They can’t even do an oil change!! They stripped my drain plug so bad that I couldn’t even get a new oil change. How do you mess up something so simple. My car is only three years old. It’s literally a 2022.
I called in advance and asked if he was doing car inspections, and he told me yes I arrived in a timely manner that he suggested when I got there there was no instructions on where to go, so I proceeded to follow my vehicle and then the gentleman of The shop was very nasty and rude explaining that I shouldn’t be in the garage, but never gave instructions on how to get to the seating area. I explained to him that my purse was in my vehicle and I would like to retrieve it and that’s when he told me to leave and he will not be doing my inspection with my vehicle. I do have a full video which I will be placing up this man is very nasty. I do not know how he served the capital region that I’ve lived in and Love for so long. He is not an asset to this community. He’s very rude and disrespectful. I do not know how this man is still up and running in business.
I did not get my emissions inspection in New York because my car had bad windshield wipers. The man insisted on selling me parts from his business makes you fail your inspection because he wants to make you buy parts from his business.
Replaced a deflated tire at reasonable cost, quality and speed. Highly appreciate their services. Thanks guys.
Avoid this garage. I should have looked at other reviews here. They claimed my car needed expensive repairs, but a second opinion from another reputable shop easily passed the inspection, dismissing all alleged issues. This discrepancy raises serious doubts about their integrity. Save time and money by choosing a more trustworthy garage for your inspections and repairs.

Avoid this place at all costs!! Read all the reviews!!! Failed my NYS emissions inspection because the parking brake needed to be adjusted. While I was there I saw him fail someone because they wouldn t buy new tires. Total scam.

Came in for an inspection. Was told that I needed all new rotors and brakes on a 3 year old car with 45k miles. Passed inspection with flying colors elsewhere and confirmed there are no issues with the brakes or rotors. Get a second opinion.
When you go to fix a small leak problem in the cooling system And he tried charging me 1000$ for transmission leak ? Dud Im not a mechanic but not that dumb

We came to AutoRite after we blew a tire on the interstate. We were travelling (with two kids) so getting a replacement tire quickly was really critical. We came to AutoRite shortly before they closed and they stayed after to help us out in our desperate situation. We received fast, high quality service and the workers there were extremely friendly and made the time go by easily. I am so grateful for their kindness to our family, and they made our unpleasant event go by easily and quickly.
I do not recommend them because I had a bad experience with the workshop, my insurance made an estimate of a reasonable amount so later they wanted to charge too much, like 9 thousand dollars, and for the parking they made me charge for 22 days, so in reality it was not those days
They failed my inspection for my brakes . I just took it back to Nissan and they said my brakes are perfect still and passed my inspection. Auto rite Obviously tried to sell me things I didn t need. Would not recommend coming for an inspection
Extremely unorganized and will try to over charge you for anything unless you correct them. Dont ever go here, super unreliable!
In my 30 minutes of sitting in their waiting room, 2 out of the 2 customers there dealt with one employee telling them a higher price than another employee had first told them. They also told me I had to pay for new wipers to pass my inspection and they work just the same as the ones i came in with. Seems like they say what they want to try to get as much money out of you that you ll allow. Would not recommend this place at all.

I have been going to this place for longtime, way before they moved into this location. I must say, lately, they just want to get as much money as they can from their customers. Three weeks ago, I took my daughter s car in for inspection and tires swapped. After spending $380, I was told the inspection couldn t be done at that time because the car needed to be driven for few hundred miles in order to reset something in the System, and I was told to come back at a later date. I came back few days later after driving the car for 200 miles just be told now, all of sudden, that my car needs the brakes and rotors replaced. I am like, wait a minute! Why you guys didn t say anything about brakes when I was here last time? No satisfactory answer to that question was given. I simply took the car and went few blocks away at Valvoline, and I got the car inspected there without any issues.
For this store its aaa waste of one star my highly recommend is don t go here they will charge you more and more

Not to bad of a place..Stopped in to get a tire plug..at first he didnt want to plug it so I told him Id just go do it myself and then he wanted to plug it..the first guy hadnt a clue on how to get my lug nuts off..the second gentlemen seemed to have more knowledge and fixed the tire
Every time I come here they try to sell me tires, they even failed me on an inspection because they said I needed new tires. Went to another place and passed with flying colors. Guy just wants to sell tires. Khan is a con.

I had a flat tire and no jack down the street and these guys loaded up their Jack and drove over and changed my tire (did not ask for Money) They really got me out a bind, I highly recommend.
