So fed up with the service department. Dropped my vehicle off for a ny state inspection on 2/24/25 at 730am…WHICH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR. I took their shuttle service to work in Albany and now I AM STRANDED AT WORK because they closed at 5pm. I called around 230pm to get a status on my vehicle and Alex Wilson told me they hadn’t even gotten to it yet. Totally ridiculous. Also was told I needed new wiper blades and that would be $50 when I can buy them myself for $25 on Amazon and put them on myself in 2 seconds. So done with DePaula after this. This is not the first bad experience with them either! They’re lucky I gave them back the VCI module that the tech left on my passenger seat because they go for a pretty penny on eBay. And I was tempted to recoup some $ for them giving me the shaft on the wiper blades and the inconvenience of stranding me at work.
I went to the dealership with a good friend of mine who was looking for a pickup truck. He found a nice, good clean used Chevrolet Silverado after the test ride we go inside, sit down. He winds up making a good deal on the pickup truck and the salesperson was James. James was pleasant up to date on Carfax of the vehicle. All the questions that my friend Bruce threw at him. Very friendly atmosphere. No pressure to buy. Allowed me all the time i needed to make a decision. Mark the salesman, the business manager and the sales manager all went above and beyond to find discounts and rebates that made the vehicle affordable for me. By far the best experience I’ve had buying a car. My last 2 purchases were a nightmare. Last one was at a very large national used car dealer, I spent over 4 hours there doing paperwork when I went to pick up the car (which was not ready, it hadn’t been cleaned) not at DePaula though. In and out in about 1 hour including the Tech session. Mark made sure almost all the paperwork was signed by email and ready to go. Scott the tech assistant was very helpful and thorough also. Made sure I understood everything and that my phone was connected and all the apps were ready to go. Very impressed.

Certified services is absolute trash and thieves .. Maybe its just me but since when do lifetime garunteed NYS inspections if I purchased the car from them stop and since when does it cost almost $300 for a diagnostic and Inspection .. but like I said maybe Im being dramatic. Lights wont turn off in my car now... Apparently Thats how they were. My car doesnt beep when I press the lock on the fob MULTIPLE times. It was definitely NOT like that .. but guess who has to pay for their mistake n if I dont. Your not getting your keys. I wont be going back.. maybe if they get some new mechanics who arent complaining about doing their job and services members who arent trying to accuse LOYAL customers of not wanting to pay, especially when common sense says if your getting a service from someone you pay and maybe tip depending, I will.. who knows.

This message is to the Depaula family because I am unsure if they realize their dealership is the worst in the capital region. I purchased a truck from them and the transmission went within 5000 miles. They had my truck for over three weeks, said it could be repaired, broke something, then had to put a new transmission in. They the. Had the audacity to call me and tell me to bring the loaner back. That was the first thing that happened. The second thing that happened is today I brought my truck in for an inspection at 7 AM, the courtesy vehicle dropped me off at work and told me that they would pick me up at 2:30 today. I called to find the status and they told me that they hadn t even gotten to my vehicle yet at 4:50. I called and waited on line for the service department to pick up and they hung up on me so they left me stranded at work. Mrs. de Paula Your dealership is by far the absolute worst. I will never buy a truck from you ever again. The people reading this heed warning, once they sell you a vehicle they are absolutely done with you. Do not expect good service from this dealership.

During our cold weather streak my tires needed air and I had back surgery and am using a cane and on my way to work the light came on in my car telling me I needed air. On my lunch hour I drove to Depaula and explained my situation and how difficult it was for me to put air in my tires since my surgery and asked could someone do it for me and I offered to pay them. Keep in mind I drive a Nissan. I was greeted with smiles and a man came out and filled all my tires and would not let me pay for it. It was a lovely experience and although Ive never been to Depaula before I would recommend them to anyone. Their kindness was greatly appreciated.

