🗣️It was raining so hard that day! They were so kind, respectful, professional, and sympathetic to the fact that my daughter had fell asleep in the vehicle and I didn’t want to wake or move her! They allowed me to stay in my vehicle while they worked. They made sure to still show me the oil on the stick, top off all of my fluids, check the air in all my tires and get them back to where they needed to be, and told me about all the promotions they were offering in the store! The staff is friendly and efficient.The mechanics are knowledgeable about the cars they service.They allow you to see your oil stick to know that it's has been changed and the oilfilter.Now I really like that.Even if you dont know all of the mechanics terms that will check it and find the problem if they are able to fix.No surprises.Jay the manager is hardworking as well as his staff A team working together for a common goal for the customers to be satsified and drive safely on the road.Keep up the great customer service and handling the people needs Vivian Stephens
Man if I could leave zero Stars I would I always go here for everything so naturally I went here for a break change I was quoted $100 they ended up telling me I had bad rotors and the wrong brakes which I purchased myself after taking everything off and throwing it away so I ended up paying almost $300 for a simple brake change if I had known it was going to be that much I would have went to Firestone or Goodyear and paid that much for better service, they also trashed my car looking for the key to take off my lug nuts. I would highly not recommend going to this place unless you want to get swindled into paying more money than what you're initially told.
2 days before Thanksgiving, my radiator busted. I called 15 before they closed. Jay and Frank stayed late for me. They worked all day on it to make sure I was able to go home for the holiday. They finished shortly after they closed! Awesome people and service! I'd recommend Precision Tune to EVERYONE!
My husband and I have been coming to Precision for years and it is because of the outstanding service! Craig, , Jay and all the staff are always nice. The cashier/ front desk young lady is so sweet and I have referred a few friends because of the family like experience. They take such great care of us!!!

Hands down some of the slowest workers, took truck in over 3 weeks ago and was told it would be in shop the same day. Well 3 weeks later still not a thing has been done! So told them I would be by to pick it up and for them to not do anything to it, show up to pick it up and they are driving it around on the main roads

I ve been getting my oil changed at this location since moving here and I ve had nothing but good experiences. The longest wait I ve had is 20-30 minutes which was based on multiple customers being in front of me.
I have been using them for two years now and I haven t had any issues. Oil changes are done in a decent timeframe.
