This is the best shop. I am a new customer and even though the guys were all booked up, they looked at my car anyway because they were worried about the issue I was having and thought it might be unsafe. They fixed it too, immediately. Very fair prices as well. I feel very confident about their work.

Top notch place. If you are looking for a place with great customer service and knowledgeable mechanics, this is it. Like another reviewer, I found out this is where Brett (formerly of Larry's Foreign Auto, now closed) started working and now I bring my truck here. Thrilled to have Brett still working on my 4Runner. Dan (the owner) is detail oriented and a great guy to work with. The shop is clean and spacious, don't let the facade fool you. These guys are actual mechanics. They don't just throw parts at a problem until it's fixed. Dealerships and quick lube places seem to be trending towards the mentality of blindly replacing parts, without finding the underlying cause of the problem. Don't get caught in that cycle, it's going to cost you time and money. Bring you car here. I think you'll be pleased.
What a great Group of guys, I was recommended their shop by another shop. I went their and met with Dan who seem to run the place and told him my problem and he immediately took care of it, I had some issues getting parts from an outside source but they were extremely patient and worked with me to get the job done. The end result, they did a great job at a very reasonable rate and were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them. It's also nice to support a little guys instead of these big garages that forget what real customer service is all about .

My parking lights would not shut off and my battery kept draining. I called all my usual garages, and no one could get me in. I call Vinces on a whim. They were busy but Nick said stop by anyway and hed take a quick look. The problem is solved and he didnt charge me for his time! Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Ill be back!!!!

A colleague recommended this place saying that he has been bringing his wifes and his car to this place for years. I had a car inspection at Midas prior and they said that my front brake rotors are delaminated and need to be changed within a month. So I brought my car in to Vinces Garage. The staff Dan there is very friendly and professional. They checked my car and explained to me that my front brake pads and rotors are still good and dont need to be changed at this moment. I am so glad that I found this place. I will definitely be coming here for any future needs for my car.

Simple service, with a minor body issue. Vinces got the fasteners to hold the flap under my passenger door in place. I had been to both Toyota dealers near Albany twice and neither had fixed it. And the service notification was turned off! At least one of the unnamed service shops had failed to do that on more than one occasion. I hope theyll forgive me for having my tire replaced under warranty elsewhere when I go back for my next service!
This place is my go to for service and repairs for all 3 of our Toyotas. Fast, friendly and courteous service; they dont sell you things you dont need and are very reasonably priced too! It doesnt get any better than this and we all know excellent mechanics are worth their weight in gold!

The service at Vince s garage is great. They are prompt, engaged and attend to details. Brett Hamlin, my brother just started working at Vince s. He has worked on cars since he was 4 and I wouldn t go to anyone else.
Have yet to use the place myself, but Ive recommended my son and nephew to Vinces when they needed car work done. Both report they were happy with their experience.
Wish I could give them a rating thats higher than 5 stars! Owning a car as a female can be intimating BUT not when you come to this mechanic. Dan is AMAZING as a female walking into his shop I felt comfortable. He replaced an engine in my mothers car and just recently worked on mine. You can tell when someone has a passion for what for they do, I cannot say enough about this shop go visit and check them out for yourself. His mother Pam is just as nice too