UPDATE: Gave them one more chance, and this past time things were much better. Communication was as it should be, and nice touches like providing a video tour by a mechanic of their findings was also provided. For that, Im upgrading them two stars and hope it continues to be as it should be. Original: Customer service in the service department has taken a nose dive over the last year or two. My last three service appointments have resulted in no information as to the status of my vehicle as to whether it needs to stay overnight or if it is ready to be picked up. Had to finally show up in person the first time it happened. Lone person working the service counter couldnt find my keys. My wife started looking through the workstations herself and found them. Second time never got a call as expected at the end of the day, so assumed it wasnt ready. Called the next day and finally got someone to respond and tell me the vehicle was ready. Currently I dropped my vehicle off Tuesday morning, got a call Tuesday afternoon asking if they needed to would it be OK to keep it overnight, and its been radio silence for the rest of the week. Tried to call them Wednesday afternoon and after many rings was answered by someone who asked me to hold. Sat on hold for 12 minutes before the call was dropped. Thursday was Thanksgiving. Called again today (Friday), had to leave a voicemail - call was never returned. Now Im curious how many more days will pass before I get any information on whats going on.

Jon I purchased this Silverado about 3years ago has significant frame rott, cant get it inspected and one of the cross members is falling off due to it being rotted, paying for something I cant even drive due to safety reasons is crazy

Patient and kind! Just all-around great service! Well, as of March 2023, I no longer take my vehicle to Depaula. Over 3 hours to replace 4 new tires makes no freaking since to me. The guy handling my appointment/ car was rude as i questioned why its taking so long. He was not the nicest. I wasted a 1/2 a day for tires. Smh! I then later found out I had missing lug nuts, and I called, and the blame was put on me. Now I know I went to the service center with 20 lug nuts and came home with 16 lug nuts. I should have taken pictures of my car. Ugh! I will never go back.
FALSE ADVERTISING AND LIERS. Advertised a 90 day payment deferral on the website, spoke about it in person when purchasing the new truck. Got the first bill with no payment deferral. Tried speaking to multiple people are the dealership who were zero help. One finance manager referred me to GM Financial. Spoke with 3 different people there, with the last one telling me the dealership LIED to me and there is nothing they can do.
Greeted immediately when driving into the bay by a very courteous young lady, taken to my service rep., who followed my vehicle s progress and updated me. He helped me understand the problem that my vehicle had after I watched the mechanic explain it on a video. He payed out a detailed explanation of the work needed, the time it would take and the cost. He then scheduled a time to have it done. (I didn t have to do that with a different person.). Checkout was very fast and the vehicle was just outside the door to drive away. Might not be the cheapest, but certainly worth the expense! - In my mind and I m semi-retired and not wealthy.

My purchase experience with my salesman Marc Murphy was phenomenal. However if I had known how the service dept functions I would not have given them my business. I go in for a scheduled service appt first thing in the morning for a simple oil change and it takes 2 hours!!! That is just absurd it s always a ridiculous wait time even when I make an appt. I m taking my business elsewhere. They also ripped me off by providing me with a window chip repair card and then when I tried to use it for a simple chip in my window the service manager told me I need my whole windshield replaced .without even setting eyes on my car to assess the chip he was also very rude. I wouldn t recommend buying a car here simply Because of the service department.
All recalls were done quickly and without any hassle. Waited for car didnt have to leave it all day like the other Chevy dealership in Albany. Great experience.

DePaula would not honor their own coupons. Ones I have used in the past. As well as, now they tell me theyre not using the same oil in my engine as was reprted to me from the start. I have had all my service since 2019 done here. Not again.
Customer service in the service department is terrible, they dont honor coupons. 3 hour wait for and oil change and tire rotation. Arrived at 1030am and its 130 and Im still here. Ive been a customer to Depaula for years, with multiple car purchases..its ridiculous..this is not the first time this has happened, but it will be the last. I will not be returning.

