Auto Medics in Albany

I've been getting my vehicle fixed here for awhile so, I was very disappointed and surprised when I came to get my brakes done and a week later my back driver side tire came off while I was driving home, and I just got off the highway, I could have died I so scared! I then had my vehicle towed back to this shop and I was charged to put tire back on! I don't understand why I had their negligence! Never again

I have been here for many different things over the many years I have been going to Jerry. Jerry is honest, good, fast and not expensive. In this industry you can’t get all 4. Jerry is the real deal we need more small, independent, honest mechanics in the area. Well Done Jerry. Well Done.

I use to see Jerry and Tom when they had a shop together...well they both opened shops right next to each other and although Tom just recently closed up because he got an awesome job..I would HIGHLY recommend Jerry. I have been going there for over 20 years and even when I moved to western NY..I would visit family and leave my truck there for maintenance because he is so honest and reasonable prices too...anybody that says different about his shop is a liar and pissed off at something else...professional, kind, and hard working !!!!
