I just want to say I've been doing business here for years. Bought a few vehicles new and always had good luck but as of today I went in for an oil change and after getting there early only to be told no more first come first serve. I totally understand if you were trying to get repair work you would make an appointment but not for a oil change. That should be fairly simple without an appointment.I then drove to Lea Jeep down the road drove right in and was done in 40 minutes. Armory garage is a good place, but since they've changed the way they set up oil changes only by appointment, it just wasn't feasible for me.
When you make an appointment for your recalled vehicle after the garage actually reached out to you for said recall, you'd think it would be easy. Nope. Dropped my car off Sunday evening for a Monday appointment. Didn't hear from them at all that first day. My husband and I tried calling and zero people picked up. Tuesday morning, I called the service dept, and again no one picked up. I called the sales dept, and got Gina on the phone. I asked her if anyone was over in the service dept and she was covering that area for the day. I just wanted the status on my car, and per Gina it wasn't even touched. She said she would get back to me later that day, she did not. I called and left vm's, no one called me back. I called a different number, and got Caitlin on the phone around 430pm on Tuesday. Caitlin said it's in the que, but not touched yet. I told Caitlin I'll be up on Wednesday around 4pm to get my car whether it's done or not. She said she put a note in, stating it needs to be finished by 3pm Wed. I tried calling Caitlins direct line on Wednesday, no answer. I left another VM. After arriving, and meeting Gina she had to go look for my paperwork. She asked if someone called to say it was finished and I told her about my conversation with Caitlin the previous day, that she put an order in for it to be done by 3pm. Gina said it wasn't going to get worked on until the following week. There was no order put in. I took my keys, and said I'll never step foot in Armory again. She apologized again. Where they make up for there super newly renovated show room, they completely dropped the ball with customer service. Zero communication. Zero acknowledgement.
If I could leave ZERO stars, I would. TWELVE phone calls. TWELVE. ONE TIME the phone was answered, then I was hung up on when being transferred to service. How can you run a business without answering calls from your customers?
Terrible place to service your vehicle. My car only needed a wheel sensor. 2-3 hour fix. Sat in the lot for a week and didn't get touched at all. No loaner car. Not even a call or warning that it was going to that long. You can't call them because they won't pickup even during business hours. I finally got fed up and went there personally, told them to give me my keys and went to the munro next door. Literally 3 hours later on the same day, my car was fixed. Ironically, the guys at munro go the part from the armory. Terrible.
I always return to Armory Garage for service. The knowledgeable staff who work on my car are the best. I always get great service and will continue to have my vehicle serviced there.
Update: they really love their customers when they just shut their mouths and take poor service without complaining. Here’s their helpful solution; “we’re cancelling your appointment, we won’t service your vehicle”! How’s that for customer service? Take your vehicle here at your own peril! I had to drive there to make an appointment. Delivered the vehicle for the appointment, three days and I heard NOTHING. You can’t get service on the phone and they don’t return your calls. Now I had to drive 40 miles to find out that they don’t even know when they will work on my truck. The premier dealership in this area has gone to hell! Will never buy from them nor use their service department!
No one picks up if you call to schedule an appointment so stopped by for an oil change. Waited almost 2 hours…checked on status and was told my car wasn’t even brought in yet and that they were short staffed, which is the usual excuse…same excuse I was given back in May. I left and have made an appointment on line -let’s see if they will be short staffed again. Stop the excuses service department…
I am giving you all 3 stars because all went well except trying to schedule the appointment. After several attempts to call, wait on hold, and told to go online to schedule, I actually had to go there in person to make the appointment. You have got to either answer the phone or make the online process more detailed. You are only given 2 choices, scheduled a regular maintenance or review dealers recommendations. I had neither of those options so I had nowhere to go from there. I had to have my radio replaced because the screen was detaching and I would assume it would take longer than a tire rotation. I had to order the part and was told once it came in they would call. I did not hear from them so I called to see if the radio was in and it was! I asked to schedule the appointment and I was told they could not schedule the appointment, "that's the service department, we are the parts department". So around the wheel I went! Why would I go online to schedule a regular maintenance when I had to have my radio replaced with the radio that was in the parts department. I would think it would take longer to replace a radio than it would to rotate tires.
The service was top notch. Staff were knowledgeable and vey customer oriented.

