. I definitely will be returning to this AutoZone for future auto part needs.

Went to purchase a car battery on 8/24. Not only did the rep thoroughly explain the differences in quality and warranty between the batteries (which greatly affected my choice in this high inflationary time) he also installed the battery even though he was at the VERY END OF HIS SHIFT.....Greatly appreciated!

I have always bought there but Today I went to buy some things for my car and a brown-skinned man attended me with. Little long hair with hat. And I asked him for antifreze for the radiator and he doesnt understand me.. I understand that my English is not perfect.. but I understood everything he told me, he started talking to his coworkers saying that stupid doesnt speak English well. In mockery I didnt say anything I just listened. It seems that these people He doesnt understand that for customers. They have work...and you should have respect towards customers not all people act the same way. And they take things easy, the advice that I would give them is to be respectful, patient, because today or tomorrow you will meet people who do not tolerate and it could go very badly for being like that... For my part, I will not return to that store anymore. ..

Workers are always on there phones. I purchased 2 rain x wipers for my Vehicle, the employee told me which ones to purchase, so I did, we went outside and tried to put them on my vehicle and they did not fit , I went back inside to ask for another set of wipers that fit and they wouldnt take back the ones they told me to buy that they said would fit. Now Im stuck with $40 wipers and still dont have the ones I need. Very upsetting. Not impressed with this place one bit !
The price on online site for an Item was $9.99, but in the store I payed $19.99 plus tex. The online site was misleading about the price.

Worse autozone Ever, employees don t even know what product they carry, MOST OF THE TIME THEY SIT ON TOP OF THE COUNTER AND PLAY WITH THEIR PHONE. If you have question They say NO as an Answer so they can get rid of you fasttttt. They will never bother to get Up and help. MY REVIEW IS NOT BASED ON ONE DAY EXPERIENCE IT IS OVER 5-6 time dealing.....
The serpentine belt on my old Jeep broke while driving from Brooklyn to Lake George. Thankfully it happened while driving past Albany and I was able to safely get off the exit. I quickly looked up the closest Autozone and called an Uber, but it was almost 9pm and wasn t sure I d make it before they closed. I arrived at 9:05 and they had just closed but the store manager, Neil, was nice enough to sell me the part I needed. I was truly impressed with the service and thoughtfulness. I wish I could get service like this in NYC.

Customer service wasn t that great when I called the store also, didn t even seem to know the part I was looking for, spent over 30 minutes in the store while the employee searched for the part only to be given wrong information about the return policy. Please stay away from their central ave autozone in Albany NY and the Western Ave. Employees are short with people and rude, horrible experience.

I visited this location looking for a portable jump starter battery, which I did find. I was so happy because it was an absolute emergency and I happened to snatch the last one on the shelf. (Sorry, not sorry) The brand is Duralast. It cost $129 but its a 1000 peak AMP battery which is great for SUVs and trucks or vehicles that are 8V or 12V. The 800 peak AMP will not work if the engine is 8V in my experience. The 800 peak AMP cost $79. The $129 battery also has a USB port along with a high pressure compressor to inflate a tire in case of emergency. I definitely recommend this product!
I spent close to an hr walking back and forth laying in the parking lot trying to fix a splash guard on my car. While the staff was very friendlythey were very poorly informed onthe issue

Had the part I was looking for call ahead before driving out to the store looking for a part.. if one store doesnt have it they can order it to be sent to their store and you can pick it up. But I did order a piece for my breaks and the pin didnt fit in the socket so I had to saw off a 3rd of the pin which was very inconvenient since the part i bought was brand new so do your own quality control before you leave the store

Large, clean and well laid out displays. Although they didnt have nor could they order a play for my Suzuki they did tell me several other places to try. I did and Destination Kia at a fourth of the price that online Suzuki sold it for.

I went in for certain motor oil. When I got their i had a lapse in memory so i asked the clerk is this the right oil for 2014 Honda odyssey he looked at the bottle and said yes that is the right oil...Needless to say that it wasnt and I know have return it and get the right oil thanks.
