They had everything I needed .

The store has plenty of help but the help ignores customers. Ask for help and you get, its not my department. Today I need 3 concrete blocks. Im 68 years old. The ground pallets were empty. Couldnt reach the second shelf without standing on the flat cart I was putting blocks on. Two employees walked right by me visiting with each other, they looked right at me and kept walking. I moved 16 blocks by myself, climbing up and down on the cart. I guess no management? Maybe home Depot doesnt care. Idk update: years later nothing has changed.

Kids who look no more than 20 years old are working there who barely have knowledge on equipment or materials . So what is the purpose of having adults in a place like that who have no clue on things. One guy helped me in rentals this evening who really gave me a lot of information on trimmers and equipment to use for my home, either than that if it werent for him there I might as well have stayed home .

The kitchen designer was extremely rude his name is Mike I was about to spend around $10,000 and I felt that I was bothering him.

Never cease to amaze me home depot. Today lanes 1 and 2 are open just for the lady running lane 2 to stand by lane 1 sucking a lollipop watching... your better off with the people in parking lot actually looking to work.

Items not well marked. When you ask staff where sale items are, no one knows. Guys who put mulch in car were helpful, but several bags were opened and got inside my vehicle

Nice clean store, well stocked, but trying to get help with a few items was difficult, yet other times were super helpful. Nowadays, only a few seem to really want to work.

Store is mismanaged and in disarray. Much inventory thats showing available online, is actually out of stock. Staff is of no help, just hanging out around the store, havung good time. Online orders get canceled days later. Driving to this HD is not worth the gas, basically.

Stood in pick up line for 30 min hefore someone came to help me. Then they forgot about my order. Took them 20 min after to show back up. How nice. What a shame.

Great store had wat I needed

Always great for those home improvement or commercial projects However, I am a big buyer of Rigid Toold, and they recently stopped servicing the tools here. Now I need to jump through ridiculous hoops to get the warranty I paid 10s of thousands of dollars for with the over 1350 Rigid tools I own for my business. I really get frustrated when a larger company like Home Depot sells a product with a warranty and then changes the process, seemingly to intentionally make it overly difficult to honor their commitments. From now on, Home Depot gets a 1 star, as a scammer should deserve. F-

The store has the biggest display selection for flooring in the area. Mike Perry went SO far above and beyond to help me! I am forever greatful I will always remember this experience because my floors will be in my house forever being that theyre solid hardwood. So Im glad I had a great experience to remember this by

Carol in Gardening and Liz at the checkout were both extremely helpful. I would give them 100 stars if possible. I offered Carol a tip for her help but she refused. Knowledgeable and ethical. A rare treat in todays retail shopping experience. Liz walked me thru the checkout using a gift card and did so with a friendly demeanor. Thank you borh!

Went to pick up an online order and waited 15 minutes for the loading team to get to the front, was not greeted or aknowledged in the slightest until the douchebag Raphael asked if the item was mine after following me to my car. Proceeded to carry a bad attitude about the load cussing to his coworker as if its not his job to load customer items lol. Will not be shopping any loading orders through this Home Depot again, very poor experience.

Just putting out there. The parking lot at the HomeDepot located at Washington Ave Extension is a dark zone with more than 1/2 of the parking lot lights out. If something bad happens to you in that parking, after this post, Homedepot can not say they didn t know how dark that parking lot is.

Must be an inside joke for workers to say theyre going to grab someone to help you and just leave you there never getting any help. Two stars because at least the person in the paint isle gave me a straight answer.

I would advise anyone not to open a home depot credit card, unless you read the fine print I owe $1100 and was paying interest of all my monthly payment and still when the year is up they hit me with a $140 more with interest,so that brings my bill know to $1240,not good at all.

They have it all. Knowledgeable staff to help you find stuff. Their app will tell you isle and bin number. Nice discount for military vets every day.

Home depot Crossgates commons . Could not find a single person to help me. Just awful..no customer service at all.....I left after waiting 15min for help.

Go there a lot any they usually have what I need. But if you want information dont ask the younger people there as they have no knowledge of their inventory out side of searching for it on a phone or computer app. When I asked a girl at the customer service for the location of stove pipe she had no idea. Couldnt find it on the computer and said they didnt carry it. When I pressed her and believed that they had it it she stared me down slammed her hands on the counter and started to call me profane names. The manager when called Had little to say. She should have been taken off the desk or even fired. Perhaps relocated to stocking shelves to learn their inventory better. Customers should not be treated that way !! Especially when I spend hundreds of dollars there. Thank you to the customer who directed me to the right location. Took them less than a minute on their phone. It was hard to find as it only occupied half an isle. These people need to spend more time on the floor before working customer service. Guess its time to go back to lowes

I called and got put in a call loop after asking about a product. Had to explain what an electric grease gun was four times and then kept getting transferred to nobody. Dont buy your tools at this location.