I had a good experience today, mostly because the repair facility was not super busy. The service team rep was very personable and found me some good prices on the work needed. I was in and out in about 75 minutes. It was the smoothest car repair experience that I have ever had.
Overall it was ok. I needed a new tire and wasn t told the tire wasn t at the shop. I was given an update saying 30-45 minutes and after 50 minutes i went to check status and was told they didn t have the tire and the tech had to go get it. His ETA was 15 minutes and then obviously the additional time for the tire to be placed on. So it was roughly additional 45 minutes. 3 hours for an oil change and new tire is just too long. You should tell your customers if the tire isn t available and do they want to wait. My tire had air in it when I arrived so it was definitely drivable.
Ive been a customer over 25 years, purchased 3 cars from your dealership and have routinely had repairs done at your business. I brought my car for NYS inspection, oil change, removal of snow tires and installation of my regular tires. When I got to the parking lot after the work was done I noticed the tire pressure monitor light was on. I went back to the service area and was informed by the agent that the sensors or monitor is not checked when tires are installed. And I would need to make a separate appt. for that. I called and tried to schedule the appt..for a Sat. and was informed tire pressure monitor work is not done on a Saturday. I called again and spoke to someone else who said it is done on a Saturday. Since that time I could not afford to have the work done and canceled the appt.My son brought the car back to the dealer as the tire pressure monitor is supposed to be checked and was informed all 4 tires that were installed ( 10 days or less prior) were all dry rotted and 2 had nails in them. I paid to have the nails removed and patch repair. Had the technicians informed me then I would have purchased 4 new tires.had I been informed the ones they put on were essentially no good. I had credit approval over $900 with Sunbit but since the work cost much less, the credit approval was lowered to match the cost of the repair. While a small discount was given the second time my car was there I am very disappointed in your dealership. Obviously the technicians who installed my tires either didnt recognize the condition or just didnt care enough to inform me. I will be getting new tires and all future repairs done at a reputable repair shop in the future.

I went there trying to buy a truck, and when i wanted to look things over before putting money down/sign anything. The manager then came over and gave me a nasty attitude for not signing or giving a down payment site on scene. His name was Amar and it was a very distasteful and felt very much like a scam

I am upset that I had an appointment on 9/25 at 10am, and decided to leave my vehicle with you for 24 hours to make it easier for the technition, and yet the diagnosis I requested was not fully completed. As stated on my paperwork, the tech did not have enough time because he didnt bring my vehicle in until about two hours before I said I needed to pick my car up. This is unacceptable and your service sucked. And then to still charge me $200 is also complete crap on your part.

Had a 9 am appt. It was my first 5,000 new vehicle check up. I only needed oil change and tire rotation. I was there until 11:20! Service personnel told me it would only take an hour and a half at most. That means they didnt even start looking at my truck until 945!!! Whats the point of an appointment time if they dont actually start at that time? Very unhappy with this Service appointment. They clearly need to work on their scheduling