DONT BUY FROM ARMORY! bought a car, had problems the next day, the garage said it was unsafe to drive! They have had the car for two weeks and give me no updates. Now I have to get the attorney general involved and the dmv.

We have tried to be loyal customers since moving from CA 2 years ago - in two routine service instances we were not told about excessive brake or tire wear. The service department is not very proactive communicating status updates or repair recommendations.
Erica in service goes ABOVE and beyond. She remembers your face, name, story and listens to your concerns. She does not treat you like a number, but a guest. This is a factor I remember when referring friends and family to the dealership. I know Brian in sales will help them find what they are looking for and when they come in for service, Erica will ensure they are treated as a valuable customer.
They found half of a staple in my tire and fixed it before a long road trip. Really good job and a really hard find. Handled with absolute professionalism. Rotated the tires incorrectly.

Armory Garage dealership: I have leased three trucks from Armory Garage over the past few years. A few months ago, I leased another truck, but this experience was horrible. I wanted a bedliner and side running boards on my new truck. Initially, my sales guy Jerome started the process smoothly, but then he handed my brand-new truck to a cheap aftermarket guy and overcharged me for the side running boards and bedliner.(I NEVER AGREEED to cheap AFTERMARKET PARTS! CLEARLY I WANT OEM PARTS ON A NEW TRUCK) After many calls to Armory and Jerome, I just gave up. Jerome disappeared after I signed the lease paperwork, which was disappointing since he seemed like a cool guy at first. It felt like he was just interested in making the sale. Despite understanding that everyone has things to do, the disregard I felt afterward was frustrating. Jerome kept telling me the manager is not around after many calls, so I gave up. Im too busy with my own business to deal with him and Armory. This dealership seriously lacks follow-up care. -
The customer service was great. They did everything right to get me into a piece of shyt car. Now having a hard time getting out of it. Highly recommend!

I ve been a customer with armory for over eight years a loyal customer never missed a payment. Nothing now it s time to trade my lease and I go five months early. Try to wheel and deal. They said they were gonna take care of me. They said they were gonna give me loyalty, I can t afford a $900 payment after I ve only paying $430. I get there. I have no other choice but to take another lease on a vehicle that I absolutely hate and for me to buy out my vehicle would ve been 10 times more money. I just can t believe That this company treats me like on anyone who walked off the street this will be the last car

I was told by Nick, apparently in charge of the service department, that he would have the turn signal in the mirror replaced at no charge since it was defective when I purchased the van and I reported it the morning after I picked up the vehicle. He told me that there was no problem, that he would not charge me and bill the repair to his sales department. He jokingly said that the sales department was his best customer. When I picked the van up the problem was not corrected and I was told that it would not be. I was flat out lied to. This is a failure to correct a safety issue; the van should never have been allowed to leave the shop for delivery in that condition. This deceit by Nick in service completely negated the good experience I had buying the van. Peter in sales and Erika in finance made the process smooth and easy; Peter was honest and forthcoming, and managed to take the sleaze out of buying a used car at a dealer. Nick in service managed to put the sleaze right back into my dealer experience. Nice job, Nick. That said my overall experience in the service department was beyond excellent. I was greeted and logged in by Erica, who logged me in quickly and efficiently. A.J. took my complaints and generated a service order quite promptly. Jennifer arranged my loaner and treated me with courtesy, friendliness and respect. Nicely run operation, missing only one thing - integrity on the part of service management. I would not at this point return for paid repair work at Armory, especially considering that Lia has a CJD dealership not far up the road. Is Lia any better? I have no idea, but at least they have not lied to me yet :)

