I must say I have dealt with several different home inspectors in the past. I would highly recommend Morgan to any home buyer! When I first contacted him, I sent a list of questions and over 15 items I was concerned about. He took the time to answer each and every one of those bullet-points in detail and explained the process. On the day of the inspection he came early and checked the outside of the house by the time I arrived. He walked me through every detail he found (going over the outside issues again), explained what needs to be done and showed thorough knowledge in his work and any related topic that I brought up. Important to note is that he does not rush through any part of the inspection and checkes everything maticulously. Furtheremore, Morgan presents his work in a flawless fashion and up to the highest up to date technology standards with clear images and a user friendly platform. I would certainly reccomend him to a friend and would keep him in my close contacts for future purchases!

Morgans a really cool guy. Im a first time home buyer, and as with every step of the process, had nerves and questions about this step. I got Morgans info from my realtor (who is also awesome) and he was friendly and outgoing from the start. He went over the process to me and explained what I would need for the inspection, and quickly responded when I had questions or anything. During the inspection he went over every part of the house carefully and took lots of notes and pics. Even went into very tight spaces/closets, and a very small attic(got insulation all over him). He also explained it all to me as we went along, in ways I understood and didnt just go over my head. Gave me his input and thoughts on things, what was higher priority, solutions to issues, etc. And later in the day sent a report detailing everything. I would happily count on Morgan again, and recommend him to friends, family, strangers on the internet haha