My experience started with the most professional salesperson I have ever worked with. Damon and I clearly share the same passion for performance vehicles, we figured that out quickly, and within minutes I was feeling a lot more comfortable about the purchase I was about to make. He got me in the car for a test drive shortly after, giving me enough of an overview on the basics, but clearly respecting my knowledge. He just knows how to get it right. When it came time to make the deal, that was also straightforward. I have purchased several vehicles from Depaula Chevrolet and this process seems to keep getting easier. This one was the best. I drove my new Corvette home the next afternoon.
Dennis listened closely to all of my concerns and addressed each one individually also he recognized/recalled me from a prior visit and added the personal touch by referencing the VB conversation. Brought my car in about 2 weeks ago for a NY state inspection and a repair. I knew what needed to be fixed and asked that that part be replaced and was told that they would need to do a mandatory diagnosis to determine the issue for 200 dollars and would then replace whatever was broken. I asked that this not happen and to only replace what I asked to be fixed. After a lot of back and forth and them not returning my calls they eventually agreed and did what I asked. However they did not replace my inspection sticker. I called that night and explained the situation and was told someone would call me back the next day to have it resolved. That never happened. 2 weeks later I call and explain the situation and am told that I can bring my car in during my half hour lunch break to have the sticker swapped. I arrive at the agreed upon time and wait 20 minutes before asking for an update. Im told the person who would need to replace my sticker is out on lunch and will do it when they return. I explain Im also on my lunch and was told to come in at this time. They say if he doesnt arrive within 5 minutes they will have someone else replace the sticker. Another 20 minutes later I go back up and explain I can no longer wait and I need my car back. My 30 minute lunch has long expired and am now losing money due to their mistake and negligence. They finally return my car with the sticker and I leave after being there a little more than 50 minutes Overall, I hated the experience and will not be back. Everytime I called I felt I had to argue with someone about what was needed because they are trying to tack on extra fees that I never agreed too. And then due to their mistake I had to waste my time, money and gas to get something done that should have been done already. I understand mistakes happen and everyone I interacted with was nice and professional, but there are clearly a lot of issues going on if it takes nearly an hour to have my sticker replaced.
I went into DePaula looking for a specific vehicle and was greeted by the sales manager Aram who lined me up with Dave Barry the sales man. I told him my needs and wants and in short time I was in the my Equinox in the color I was hoping for with the payment I wanted. Dave handled all the paperwork. I had a 3:00 appointment and didn t leave until 6:30 for an oil change and tire rotation. Wasn t given a reason why it was taking so long. While cashing out the advisor acted like I was bothering him to cash me out
I was not happy with how hard it was to change the scheduling of my first service after buying a certified pre owned vehicle. My experience with the service counter was excellent. The things about the service I was unhappy about was the video that was sent was not helpful. The person speaking could hardly be heard. They really need to speak up and speak clearly when doing the video. Also, the tire pressure was not checked. The passenger rear tire was 7 pounds under pressure and none of the other ones were at the required pressure although they were close. It appeared to me that the service person must have been in a hurry and did not do a through job. Hopefully nothing else was missed.
I wish you could rank each department. Sales has always been 5*, Service on the other had is an absolute joke. Change warraty so things arent covered and then hit you with a 2k bill. Wont return calls, make appointments for things you didnt request and completely ignore the issue you called for. They dont care about their customers anymore, I wish there was a 0* option. Absolute worst, stay away
Kept saying they need a (factory trainer master a tech) to work on my truck instead of just replacing my oil pump and timming chain, made a appointment they had it for 3 days then told me I would have to rebook a appointment that was at least 2 weeks out avoid they dont have the right personal to work on trucks

I asked them to upgrade my magnetic ride control software in my car. They knew nothing about the upgrade and said it wasnt available. I had to give them step by step instruction on how to get it from GM. Many people that I know paid $300 for it. When I went to pick up the car they charged me almost $400 just for the labor to install the upgrade. The upgrade itself was $288. I was never told of the pricing so I asked the service manager and she abruptly said thats the charge and that she already paid her corvette technician and that is that. I inquired about the technician doing the download and asked if he had to watch the computer download for 2 hours and she answered there is more to it than that. I paid the bill and told her that was the last time that I will bring my car there and her reply to that was do what you gotta do. What a poor attitude to have toward customers who have spent in excess of $100,000 at that dealership over the years. Goes to show you where their priorities lie. $$$$$$$$
Purchased a White 2024 Z06 Corvette Convertible from them today. Dealt with George De Jesus in sales. He was VERY professional. Could not have made the process any easier. All the paperwork was ready when I arrived and they took all the time necessary to go through all the features the car had to offer. Everyone I dealt with at this dealership was top notch and customer service centric. Will keep them in mind when the ZR1 comes out !
Service Tech was very informative; no complaints about him. Dennis the Manager is always very informative, friendly, and helpful. His office door is always open for customers. Great Manager. Outrageous $3003.03 labor charge; no wonder why people go to private owned repair shops. The labor was double the total amount for the parts. Invoice had every part itemized. For example, the Hengst Assembly has all the parts needed for the kit yet I was being charged for individual parts This is fact information because I supplied the invoice to two different certified GM mechanics not working for the dealership. Overpriced parts; double and triple the price. Also, being told the repairs were going to take 15 hours or longer was off the wall crazy. The type of repairs needed would not take 3 days or longer. Again, verified through the two certified GM mechanics. Perhaps the mechanic on the video just has a zero personality but he sounded annoyed, as if he did not want to work on the car. He only showed on the video what needed to be repaired. Never mentioned my tires or breaks or the overall suspension itself, as they normally do. Not that I had concerns for my tires and brakes; tires are only 2 months old and front brakes were replaced in 2021. But use to everything being mentioned in the videos. But again, the labor charge is way overboard. Having another car serviced there within a month it seems like $3000.00 is the basic labor charge for ANY repairs. It does not matter if it is a small or major repair(s) that price is pretty much set in stone.
We bought a new 2023 Equinox a year ago, recently the front tire was going flat so we took it to Mohawk Chevy to find out what the problem was. They told us that there was a plug in the tire and it was leaking. So we took it back to DePaula Chevy where we purchased the car to tell them they sold us a car with a bad tire. They said there was nothing they could do. Wouldnt even offer a discount for a new tire. Not happy with them. Will never buy a car from them again.
We came into the dealership back in May, we meet with Marc Murphy with really no intention of buying a vehicle, after showing us a few options we put a down payment on a 2024 Traverse LS, after further consideration we decided to go to the RS. I Contacted Marc and he helped us with the transaction. We took delivery on 7/30 and Marc greeted us as we walked in the door and shortly we had signed the paperwork and we were on our way! Best experience ever with a vehicle purchase!

