I called and spoke to a nice lady who quoted me a price for my car. We made an appointment and Eli showed up right on time. He was very professional and helpful. He paid me exactly what was quoted for my car in cash, on the spot. Eli also offered to make a way for me to get a couple of parts from the car which would fit my new car. I didn't have time or a place to store the parts so I didn't take him up on the offer but it was really cool too have the option. Great service, quick and easy. Very quick to pick up the car.. But he shorted me money when they picked up my car. He said they will cash app me the rest and he never did For that reason I will not recommend at ALL!!! SCAMMERS!!!

They picked up my Ford Explorer and paid me what they quoted on the phone. Driver was very nice and professional.
Something is sketchy with this business. I called them to buy my car and the process went rather quickly but a few months later I get a phone call from a man that said he bought my car and was mailed out a title that was filled out to someone else. So he asked be if he got another title from the DMV in my name would I sign it over to him. Of coarse red flags went up immediately. Well I said no and then a day later he called me up and said I have the have a new title for you if I mailed it to me you can you sign it over to me. Well I decided to call the DMV and the title is still in my name and they told me they don t know how they got it delivered to them . They requested another title in my name on line. This is not alright.
Bait and switch. I was quoted $150-175 from this place but when the driver came to pick up the car, he only offered $100. Unfortunately, I had a friend handling the transaction. If I were there I would have sent them away and not accepted the lowered amount. When I called to discuss the mistake, I was told it was because the car did not have a catalytic converter. Nothing about the original quote included mention of a catalytic converter; only weight and current metal prices. The person I spoke with did not offer to do the right customer-service thing and honor the quote. Instead he went into a sad story about how they don t make any money unless it has one. It failed to convince me to see how I should have been penalized for his omission. I should have suspected there might have been a problem based on my original conversation with him in which he mostly spoke over me, spoke very fast as if trying to get off the phone, and was condescending in tone when I asked a question about selling a car from an estate.
Simple booking process, on-time arrival, paid in cash and towed my old non-running vehicle to their place within 10 minutes. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and kind.
