Beware they run a crooked shop, they drained all my break fluid out of my master cylinder and then tried to sell me breaks and rotors on my truck that I didnt need. But lucky they were to stupid to figure what kind of breaks and rotors my truck has and on top or that they had no clue how to even completele the task.They are completele morons dont waste your time even going to this shop.

Noah at Midas in Central ave in Albany NY has been a wonderful help and was patient with all of the customers.

Save yourself a huge headache and get your services elsewhere. They have no regard for your time and will not honor the appointment times they provide. Cherry on top is the highly unprofessional, defensive and rude behaviour when you ask them for timely services. Maybe don t hand out that many appointments when you can t handle the number of customers? In addition, I tried to avail a deal offered by them, the manager there treated me like I was getting services for free. They also quoted a ridiculous amount for alignment, I was able to get much better, reasonably priced and quicker services elsewhere.

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation with a 10am appointment. They didn t take the car in until after 12pm. They told me my bearings needed replacement and it would be $350 per wheel. I asked them to put my tires back on the car and left. Took my car to the dealer and told them what Midas recommended. The dealer confirmed that I do not need new bearings. I would not trust this business.

I had a good overall experience with Midas before this month, I replaced my struts with them before. They really screwed up my car this time. I came to them with a steering noise problem, they said its the control arm and changed my control arms which cost me a fortune. But the problem never went away , instead my steering became way worse and stiff. Confirmed from 2 different shops that the K frame got messed up while changing control arms. Noah is a nice guy but says control arms that they installed are fine and never admits its their fault. No point arguing anymore. Got the k frame replaced at another shop now. Overall experience cost a couple grands and i hope nobody has to go through this screw up .

The staff were polite and responsive. They provided pictures verifying all the points of my car inspection.. My only complaint is that the waiting room had biased news on the television. However, Noah was responsive to changing the channel to something like a show or a movie. Overall, he was great to work with!
