Arranged for a loaner but no one knew about it when I dropped my vehicle off. Was told i would have to wait for the guy that does that…. He comes in “around” 8??? I would be late for work if I waited. Intook the LYFT option instead I was still late for work. Dropped the vehicle off at 7:15 AM and did not get it back until after 2!!!! Tried to collect $$ for the oil change even though the vehicle has a service contract that includes oil change and tire rotation. Very disorganized service department that pay very little attention to detail.

Brought my car in for a scheduled oil change and the place was hoppin! Six trucks waiting to get in. They got me in within five minutes. I was out the door and my car was finished about an hour and a half later. Excellent service!
Brought my 2023 Chevy Silverado in for a manufacture recall. Had a 2 pm appointment and they had my repair done by 3pm. Service folks were very accommodating and friendly. Kept in contact with me by text message. Very nice facility. Would recommend to others.
I scheduled an early morning NYS inspection appointment that was handled promptly and professionally. My vehicle was checked in and serviced while I went to breakfast with my son before work(bonus). Kayla was great and kept me informed as my vehicle progressed through to the finish. I swung back to pay the cashier and was on my way with an hour to spare before needing to be at work. Drop my car off for 85 thousand mileage check up and a computer message. Drop off was great. Inspection was shown along with result and price to get to par. Pickup was great they just had a glitz with the computer to tell me it was ready.
Got appointment quickly, diagnosed quickly. Stated they had part and it was in progress of being repaired. Great experience so far. I didn’t take a loaner because I thought it would be done in a day or 2. Nope. My vehicle sat for 18 days until it was fixed. For a job that is quoted for around 5 hours. I was disappointed by this experience and will be rethinking my decision to buy at denooyer, like my last 3 trucks. Please feel free to contact me
I love the service department at DeNooyer Chevrolet. They always do a thorough job inspecting my truck and making sure everything is looked at. I may not always like the expense but I do like the fact that my truck gets fixed. My go-to guy is Robert Anderson he is very thorough and always takes the time to let me know what's going on throughout the day. I highly recommend DeNooyer Chevrolet

Everyone is so nice and very attentive. Everyone also smiles at you. They do their best to get the service job done on a timely basis. The customer lounge is comfortable and clean with a TV and computer station. The coffee is good. I didn t have any this visit, but had some previously. Too much with environmental consciousness however. Or they never brought items back after the pandemic restrictions which has been over for more than three years. DeNoyer and most big dealerships used to have nice individually wrapped food items such as buttered rolls, danish s, biscuits and cookies from a bakery. It made waiting for a car repair tolerable and even pleasant. Then they went to commercial breakfast bars, crackers & fruit snacks. Now their only offerings were unappealing snacks from a vending machine. Not even bottled water It s possible employees or some customers took advantage, I don t know, but it s disappointing. I brought my own breakfast.
I was able to drop my vehicle of early. I got a ride to and from work down the road. It is very convenient.

Service and the service people as always were great! However, the cost of services are way too high anymore. It cost almost $90 for oil change and tire rotation on my car with under 15,000 miles. Will be looking to have it done elsewhere going forward as I live on a fixed income with my SSI.

I was very disappointed with the receiving and exiting process, especially when I mentioned at arrival and checkout, that I wanted to use my GM Rewards. Neither advisor, Kayla or cashier, asked any further questions. I Was under the weather, and should have pushed further...and glad I still made the service appt, but again at checkout I mentioned Rewards, and nothing. After I left and was home it hit me, NO REWARDS USED FOR THE $75.+ charge. **I am saying this because in Jan. 2024, the service advisor, Robert Topkins, took care of everything, after he took all my info at check-in, once I mentioned using Rewards.. The actual service technician on 3/12/25, Steve Clarke, was excellent and was great in sending & seeing a video of the under carriage of my chev. Equinox, although did not come to waiting area. Instead I received a text message that my car was done, paperwork really at service,and keys in car. What would have happened, if I didnt have my phone turned on or with me??!! In person association was terrible. I will probably be returning for my vehicle inspection in May 2025, but this appt. Was unsatisfactory for customer service. Dawn Neal

I do not recomend this service department, here is why; I booked an appointment after a $1 sales call. Figured i wpuld give them a shot. I had them change fuel filter and rotate tires and inspection. I go to pick up truck and they charged me full price for an oil change, and over charged me for a fuel filter. The corrected it at the time, but when i went out to my truck i could tell my tires werent rotated. (front cupping still on front and the more worn flat on the rears) What else did they not do? Also lo the truck smells like oil now... Hopfully they got some in the engine. I spent 64k with them on this truck. Shit experiance.

