Customers service needs improvement. Five cars went into the car wash before me from the right. When it was my turn to go in from the right the attendent , gestures for me to turn around and come in from the left. At that point I will take me business elsewhere.

A decent car wash with working vaccums.

I tried handing my cash to the guy, he insisted that if I paid the same amount by card, my next wash within 30 days was free - a promotion they were doing. Obviously I should have been more suspicious. Firstly, it wasnt the same amount, it was $1.50 more. Not the biggest deal, but a month later I get a charge on my card for twice as much. They had signed me up for the recurring charge without asking me. To their credit, they did refund me without too much trouble, but the guy on the phone framed it as a one time courtesy rather than we apologize. Never hand over your card to these guys unless you specifically intend to sign up for their plan. In any event, I wont be going here for my washes any longer.

Machine was quite fancy, but price was not very cheap.

I been going here for years and the kids thats working there today has the best customer service care. The very polite and efficient with their work.

Does the job just as all the rest do. I get the base unlimited as I feel the higher tiers are just a waste of money (not sure how well spraying wax down and then washing it right off works toward a lasting protective shine). The wheels don t get cleaned all that well, but then again maybe I m not paying for the upgraded package? Either way $30 a month for unlimited washes is worth it enough and this is a decent place to get a wash. Recommend

The guys work hard. The back end office is the ones who screw up all of the unlimited memberships. Then they never get back to you. Throw the people washing the cars a tip.

Whole front of car was still dirty

In short, its a old school carwash. It has brushes and was a longer pass through the wash itself. I will be back at some point. Its not real convenient for me. Its located in Albany, but it will be a nice place for a wash every so often.

I was able to pull in and use the self service vacuum for $2- coins only. They have a coin exchange machine on the premises. The vacuum midkey got everything but there were some places I wish I had an extended piece to reach. I also wish it had more suction power. The exterior car wash is $14. You have to drive your car onto the machine thingy, put it in neutral and the car wash begins. It s less than 10 mins long, and you ll have to pay prior to the service. After the wash your back on Central Ave in full blown traffic so watch out for pedestrians on the sidewalk and oncoming traffic. It was clean and everything was done rapidly. I would recommend this location if you re willing to clean your own interior and do it quickly.

They raised the prices. Now you get two car washes for what used to pay for three. I think thats greedflation if you ask me!

I left them a bad review because of the horrible job they did. They asked me to call them. What a joke that was. I never asked them for anything. They wanted pictures. I told them I m 67 and not doing pictures. They said the manager was going to call me. That never happened. I won t waste any more money there. I ve been going there for years. To bad they don t care about there costumers and there horrible job for almost $50.00

Great customer service

I join the unlimited car wash membership to wash my car at the touch free sand creek location. I went to wash my car and proceeded to scan my barcode just to get a message on the screen telling me this location does not take gift cards. This is not a gift card but a membership barcode. I contacted customer service just to be told it doesn t work at the sand creek location so be aware of this as is not stated anywhere.

First time at this Hoffmans did a great job

Drive in, drive out. Only one thing, the wash logic needs to extend the drying process at least by and extra 45 seconds.

Improvements have been made on the equipment this small place is still a blessing in disguise. #3words: people show up!!

Hoffmann car wash dangers my vehicle in two places it ripped down some wiring underneath my car and broke off my back windshield wiper. And they watered down the soap used to wash the cars. A little advice, look into these matters

My car wash was fine but I was quoted an incorrect price and didn t realize it until I checked my account at home. When I called, they told me the quote I was given was not correct and did nothing to make it correct.

Very slow service honestly they need help here on with customer service. line should not be all the way down the block its to many workers for such slow service.

This is my least favorite Hoffmans due to the location. It is smaller than most others and is very tricky to get out of because the line of sight is blocked when you are coming out but, overall its a good carwash.

Vacuum I used was not full power and the hose kept slipping out of the nozzle.

Had to run my car through three times and the workers were rude and combative with me when I asked not to have to wait in line for the third wash. Being one of the more expensive unlimited car wash plans I ve had I d expect better customer service and a cleaner car. I never feel the need to leave reviews but the attitude left a bad taste in my mouth.

Its ok if you have nowhere else to go and its a free car wash. The car isnt ever as clean as it should be, its never dry, and the staff doesnt seem to pay attention or car about the business or their own appearance. Im honestly shocked this place hasnt been shut down. I gave it another try today and was stuck for 10 minutes while they messed around.

A quick carwash that lets you stay in your car while you go through. No, they do NOT do an interior clean, but they have several levels for external washes, including hot wax. The staff are very efficient. The dry at the end doesnt involve towels, so it might only be mostly dry, but otherwise this place is a great place to get that free carwash that comes with any jiffylube oil change. They honor other cards from other Hoffmans carwashes, too!

Never been there but if the food taste as it looks in the pictures it got to be delicious. Mmmmmmm yummy. I am going to be there soon.

They charged my credit card 3 times. Then When I spoke to them about it. They have no record of my card. And my tires never gets cleaned when I get the tire package.

Do not go to this carwash. A matter of fact I wouldnt go to any Hoffmans carwash. This car wash off of central ave. did damage to my vehicle and will not pay full price for damages. What is even more of a joke is that I have to give them at least one star for me to post anything on their site. If I had a choice I would not even give them a star. Not only did they do damage to the vehicle they also couldnt even clean the car good. And also just to let you all know I have a newer vehicle, Not some old piece of junk.

The service here is not that good. Every time my wife and I go through the carwash here, our vehicles are always not 100% clean, especially the back. They dont take the time to prewash your vehicle with the hose properly, and when they do its with a lack of care.

I have a monthly pass and today I went to get a wash and paid the tensnt $5 for a wax on my car today and just got home and noticed the wax is all over my car, little white circular spots!!!!! I do hope Hoffmans can rewash & rewax my car the next visit?????

Its exactly what you expect from a car wash. Since theyre part of the chain of Hoffman Car Wash, any discounts, unlimited wash club or free wash for customers tickets are accepted. Theres a big area to clean out and vacuum your vehicle, and a vending machine for car cleaning supplies and air fresheners. Staff is nice and they run and efficient operation. The only problems are that you can only enter the wash from one direction on the street (can only turn left into the wash, cannot turn right into it) and theres no vehicle detailing option at this location.
