This is the worst home depot I have ever been to They take forever to restock They are always sold out of nearly everything These guys do not maintain their rental equipment, Do not rent equipment from this location. Not a reliable location!

I was looking for a special size wing nut & same size bolt, i could not find them, then as i was leaving the store William asked me if i found what i was looking for, i sad NO, he walked me to a main aisle and pointed to one of his team members and said that team member was the Hardware Expert, so i went up to John Mc and he knew exactly what i was looking for & found them for me. I was able to complete my project of cleaning, moving, and setting up a large file cabinet in my office.

My mother and I had a very tedious time at Home Depot and hopes no one goes through the same, we tried searching for windows/window screens and thought would help but to no avail, so we searched for help only to be reported to him again. It was then another waste of our time, time that would ve been used to buy a product already at that time since the store runs on the money of people like all stores do. I m leaving this review in hopes of no one else having to go through the same experience and that this location will not waste other people s times. Thank you!

I buy a window online for my company I spend an average of 7k at month and I forgot to bring my driver license from my other car ( is too little to carrying plywood )so she ( Jessica Mulhern supervisor department) said to me that it is illegal to drive without a driver license and give me a look like F . I have Home Depot app where you can see the card with the one I did pay was the one I was handle to her to check . Well she didn t give the window and I ended buying one from the shelf ( paying the same way)!I feel very bad with her actitud with the driver license she should be doing other kind of work not taking care customers.

I would leave negative stars if I could. We purchased a refrigerator and the salesman was great. The day of delivery. They brought it and left it in our dining room and said the could nto haul away our old fridge. So it is in our dining room not hooked up and with our old fridge in place. Spent the last 3.5 hours on the phone and the staff are more than rude and also not helpful in the least. Theya re offering 1) refund $50 for no haul away and 2) $17 for ot hooking it up. WT...!?! Not helpful. They are saying they have no liability and that it is not there fault. Then they offer to refund the frdige. I want the fridge and in place, hooked up and haul the old one as was told to us and we paid for. I would never spend another cent to home depot. This is a mostly Pro Home Depot which means you will find an ample amount of contractors there. Their customer service is one of the best in the area.

Extremely rude! I called to for a price check on an item in the store. I was told that the person that works in garden didn t have their phone on He proceeded to tell me he doesn t have time for me and has a customer standing in front of him. And then asked where I lived and told me to drive in to find out myself. I then asked if he could page her over the intercom and he placed me on hold. After a few minutes he came back on the line and stated that the items were still on a pallet and I could not get a price. I asked to speak to a manager and I was place on hold and then I heard the phone pick up and then hang up. I then called back asked for the manager who found the price within a minute and not one apology! So incredibly incompetent. And RUDE

Love Home Depot, especially their Halloween! But the Ryobi cordless tools are also a big draw for us. And their selection of oak molding is better than some other lee retailers

I usually go to the Home Depot in East Greenbush theyre very helpful there stores always neat and clean unfortunately they only had two items that I needed and they said the Albany store in Central Avenue had the other two Id have to go up to Albany on Central Avenue near Everett Road when arriving there I was kind of not ready to see about 30 guys hanging out in the parking lot looks a little shady I was even thinking of not even getting out of the truck and just turn around and leaving and try to go to another store on Washington Avenue it was sketchy and I was a little concerned about getting out of the truck with like 30 man hanging out in the parking lot why I dont know to me that would be loitering I would feel that would be against the law maybe the police should check into that or would they be skittish about getting out of the car with like 30 guys hanging out in the parking lot

Do you like being harassed by beggars while you exit and enter your vehicle? Have you ever wanted to experience the inconvenience that is hunting down an employee to unlock a cage and walk you directly to the register? Then this location is for you! Im honestly surprised this location is still open with how locked down all the items are. Unless you absolutely have to come to this location for something they have in stock; I urge you to take the extra 10 minute drive to another Home Depot.

Absolutely miserable customer service. My home was filled with water and we desperately needed to find some tools to help deal with it. I called this location for assistance and was put on hold for a cumulative thirty minutes and hung up on repeatedly. Adding stress to an already stressful experience.