Wasnt bad on the the wait or service, but had to wait to exit although I was 2nd at the gate. So I backed out with no assistance.
I went back to that the oil change indicator light reset since it had not been reset at the last oil change by the dealer. And to get a diagnosis on the check engine light The oil change indicator light is still not reset. And waiting on a part to correct the check engine light. Time to dump the Jeep
Carolyn is amazing and is a very fast responder! Always has an answer to my questions! If she didnt know the answer she would get it for me within an hour. Paul is the head mechanic. Hes amazing as well. Hes a very personable person. Always has a big smile on his face and really listens to your issues and soaks up the information! We have purchased our last 4 vehicles here. Carolyn in sales is the BEST! However, since the dealership was bought out by a large corporation, the service department has gone completely downhill. No one answers the phone, appointments made on line get canceled, the quick service for no-appointment oil changes is often a 4 hour wait. I will be looking elsewhere for my next Jeep.
3 1/2 hours to change 4 tires and alignment. Then 45 minutes to check out. Tried to contact service manager Nick and phone never was answered and hung up on me 4 times. Horrible way to ask for feedback.

This is the second time in a row that Ive tried to schedule service at Armory and have had an incredibly horrible experience. Ive tried scheduling one online, via text, and via phone and no one has called me back. The automated phone system is a joke, Im not sure who decided to put that in place but, no one ever calls me back from a message. I just wanted to schedule for an inspection. Ive been going to Armory for 9 years...not any more.
Everyone was so nice. Marlon helped make sure my visit went smooth and my car got done in a good time. He was very knowledgeable.
My car required an entirely new wiring harness, discovered through intensive examination and a determination to find the source of the underlying problems.
Marlon was an absolute pleasure to deal with! He went out of his way to get me a new gps for my Grand Cherokee after my local dealer wanted no part of trying to resolve what ultimately was a warranty issue.

I drove in requesting and Ill change and inspection. They offered to rotate my tires. They had me drive my car in to the service area. Service was done while I waited in their clean waiting room. I paid and left satisfied with my interactions with all the staff I talked to

Ray, the service counter person was wonderful. However, it too 3 1/2 hours, and with an appointment, to change a set of tires, dismount a second set, qnd take off spacers and put on adapters. I would have done that all in half the tile at home. I expected 2 hours, which Ray agreed it would probably be that much. I should have been informed that it would be that long. The reception area was clean and comfortable. It is very hard to reach someone when scheduling. The text options works if you dont have any questions or things to discuss.
Took my ego diesel in for some warranty and recall work both Marlin and Paul at the service counter took excellent care of me work was completed in a very reasonable time and there were no charges for any of the service thank you again for your excellent work

We also checked out a couple of 2020 Jeeps and all though they were beautiful.....Im just not sure why they are so much or are they trying to pay off the new building quicker.....

Darren Diamond is by far the best car salesman I have EVER dealt with. I knew what I wanted, the price range I wanted to be in...he did not try to sell me something else. I had my own financing in place, he asked once if I wanted to finance with Armory, I said no, and that was it. Other dealerships were pushy....pressuring my to finance through them, and I even had a dealership tell me they would NOT sell me a car unless I financed with them. Armory was completely different. My entire experience with Darren Diamond and the Armory group was wonderful! I could not have asked for a better team then them. If you are looking for a vehicle, do not go anywhere else. I just went in for an oil change and walked right back out when they showed me the price. I own a Dodge 3500 diesel. Shame on me for not asking ahead of time, but $200 for an oil change is absolutely ridiculous. I understand my vehicle takes double the amount of oil, but thats a material cost and the price per gallon of oil used should go down on a unit basis when purchasing more. What a rip off. Do yourself a favor and ask questions about your bill if youre daring and choose to venture in here!

It was quick and painless, and as we all know thats not always the case getting a new car. She helped with registration and insurance because I had my own running to do, also called to let me know when my car was ready and was more than happy to await my arrival back at the shop to pick up the vehicle, JUST to make sure I didnt have any questions for her personally.