My service rep Crystal was the best! I brought my car in for regular maintenance and for a noise coming from the front end. Come to find out I had a huge gash in my passenger tire. Although I was glad that the noise was diagnosed I wasnt prepared to order 2 new tires. Crystal guided me through everything and made it a less stressful experience. She was always patient, kind and informative from beginning to end.
Booked an appointment for an oil change and a state inspection for 11:15. I arrived at 11 and 2 hours later they still had not even begun the oil change. I tell them to leave the car as it is because I had a doctor s appointment I had to attend and couldn t miss, they tell me that it ll be right out. It took them 30 more minutes after that to do a state inspection which failed because I had tinted windows, which fair. But don t waste my time if I m in a hurry and you know the inspection is going to fail. I wish I could say this is the first time I ve had this kind of experience with them but is not. Last time going there, would not recommend!
2024-0813 2019 Silverado had to have regular oil change, tire rotation and found out that my rear brakes need to be replaced which are scheduled right now to be done other than that everything went smooth and quickly.
I dropped off my vehicle on August 7th. I called NUMEROUS times to the service department and left messages concerning the status of the repairs, but never received a call back. Finally, on August 13th, my wife called and was able to get in touch with the Service Manager. The Service Manager told my wife that my car had been done (didnt say for how long) and that they called my husband to advise him of the same. However, the Service Manager advised my wife that when they took down my telephone number they transposed the numbers and were leaving messages on the wrong voicemail. My wife and I each have a vehicle and it was extremely difficult for us making arrangements to get me to/from work when I didnt have my car.
Stay clear of this place. They place games with your time and money. They give dishonest vibes and will keep up waiting for hours on end for no apparent reason; they believe this behavior sells cars.
My experience was unbelievably amazing! I purchased the vehicle primarily by phone. Younas assisted me first and found the EXACT vehicle I was looking for and built a great deal for me. Aram, Kahn and Jay sealed the deal and were absolutely amazing! There was another gentleman, I believe his name was Dan (sorry if I am wrong) that helped me with my ID me account who was also amazing! The entire team did all they could possibly do to make sure I got what I was looking for within my budget and made sure I was more than happy. On top of it all they delivered the Blazer to my wife over an hour away and treated her the same way! Top notch sales crew and and a super easy process. Tyler was excellent. We came in having looked at the website and had a vehicle in mind. Once we explained what we were looking for in a truck and why, he took the time to explain to us why the vehicle we had been eyeing might not be the right fit and pointed us in the direction of one that was. He was also conscious of what our budget was for a monthly payment and made sure that the recommended vehicle could fit in that budget. When there was a slight hiccup at pickup time, he did his best to get everything back on track and make sure when we came back to get the truck the next day that we were there for the least amount of time possible.

