I just drove home my new Chevy all electric Bolt. I am very happy with it. All the people I worked with at DePaula were helpul and responsive. They were not as up to date about particulars for the all electric car as I had hoped. But that was mainly because Covid and the battery recall has stalled recent sales of the Bolt. My salesman Matt responded to calls even when he wasn t officially working.

Purchased 2023 Trailblazer. Sheep herding at its finest. I went to DePaula as they were the biggest Chevrolet dealership in my area. There is no personal connection, there is no feeling like they care for your business. The automobile market is absurd right now and this company takes full advantage of it. They know another person will be right behind you to purchase the vehicle if you don t. If i wasn t in a situation where my life wasn t being turned upside down due to a tragic circumstance, these guys would have never gotten my business.

Everything was find except the title from the leasing company was endorsed incorrectly. And other items were not completed. Since then my attorney has got to top management of GM Financial and supposedly I was have an over night we correct Lease title so I can finally after 8 months get a clear title in my name. I was asked to come in for possibly doing an early trade in on my lease. Within the first 5 minutes of arriving I was told there were no Traverses available. So tell me why did someone call me to make an appointment to come in? Did they think I would turn my car in early and not purchase another vehicle? Waste of my time. I have been doing business with them for 30 years. You would think they would have given me more respect than that.

They offered me $200.00 for a $6,000.00 car, which I received from another dealer. What dorks!!!!

Naz was very helpful and worked to find me a truck with the options I wanted!

This was my first stop in my car shopping experience. Talk about the perfect salesman, Naz was fantastic. No pressure, showed me what I asked for. Explained all the other options for vehicles. No sales pitch, even recommended what other types of vehicles to compare through the classes with each other. After driving 7 other cars, and getting a decent offer from another location, Naz beat it. The pick up of the vehicle was excellent, they really walk you through everything and make sure you are 100% satisfied before you leave. Jackie walked me through all the bells and whistles of the car. Beware of her jokes, they come non stop but keep the mod light. Tyler explained all the financing and answered all my questions reg as regarding that as well. 100% recommend this dealership and look forward to a long relationship here.

I was about to go to Vermont to look at a used truck and figured I would just go to Depaula as I bought from there before. As a female truck buyer, I find some sales people can be condescending - not at Depaula. They were great. Good price for trade, great price on new truck. Very easy process and Nazir and the 2 guys working with him made it super smooth. Totally recommend

Depaula called me to bring my truck in early, before the lease was up. They did not have a vehicle comparable to mine and didnt seem to want to find one. It was a total waste of my time and the trip. When it is time to lease a new truck I will go to several other dealers first. It wasnt the salesmans fault. I felt sorry for him being put in this position.

So the auto tech side is great, guys and ladies are really on top of it. Sales dept.. not so hot. They do NOT go out of their way to find you the best rates on financing. They try to sell you an over priced maintenance pkg. Then if you find one thats equal least my experience the sales man bad mouths it.

Body shop guys are a joke. Not recommended to go to Depaula Auto group except to get threatened

John Henry was the best. Vehicle was delivered late but he kept in contact the whole time during the wait. Great experience all the way around.

I brought my 2018 Chevy Traverse in for a transmission issue. The service advisor Alex got me right in, listened to my concerns and got the problem repaired quickly and it was all cover under warranty. All in all an excellent experience at DePaula Chevy.

I like the Covid 19 protocols when you check in. Steering wheel cover, floor mats. Relatively quick service for the times were living in. Crystal Blackman is very courteous and helpful. Didnt like the waiting room nothing is available!! Couldnt they at least provide bottled water, single serving coffee and or basic wrapped snacks or pastry?? Its a long walk in the cold to get coffee in any direction. Other dealerships provide this!! Why not Depaula Ford!?! Also no vehicles in the show room?? Others have them?? Cant blame Covid others have adapted and provide these things!?!

I feel I got a good deal from DePaula on our Trail Blazzer Lease during a time when other dealers were adding premiums to cars based on availability during the COVID situation.

My experience here was dreadful, I signed paperwork for a black Silverado, and got a grey one, still driving grey one, with no attempt to fix the problem, not happy, and would never send anyone I know, to Depaula Chevrolet, Ford or Mazda!!!!!

My wife and I just got a used car from them, and we were rushed to get up there and finalize paperwork, the gas tank was not filled, it only came with one key fob and they wanted me to pay $400 for another one, we were told we had to get there by 6pm because the manager had somewhere to be. Just unprofessional in my opinion.