This location of home depot is run by a bunch of Neanderthals! After messing up a large order of over $5000 and picking up finally the items that were left over at my residents, I went in to get my refund of those items and home depot along with its manager is refusing to give me my refund ! Why? Because it was end of season when I bought my materials and they were put in a bid room upon purchase and I got loads off! Okay, so what? I have been buying with home depot for over 7 years and have spent a lot of money with them! Now they are refusing to give me my refund and $200 separately that was stated by their manager John Gray, due to the MESS and STORE ERROR home depot made of the order in the first place and the great inconvenience they caused me during the time of this project! By the way this was written in an email by this John Gray because he said he felt so bad, this was not a little fluke, this was a colossal of a mistake...and he was trying his best to compensate me for this type of DELINQUENCY! Well folks I went there just yesterday, and they are refusing to refund me my money for then 6×8 panels returned and also the compensation promised to me by The mnager John Gray! So they are literally stealing money from me. Well when Im done sprinkling my dead moms ashes Im coming for you home depot...YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF JOHN GRAY. A LARGE COOPERATION LIKE HOME DEPOT OWN BY THE VANGUARD GROUP AND OTHER MOGUL RICH ENTITIES-WHICH REVENUE IS AT AN ALL TIME HIGH OF OVER 100 BILLION DOLLARS ANNUALLY, compensating me for your stores DELINQUENCY, someone who has invested her money and time in your cooperation, SHOULD NOT HAVE TAKEN SUCH A DELIBERATE AND NASTY TURN!!! I am giving the two stars not exactly for the store but for their staff. I had like 6 items on my hands. Including 2 box of heavy floor nails. I spend like $70 I asked the cashier if she could give me a paper bag she proceeded to say we don t have paper bags. I was like I see paper bags right there. She just ignored me so I said alright it s fine. We are pro member at Homedepot and I had to walk with all that on my hands. I park at the general parking lot instead of the pro because I wasn t getting a lot of things as usual, so I had to walk so much with everything on my hands. I said I would never go to this Home depot again, plus I feel like they racially profiled you, and check and are on top of you. I really didn t like the experience at this Home Depot.

Mostly what you need is not available, out of stock or online order. No one is available on the floor to help, someone is always going to find you help but no one comes back to help. This home depot should shut down because at this point its wasting ppls time.

Lately in my experience not enough staff on to assist you

The only reason I shop here is because they are the only big hardware store in town. The staff is often rude and unhelpful, and since it is in the gut of Albany, everything is guarded like a fortress.

The workers here are very nice and cheerful!

Wait time was almost 30 minutes, no organization and did not see any managers on site to help. People were complaining stating they been there 45 minutes, asked if there was another McDonald in the area

They need major help in certain areas... You know maybe just maybe if yu followed the same program as Stewarts shops maybe just maybe the employees will be into the job..

If I could give no stars I def would!! Paid up front for washer and dryer set, was told one delivery date and the delivery guys lied and said they were outside my house while I was and never delivered items. Rescheduled for the next day only to learn that it would be two more days and every person I interacted with on the phone was rude and nonchalant about the whole thing. Have yet to get any results or response from management.

The key machine near the checkout is trash, dont waste your time. 7th keys in a row that type of machine wasted. Its no better than a drunk gorilla with a hacksaw. There is another machine though that an employee has to run (supposedly) further away near the center, and it worked just fine.

Well whats to review? Hands down home Depot with the Ridgid tool line is the best in the business. I have used countless hand tool battery and corded from every manufacturer in the country. Ridgid line up of tools with a lifetime warranty on every aspect of the tool and the batteries. Yes I said batteries. Free of charge. Ive been using the Ridgid lifetime warranty since 2015 and have had no issues with any repairs or battery replacements. The bad part the tool repair takes several weeks to several months. So its a good idea to buy a back up tool.

Ill switch to Lowes if I have to listen to blasting rap music and profanity coming from an employee that walks around like he owns the place with a boom box hanging off his shoulder. Unbelievable that management continues to allow such unprofessional behavior in a store that once was respectful to its patrons. Deleting my pro account now

Whats not to like?? Its Home Depot, for crying out loud - I could spend the whole day there!! Seriously - we went there to get a bag of mulch, and spent an hour just walking through the aisles! We dont own a home just yet, but we decided to just browse through everything from flooring to doors to appliances...so that when we DO buy a house, well be familiar with everything! The store is neat and clean, and not very crowded (on a Friday evening). Staff are friendly and attentive without being obtrusive. Everything was well stocked, which was nice. Easy on and off from Central Avenue, and (of course) ample parking. Apart from the absolutely horrendous condition of the Central Avenue road, which makes getting to and from this store quite unpleasant, the actual store was very nice.

Ordered on 2/18... its now 4/3. Last update I have is from 3/14 where the vanity was delayed due to weather. Have called probably a dozen times within the past few weeks and nobody seems to help. I cannot even get a refund and order the same vanity over again because it is now out of stock. Crazy enough I had ordered another vanity at the same time yet the other one arrived with no problems. When I track the vanity it shows it is sitting about 30 minutes away in the shipping terminal yet I have heard nothing. Nobody has reached out to me after several attempts at contacting customer service. Going on 2 months now with no update....Dont buy if you actually want your vanity to come...

Its like you hire people who have no idea what is in your store or what the stuff is actually used for on purpose Also wanna mention last time my husband was there he searched an item online and it was instore so we went there but it was way high Uptop. We found an employee who basically told us welp thats our problem not hos and hes not getting it down .......serious tho!!!!