I was originally charged for a New York State inspection. Then the inspection price was taken off my bill. No apologies were given. The vehicle is under my name and it s still continue to appear under my father s name. It was changed four times within two weeks when I called the dealership. I look forward to getting my car washed after a service is completed and my car was not washed. The customer service team is not what it used to be.
I purchased my car from DePaula in 2020 and have used their service department since. The service department has gotten worse each time I ve gone in. Today I had a scheduled appointment at 12pm for an oil change and to mount 4 tires. The service advisor quoted me 2 hours and knew I would be waiting for my vechile. At 1:40pm I recieved the video from the person that was working on my car, the oil change was not done yet nor were the tires even touched. At 2:05pm I went to the service advisor asking how much longer as I had an appointment I needed to get to, she told me 20 minutes at the most. I explained I had an appointment at 2:30pm, she did get me a Lyft so I could make it to my appointment. My phone had died so I didn t recieve the message that my car was done nor could I let them know I was ready for a ride back. I was able to contact my mom minutes before my phone died for a ride. Overall it took 3hours and 15 minutes to mount 4 tires and do an oil change. It s seems absolutely ridiculous to me that it took over 3 hours for a job the could have and should I ve been done in an hour and half. Once I got back to the dealership, I did not even get a simple apology. I will not be returning for service nor will I purchase another vechile here.

My first DePaula vehicle was a 2014 Silverado and my salesperson was George DeJesus. I went back this week and the first person who greeted me was a friendly salesperson ... after a bit of into chat we quickly discovered that this guy was the very same George, again. We ended up agreeing on a deal for a 2024 Silverado and per my typical experiences with DePaula (sales, service, parts) this one was once again, friendly, competent and professional. Great dealership, solid people, I highly recommend.

Service/repairs: Listen, If you want to save money, fix your car yourself or go to a third party shop. Will your repair last? Will the third party use OEM components? Maybe but not guaranteed. Do you have a warranty? Id suggest getting repairs at the dealer based on warranty contract criteria. Do I service my vehicle at Depaula? Yes and Ill tell you why. I may be slightly biased only because I am. Im very close with the gentleman that used to work in sales. However, ive been treated extremely well at Depaula chevrolet. The staff are always super efficient and kind (make an appointment ahead of time). I do tend to spend several thousand dollars minimum when I visit (repairs, upgrades, new cars) so I may be treated better based on my loyalty However I do not care. I trust depaula Chevrolet and will be Inquiring upon services until I can no longer drive. 6 out of 5 stars if I could.

The absolute worst service department I ve ever encountered. I scheduled an appointment for 9:00am and dropped my car off. They never called to tell me that they wouldn t be able to work on my car until the next day, I had to reach out to them. A repair that only takes an hour at most to do took them over a day because they overbook appointments. This is a reoccurring cycle with the service department. They didn t even have the common courtesy to offer me a loaner car.

This place has the absolute WORST customer service Ive ever experienced. I was trying to get my certified pre-owned Silverado serviced because it has multiple issues just one week after purchasing it, and their service department didnt return a single one of my 10+ phone calls over a two week period. I was able to make an appointment online but after being told nearly a dozen times that someone from the Service Department would call me back to confirm they have the parts available and to discuss warranties/pricing, I finally had to cancel the appointment as even on the day of the appointment they still wouldnt let me speak to anyone and said theyd have someone call me back, which I obviously knew was a lie by that point. They clearly dont care about their customers - stay away!
As my father said, this is a first class operation. Obviously, this is a large dealership and was very busy but we were helped right away; never pushed, given space to talk to each other (I was there with my parents), shown several cars, test drove; we knew what car we wanted so that made things easier. Then the transfer of insurance and registration was all done by them -- having never bought a car, I dont know if that is typical but it was welcomed and well done. They also delivered the car to us about 45 minutes away. Our salesperson was personable and very pleasant to work with. The one thing I would offer as constructive feedback, I used the website to identify the available cars and when we got there, turns out the website was not up to date. The car I initially identified as my number #1 choice, had been made a loaner car and was not available for purchase (and that wasnt the only one). These days, that website should be kept up to date. Otherwise, a positive experience.
My experience at DePaula Chevrolet was Amazing they provided excellent service. I was very happy with my transaction of the 2021 Chevy Trax. AWD. Chris gave a tour of the place and explained the services they do . I liked the way after I was sold the car Jackie even explained how all the new safety features and controls worked and connected my phone and the on star and explained how to reward yourself with reward points you can spend like cash which is a great incentive. I want to thank the service team and I am sure I will get my next lease there.
Check engine light on at just 19k . No courtesy vehicle offered and even got snarky about it when I asked. Other dealerships are doing a better job and I would advise people to go elsewhere if customers service is important to you. Sales and making money is the name of the game but customer service keeps em coming back. My wife and I will take our business to another dealership. Ownership should not feel inclined to reply to this message just to save face.
I would NEVER purchase or lease another vehicle from Depaula. If I could give a negative rating I would. The service department is the absolute worst. They seem to only care about getting as much money out of customers as they can even if you lease and or have purchased warranties. Definitely a place I would never do business with again nor would I recommend any friends, family, or others to either.

