I absolutely love my new 2024 Rogue SL. As soon as I walked into the dealership, I was greeted by Kiera who what very warm and welcoming! Went in for inspection ($21), they told me i needed new wipers, other than that i was good...walked out with a $90 bill, and thats with a generous $10 discount they gave me. $30 per wiper plus $10 labor...ridiculous. if they gad told me the price, I would have done it myself.

The truck went to Destination Nissans collision repair center, where Fred and Chuck performed the difficult and detailed work needed to complete the repairs. When everything was completed, I was Absolutely Amazed at the superior workmanship and attention to detail Fred and Chuck put into performing the repairs. The Truck looked better than New! Seriously, these two couldnt have done a better job! I have Never had a dealership (Michael, Fred and Chuck) go this far above and beyond to make everything right. My NV Nissan van has a check engine light that has not been fixed and the light is still on since August. They say the part is on order. I have had to keep calling and they say there is nothing they can do to help expedite it. My inspection is due in a few weeks and they have offered no help. This is a matter of safety, and I am very worried as this is my only van to commute my 5 children around in. The customer service has been awful.

I went into to look at some cars. I quickly felt pressured. One of the male supervisors came out to help a new car sales woman. They offered to show me a car I didn t ask to look at, I looked but was taking time to think as buying a car is a large investment. I must have been thinking too slowly for their liking, as the supervisor was intimidating, pressuring me to make a quick decision whether I found my perfect car and was aggressively pressing the issue. Finally he said we have money to make here, we are giving you our time today and we need to make money. That comment was very off putting and I left knowing that I wasn t going to be working with them anymore. This place was wonderful ratings which is what brought me here in the first place! I was very hopeful but that supervisor could have used a different approach.

Don t come to this dealership for service. They did not run my warranty even though I told them about it when creating the appointment. They also only focused on the single issue that I pointed out to them when going there when there were also previous issues that had been found by another dealership. On top of that, they tried to sell me $400 worth of routine maintenance when there were other real concerns with my vehicle. I ended up paying for only the diagnostic since nothing else was worth it. Most expensive car wash and waste of time that I ve paid for in my life. Would not come back for vehicle service

So Glad I stopped here. I was looking for a specific vehicle, color, options, and price. Wilky approached me in the lot not 5 minutes after I arrived. He was congenial and he listened to my concerns. I knew what I wanted and he found the perfect car, and @ the price I wanted to pay. I havent taken delivery yet, but after meeting the finance manager, Brendan, I expect it will more of the same. This was my 3rd experience getting a car from Destination, and I couldn t be more happy with the service I ve received. The staff is incredible, every one I worked with went out of their way to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and that I was comfortable. I would 100% recommend them.

First time dealing with Destination Nissan, and i can say that the experience was rather pleasant. Maxim was our salesperson who added a nice flavour to the mix. He was knowledged, mannered and helpful. Did not come across like many typical sales persons. He seemed to genuinely care and not approach us with the aggressive sales tone. He definately assisted in the overall pleasure of the experience of dealing with a large dealership. I would definately consider returning to this dealership again; but i assure you it has to due with the interaction of the staff more than the product. I delt with 3 prior companies; and left each one without intent on returning due to how staff managed my affairs. When a customer speaks of concern , its not in the best interest of employees to out talk, patronize or discredit the buyers knowledge just to make a sale. Maxim and the receptionist mannerisms were a credit in the experience in this transaction. During return visit other employees seemed attentive to be helpful. The overall facility, price and smooth transaction were all a bonus.

I walked into Destination Nissan to check out the Pathfinders. Wilky Leger was sitting right by the door and immediately got up and introduced himself to me. I told him I was interested in checking out the Rouge and Pathfinder. He took me right to the Pathfinder at the back of the showroom. He explained the entire vehicle to me, while showing me. I then went and checked out the Rouge. I sat in it and felt closed in, so I went back to the Pathfinder. We then went out and test drove a Pathfinder. I just loved the way it rode. We sat down and discussed pricing with options. I felt no pressure at all in this entire process. I ended up getting the Pathfinder that was in the showroom, because I just loved the color. Willy was able to make this happen for me. I would definitely recommend Wilky to my friends and family, to go in, to purchase their next vehicle.

First trip to Nissan not so successful. Talked to sales rep about what I really wanted and was advised just had a trade in I might be interested in. Turned out was exactly what I wanted. Low mileage, great color and features I didnt even know I wanted. Its great! Had small issue, but sales force set me right up and fixed it. Hoping to have a long, happy experience with Destination Nissan.
