Brought in a car that was overheating after just having it serviced at a different shop for a coolant leak a month ago. They found the radiator hoses weren't fastened tightly (so I was still leaking coolant). Not only that but the radiator fans were somehow unplugged, and even when plugged in they weren't running bc the fuse for the fans was blown. They found and fixed three issues in under an hour, would highly recommend!!
Just brought my car here for an inspection and oil change and was very impressed. The prices are extremely reasonable and they never try to oversell you for things you don’t need. I go into work at 6:30, so used the drop box to leave my car the night before, which was very helpful. They called me the next day and my car was ready for same day pickup. No hassle or extras that you don’t need thrown at you when you go here. I just found my new go to for car maintenance and all future inspections. Highly recommend!

My daughter goes to school in Albany. Her car started smoking and I called Mark Flynn's Garage after searching for good reviews in the area. Everyone was right, Mark is a caring, thorough, and goes above and beyond! I feel lucky to find this needle in the haystack Garage.

Came here this afternoon and just had a terrible experience. I walked in. I was kind I said good afternoon and was asking questions about getting a new tire. The employee that was sitting at the desk gave me nothing but attitude. Huffing and puffing. I don't know what I did to deserve that, the crazy amount of attitude it just was not a good feeling. Maybe I'm overreacting. You see, my son is a two time cancer fighter and we just came from an oncology appointment. He has something called graft vs host disease ( basically his body attacking his donor bone marrow) which has been causing him tremendous issues the past year. we leave the appointment and I come out and see that my tire needed to be replaced asap. So this was the first place I went to because it's close to my home. So to have a long, stressful day and then try to be polite to the people in my community, who would be potentially serving me just to get hit with attitudes and huff and puffs Was not what I was expecting. You never know the day people are having. Please just remind your employees to be kind.
On the suggestion from a AAA tow truck driver I had my vehicle taken to Mark's. Right from the start everything was handled perfectly. I knew it was a difficult repair to diagnose, but Mark and Cody were able to fix the problem flawlessly. When picking up my vehicle they explained what was wrong, and I'm sure other mechanics would not be able to handle the job. I would not hesitate bringing your vehicle here. Mark and Cody are knowledgeable, honarable and very professional. 5 stars out of 5!!
Great work and great value. Cody and Mark are very friendly and give honest assessments of what needs to be done with your vehicle. Sometimes it takes a few days to get in for an appointment...it's worth the wait. These guys are trustworthy, skilled, and will take good care of you.

I liked this garage but had 1 off experience. The latch of my car was not in place when they took it for a test drive and it blew back and smashed the windsheild. They told me the latch was rusted but the dealer said the latch was intact.

HONEST RELIABLE
These guys are the best! I was in town for some job training (I live over an hour away) and had a brake line blow down the road from their garage. I got my car there right before they were closing for the night but they still took a look and said they could have it for me the next day. Sure enough, when I got done with my training for the day they were just finishing up my car and at a reasonable price. I can t thank these guys enough for going out of their way to help me out. I d bring my care there again for sure if I lived closer.

Honest, more than fair. In my experience, they do a good job, stand by their work, and dont take advantage of your ignorance (that being the fear most people have of skilled tradespeople). Always happy to explain the problem as best as they can.
Mark and Cody are extremely honest people, they do their best to find the cause of the problem in your vehicle and tell you the cheapest and best option to solve it. I would definitely recommend their business to anyone looking to repair their vehicle.

The only mechanic I trust. Mark is honest, reasonable, and accessible. I appreciate that he offers details and answers any questions. Mark inspected my first used car 15 years ago, then again for resale several years later, when I moved abroad. By the way, the person who bought my car experienced Marks integrity first hand when he identified a wrong diagnosis that would have cost her thousands of dollars -- an opinion verified by a third mechanic, which he encouraged the buyer to seek out. Truly service oriented. Now that Ive returned to the US, Im thrilled Mark Flynns is still in business so he can inspect a car I am considering.
Honest and reasonably priced mechanic.
Wonderful experience! I took my car in because I was having problems with the steering wheel. The guy who took the car from us (I think his name is Cody)? spent a long time with us trying to understand the problem. He also offered to just look over the entire car, which was nice, because it is kind of old and crappy. The customer service was excellent and theyre lovely people to work with. When they called back, they found nothing wrong with the car and did not even charge us for the time spent to look it over. When I went back in to pick it up, Mark gave me my key and again spend more time telling me what to do next. Wish I had taken my car there ages ago!