Terrible dealership. I purchased a brand new vehicle a few months ago that immediately(within the first hour of ownership) started having major issues. I called before the close of business that day and was instructed to bring it back in the morning. Service dept gave me the run around saying that it was fine. It was not. After finally(well over a month and multiple visits)getting them to admit that it had problems, I then had to wait weeks for an appointment. My vehicle has now been at the dealership for over a week, FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, and has not only not been worked on(thanks to the MyChevy app for tattling on the dealership), nobody has even contacted me regarding its status at any point in time. Stay far away from DePaula!!! Update: we re now at 10 days(for this specific instance) with zero contact, even with leaving a message. Keep dropping that ball. Update #2: There isn t an update. I had to walk into the dealership to find out anything. Despite having the vehicle 11 days at that point, I was treated as if I d dropped it off the day before. As of right now, the vehicle hasn t even been started in over six days .AGAIN.
As usual my experience was helpful and rewarding. Khan was friendly and informative and did the best for me.

Great place if you wear your money on the outside. Called and told yeah come in and drive it. Walked in to drive a sports car and promptly told I need to fill it a credit app, I m paying cash. Not sure if it s illegal, but is uncouth. Is my only day off. And riding around with 45k in cash looking to buy a fun car to track. I didn t expect the outright discrimination, but here we are. I know where not to shop.
I shopped on line,when I looked online I was excited to see the key features the vehicle had I wes looking at, when I got there I was told if its not on the window sticker you dont get it and the website was at fault. Why bother shopping online if its not true.

We showed up at our appointment and were told there was no appointment scheduled. Come to find out that an outside company schedules the appointments. We were a little unhappy at that point. However, we spoke to Jim and he literally took us right in. He test drove the truck with me, and the technician (Matt) came along as well. The truck was making a strange noise. They worked at it for about 2 hours to figure it out. They even sent me a video and pointed out everything that needed attention. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them!

The service team was excellent but it was very frustrating that GM tried to charge me over $11 for a part that was $3.49 across the street at Autozone. The proposed repair cost was over $300 that was ultimately done for less than $100. The team was very responsive to my concerns and worked hard to make sure there was a positive outcome.

Im not happy, bought a 2020 used nissan rogue last year. Brought it back, cause the hatch wont open, it was there 5 days. Apparently, our battery is draining, first thing to go, when battery is bad. So, replace battery, 3 days later, hatch wont open again. Nothing we can do, bring it to nissan, are you kidding me. So, I get a $500 bill. Local mechanic, says wires are pinched in harness, I guess I have to shell out more money for warranty that means nothing at a different dealership. If your gonna sell different cars other than chevy, well you should help me. I bought the car from you!!!

Was at your dealership for a little over 2 hours. Why did I need to wait around 15 minutes to pay my bill after the work was completed? The service writer was with another customer. Your system is wrong, when the work is completed I should be able to pay and be on my way. I have had other issues and will not be back.