Found a used Wacker Nueson plate tamp for sale at this store on 06/06/22. Was told it could not be sold to me because of a missing throttle spring (simple fix) and needed repairs before sale. Staff would not let me buy as is, pay in total then pick up later, or leave a deposit. Left my name and number to call when it was repaired so I could make the purchase. Just called to check on repairs and found it was sold on 06/07/22, as is. Thanks guys.....

More bread

Had a rental reserved for a tow auger. Day before I need it, Im told it was cancelled. I call customer service and am told they dont know what happened to it or where it is. Cant offer me a substitute or even put in a rental at a different store. Dont rely on them if you have a project or their equipment will just go missing.

Parking lots a little crazy with all of the outdoor items they have, inside the store was clean, items easy to find, and any staff interactions were good.

Had only 2 items I was looking for. Had to go to second store for unavailable items. Might have been smarter to order online with in-store pickup

Found what we were looking for plus a little more. I always walk out with more than I intended. Check out was very easy. We went to a self checkout. Most of the time if we need help with something the employees are friendly and helpful.

This is a super busy HD and the layout varies differently than other stores in my experience.

Impossible to find anything specific in the store and the app doesnt help at all. Had to ask like 4 people where to find a specific item in the store. Super annoying set up. Stop moving things around.

Need parts

So I had a dilemma with my new appliance and tried to do an exchange the next day. Everyone pretty much gave me the middle finger and said I m out of luck. After checking with the North Greenbush Home Depot location for better customer service, I tried the Washington Ave Ext site. I explained the situation to the manager and this time the customer to manager interaction was a complete 360 from the last location. He listened, acknowledged my concerns and came up with a solution. His name is Jeff, a customer experience manager and the way he was ready to solve this issue, he might as well have been my lawyer for the day. He knew my rights as a customer and was ready to get on the phone and speak with the manufacturer himself. THIS IS THE DEFINITION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE! After a lengthy hold, we finally got the approval for my exchange. He made sure to get a name and also checked the computer for customer log updates on the manufacturer s end. Not to be dramatic, but I was nearly in tears. It was a very long and stressful day, but to end it on that note was truly a victory. This is now my new Home Depot location that I will happily drive 20 mins to for all my purchases as a new homeowner. Thank you Jeff!

Ive been buying things at this home depot for many years. For the most part, they have a good selection of typical hardware store parts, and their custom windows,doors,counters, etc, are reasonably decent, otherwise this would have been a 1-star review. Do not use their installation services. Today I had a scheduled dishwasher delivery and installation to replace an old dishwasher. The installer barely spoke English and his supervisor/dispatcher informed me that they could not install the dishwasher because the tile does not go all the way back underneath the dishwasher. Im not sure why that makes any difference, and it didnt bother the last folks who installed the current dishwasher. I just looked it up and the previous dishwasher was delivered and installed by Lowes, so I guess Im off to Lowes to buy a dishwasher since they have competent installers. Thanks to Home Depot for wasting my time and their own.

Staff helpful to get materials off racks in a timely manner

Purchased 5 gal roof alum coating with curb side pick up. Did not specifically as for it to be shaken as assumed is automatically done. Wrong. Took forever to mix at the of use. Be sure to insist is shaken when picked up.

The sales of associates running around the store could not help us find any of the items on our list. They just told us to go online and order the stuff. Very disappointing. We also had a question about vinyl flooring that we had bought several years ago that had a 15-year warranty and were told we had to contact the manufacturer. That didnt do as much good. Very disappointing.

We had the most AWFUL experience today with an employee who was very rude and condescending to us when we asked a question. What an absolute shame.

Just came for paint and supplies. The gentleman who helped was friendly, polite and got us our gallons of paint quickly made.

Ordered an item that was in stock, they cancelled my order(likely due to the fact it was an order pick up at 8:30 pm and a very large box) but charged me immediately. They will not hold the item for me(until I get refunded) and insist my only option is to by another while waiting for my refund. Not to mention I went into the store and within 5 minutes found the item that I wanted(5 of them total in stock) Their reason for canceling the order was noted as Cannot find item, item out of stock Customer service was horrible, manager (Mike) would not even come out to the floor to discuss the matter with me/possible resolution.

No help to put fencing in our truck so hurt my arm. Thanks

I only went in for a return but parking was very easy and the store wasn t packed. For the returns I was able to walk right in, swipe my card and get refunded for my items. The items were ordered online and there were no questions asked. Will definitely return if in the area again.

Staff friendly & very helpful. Disappointed this trip, just looking for plug in switch, found shelf marking for same but whole shelf section was a jumble of boxes (not where marking indicated) but couldnt find item wanted. There was no staff in area & was running late so just left.

My wife and I walked in and were totally ignored by the employees. I have a Home Depot card and we were looking to buy a new dryer. No one bothered to wait on us, despite my wife politely asking for help. We walked out without buying anything. Lowes got the sale. Poor customer service made us feel like we were not respected, and that our money wasnt wanted. We simply gave our business to Lowes. Nice one.
