Came here to get my brakes changed. Had no problem bringing in my aftermarket parts, they only charged me for labor, which was priced competitively. Dropped off 5PM and picked up the next day. Overall a great experience.

Very good experience with this place. 10/10 My car needed new shocks and struts after hitting a pothole. The shop I went to, Firestone, did not properly install them and when I went back to them, they overlooked the problem and insisted on me getting new ball joints put in for almost $500 after already spending $1600 with them. After that, I went to Bhatti Group asking for new ball joints because their prices were great. They took a look and said I did not need new ball joints, the struts were just improperly installed causing a really bad squeaking sound every time I went over a bump. They were very honest and respectful. I really appreciate their honesty because they did not charge me for something I didn t even need. I will go to them for future car problems for sure! Thanks to them I was able to get a refund at the other place!! Thank you!!!!

I have been going here for 7 yrs. Nvr an issue. Always gd customer service. Prices are reasonable. Show u ur parts & any other issues that might be going on. Service is always great. Hes gotten very popular these days, so hes super busy. Inside makeover looking gd. I recommend him to all I know. Luv the way him & his dad run the shop.Had abs sensor put on, I have no lights on dash now. Put a fuse in so my horn works now. Thanks ur the best Boss.

Worst spot ever. Charged me double for that I was initially charged for. Will never return. The person working on the car is extremely unprofessional and delay the time when the car was SUPPOSED TO BE READY without any warning so I have to delay my time to wait for my vehicle. The man literally talks down to us like we do not know a thing about cars and tries to gaslight us into paying more. If I can give a zero star or NEGATIVE STAR I will. They don t even deserve a one star review.

I passed by yesterday and they gave me an appointment for today at 12:00 pm and when it arrived I arrived early it was 11:45 pm when I arrived my husband got off and went in and there was nothing we were waiting until 1:45 pm and they never attended to us for the appointment. The inspection was horrible, the treatment, the owner is very arrogant with a dog-like face, he doesnt greet anyone. It is the worst place to take your car, I do not recommend it to anyone.

A bit slow, but good work

Overall, the work was good. However, because he is so busy, you need to stay on top of him.

Went for state inspection. After 90mins was told my car couldnt Communicate with the state and thus a fail despite passing all inspection items. Told to try Jiffy Lube. Jiffy said state received the initial transmission. Two and a half hours wasted.

I just want to thank the owner (I think that s who helped me out). I was passing Albany on a 6 hour drive when something happened to one of my wheel bearings. I found the auto shop on google maps and called 10 mins before closing and they told me to come in and helped me out. I was able to get home to my destination safely. Thank you!

I had an appointment at 8.30 in the morning and I was there on time. They took the car in at 11 am. Only the rear brakes were going to be changed. It is now 16:30 and I am still here. It is far from mastery. No one knows what they are doing or what they should do. I have never seen such a ridiculous place in my life. They made me pay for their own incompetence. They are robbers and serve no purpose other than wasting time and money. My hand break was working and now don t work.

Kenny s a friendly tech. He answers all of my car questions, even ones I feel are redundant of me to ask. He helped me problem solve a recent misfire in my engine. The service is great, at least for me. They get me in and out the day I bring in my car. Had an oil change done, three diagnostics (all done on separate days, as we tried to problem solve the root of the engine code issue) I got new spark plugs and an ignition coil changed out and that only took 2.5 or 3 hrs at most.

I needed a new headlight and chose Bhatti after reading reviews online. The owner and staff at Bhatti were very professional and personable. They provided clear communication throughout the entire process and gave me a good price. Thank you!

There s not a dull day at this auto body shop, with that being said I greatly appreciate the efficient and effective care they take with my vehicle and all its needs it may have. In and out with a keen eye to ANY issues my vehicle may be having. From preventative to current issues I ve been in Albany NY 12 years and I won t take my vehicle anywhere else. I was sent here to get NEW tires. AFTER getting my tires changed my TPMS light was on. I live two hours away from this place. It wasn t possible for me to go back and I m finding out that the sensor on one of the tires is broken and also I m being told I need new tires again. I got my tires changed at the end of October 2021. It s ONLY been TWO months. It s IMPOSSIBLE to need new tires! Just to call and for him to LIE and say that he told me to get a wheel alignment which is a LIE, also if KNOWING you need a wheel alignment after getting your tires changed WHY NOT DO THE SERVICE at the garage if you OFFER WHEEL ALIGNMENTS. I am VERY VERY VERY VERY DISSATISFIED with this place and the people and I will NEVER go back.

I brought my vehicle here after weeks of not knowing the real issue and they figured it out the same day. After taking some time for insurance reimbursement , they were able to get the parts and fix the car within 5 days. Hospitality and kindness was top tier here, and the issue with my car was no longer. They replaced a driveshaft and a brand new transmission in a BMW for under 2500 bucks. Cant beat it

Very Good Service

This place is by far the best place to go to get your car repairs done. They work with you. The service is FAST!! They were busy and still managed to get me out of there in an hour, when they said a couple hours over the phone. They go above and beyond for their customers and Im so grateful to have found this place. Other places were trying to rip me off.

I was charged $2500 to get my bumper and grille and a few other things fixed/replaced. Because of a misunderstanding with my insurance I had to pay the balance out of pocket which was not an issue. I was told that my car would be fixed within 2-3 days but I didnt actually get my car until 2.5 weeks later and the communication was terrible. The owner kept telling me that it would be done later that day but the whole day would pass and I would hear nothing from him this continued for many days. I eventually went to the shop and seen he hadnt worked on the car at all but keot telling me it would be done by the end of the day. The pieces were sitting in and around my car. He said he would fix my tire for free for the inconvenience but in the end tried to charge me when I never asked him to fix it. It was a very frustrating experience. I receiced my car without the fog light intact. He said he would call when he gets the part and it was included in the original 2500 he charged. He also tried to charge me close to $2,800 in the end to include taxes but he had forgotten that he already included taxes in the $2500. It is now 5 months later and still nothing. I would never bring my car here again or recommend anyone else to. Im just glad to have my car up and running again.

They get pretty busy so you might have to wait depending on what part of the day you need service. Early is best. I had a brake and router service done the first time and a tire replaced the second time. I am satisfied with the service. They are great when it comes to customer service as well. I think I found my shop guys.

I took my car to get the breaks fixed and was givin the run around for 4 days and I paid the man 200$ up front n the day I go to pick my car up he says he went to drive the car and my transmission broke then tried to tell me I can get it fixed for 500 more dollars and that didn t sit well with me specially when in the past he used a zip tie to (fix) a muffler on my brothers car they do work for a low cost but you definitely get what ur paying for and in my case I lost money and a car

Use to be the best now hes a stressed out mess. Had my car for weeks kept changing what parts were needed and never got the same story twice. Almost a thousand dollars later he gave me half the parts back cause they werent needed after all, but thats why he had the car for weeks........and its still not fixed
