We traveled from Danbury, CT to purchase a 2016 Crosstrek for our daughter. We couldn't be more pleased with the condition of the car which presented as new. John and his son, Stephen are accommodating, transparent, honest and totally trustworthy. This is a family owned business and an excellent Body Shop. We've used them for all our body work for the last ten years. Quail's customer service is top notch, their quotes for work are always reasonable, and they do great work. I wouldn't take our vehicles anywhere else.