Set up an appointment two weeks prior at a convenient time for myself so that I wouldn t have to bother anybody else when I brought my truck in for an oil change. When I arrived, I could tell that the place was flustered. Frustrated technicians, too much work to do, very over scheduled. I was advised that appointment times are essentially appointed times to come in to drop off a vehicle. This is certainly not the traditional interpretation of the word appointment.

Bob A. was an excellent service advisor. We actually dropped car off a day early on accident. During the recall repair another part (cable) had broken. The part was no longer available but DeNooyer was able to source and had it shipped overnight. Everything was done in a timely manner and we are extremely satisfied!!! We will return with any future automotive needs.

Denoyer serviced department is terrible. Communication is one sided(theirs). Try calling or texting/emailing your service contact - good luck. When you ask for a NYS inspection and they don t notice that there is windshield wiper missing, you really aren t comfortable knowing if your other service request were done properly. How about when you pay over the phone and give instructions that you will be picking your vehicle after hours and they can t follow simple request creating more communication problems when trying to get your key and your paperwork.
Excellent service and care of my truck.
For the second time Denoyer has been unsuccessful at fixing my vehicle and has shown inexperience in the mechanics field and lack of passion or care for their clients. They replaced my battery and now my vehicle has more issues from just replacing the battery. Now I have to be stuck with a tow bill because of their incompetence the least they could have done was cover the tow since they couldnt fix the dam thing. I will no longer be bringing my vehicle to Denoyer for service.

They did not deliver the vehicle to me in the agreed time and I lost things to do that I had pending.
The customer service here is sub par at best. I had sent my wife car in for device work. They had the vehicle for a week, when I received the email telling me what was wrong with the car I attempted to call to speak with the service advisor dealing with my car this took me calling in 4 times just to get him on the phone. Everytime I called I was told that a message was being left for him to call me back and would not receive a return call. When the vehicle was finally finished I went to the dealership to pick up the vehicle only to find out that it was completed the day before and was never notified. The communication between service writers and customer lacks severely. They act as if they own you as soon as they have your keys and you are on their time and no one elses.

This is my first service at DeNooyer after purchasing my car. The service technician did not push me into more services than needed and they got the job done very efficiently. My only complaint was it was hard to find my car afterward in the back lot on a cold and icy day. A nice man named Ramone who was scraping the cars help me locate my vehicle.

I had scheduled an oil change, tire rotation and check the howling noise from the rear. This same noise was noted last year at a service visit which I was told the sound was there due to me painting my rear hubs?? This time I was told it was my tires and recommended I replace all 4 tires@ $1179. Also noted my tires were at 5/32 front and 6/32 rear, half life. I was also charged $94 for that diagnosis, REALLY! So are there cords broken, uneven wear, incorrect inflation? Could someone enlighten me on this?

DeNooyer s sales department and sales liaison folks are outstanding. In particular, Gianni, my salesman, worked extremely hard helping me identify the vehicle best suited to my needs and patiently working to locate it. He arranged the purchase of a couple of accessories I needed and followed through with the finance and service departments to make my purchase flawless. Similarly, when difficulties arose with the service department s installation of the accessories the after sales liaison person was extremely patient and tactful in his numerous attempts to remedy the problems. Unfortunately, DeNooyers Achilles heel is its service department that simply could not properly install the accessories. To its credit however, DeNooyer management went the extra step to remove the accessories and reimburse me the cost. I d buy another vehicle from them in a heartbeat but I am concerned about its service department doing future maintenance on the vehicle.

This was the worst car-buying experience I ve ever had. Communication was terrible on the day of purchase, and when we returned for delivery, we waited over an hour after checking in and no one spoke to us. After purchase, we discovered the windshield was incorrectly installed, leading to water damage that required a new windshield, computer, and carpet. It took two months of phone tag and even filing a complaint with the attorney general to get the repairs scheduled. Even then, they didn t have the necessary parts, and my truck was in the shop for almost a month. When I finally picked it up, no one bothered to tell me where my vehicle was or reimburse me for the travel costs they promised, as I live far away. To top it off, the rental vehicle they gave me wasn t even properly serviced I had to add windshield washer fluid myself because it ran out. This dealership did the bare minimum when they should have been going above and beyond to fix their mistakes. I would never recommend them to anyone and wish I could return my truck to purchase from a better dealership. Steer clear.

Went in for 15k mile service. Was not told it would take all day. Had I known that I d have planed accordingly. I called to get update after truck was already there for 7 hours . Had to call second time cause I didn t get update on it. Advisor finally called me to tell me truck was ready that it was ready hour ago. Very disappointed with everything today.
