Scheduled an evaluation for an ongoing issue with the bathroom drain. Paul and Scott were exceptionally helpful explaining options to correct the problem. They arrived on time and work diligently till the job was done. They took precautions to prevent any damage while working on the basement drain lines and cleaned thoroughly when done! Would use BFP again and recommend to others!

Entered a request for a service call using their website on Sunday. Our sump pump was not pumping water out. They called on Monday to set up a service call for Tuesday. On Tuesday they arrived on time and replaced the submerged sump pump with no problem. We have used Farrell brothers before and would use them again.

June 2024 Review: Tim A. was todays tech, hes been to our house several times and I cant say enough about how great he is. Easy to talk to, explains everything thats going on and after he leaves you 100% feel like you are good to go until your furnace maintenance in the Fall. Farrell/Benjamin Franklin is the way to go, stop thinking about it and just call them, they will take care of you and then you can leave your own 5 star review! Thank you! First of all if you are having an AC or Furnace issue CALL FARRELL RIGHT NOW and then come back to this review! Dan and Paul just did the replacement install of our Goodman condenser and coil. 5 stars! Our system started to fail a few days ago and we were staring at 90 degree weather in a few days. They stopped by on a Saturday (of course everything fails on the weekend), found the problem, did a temp fix so we still had AC and helped us make it when the news units were ready to go which was immediately scheduled. They were awesome, very courteous and neat, a very professional service. They take the time to make sure the job is done right and youre happy. Their yearly fall (furnace) and spring (AC) maintenance service is 1) very economical and a bargain compared to anyone else locally and 2) you will have total piece of mind, its like having a friend working there, which you will after the first visit. I turned to Farrell a few years ago after almost 12 years with another company who I felt ripped me off and DID overcharge on everything. Thank you, Randy (who was my main contact) is always terrific! ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS CALL FARRELL you will glad you did!

James did a great job under bad circumstances. After installing a new AC unit, it failed during one of the final tests. It turned out the condenser had a bad valve (manufacturer defect). By this time it was a Friday afternoon but he was able to get a replacement from the warehouse. After another glitch (thermostat ), he finally got everything working by 8pm. Jims perseverance is really appreciated. He is hard working and did not give up.

I called because I had a sinkhole next to my foundation that was letting water and sand through into the basement and clogging my drain system. Front desk was great and very friendly. However the technician completed ignored the main issue and told me I will need to dig out my basement floor and replace the French drain. I brought another company who identified the issue which was related to the sinkhole right away and recommended a solution. I am sure this company does provide great service, but for me it was a waste of $79.

Dispatch had gotten my phone number incorrect when I put the service call in, but Mike went above and beyond to ensure that I was successfully contacted & received outstanding service. I have owned this property for almost 2 years. I ve tried desperately to get a company to come out and replace the stairs. Then I came across Benjamin Franklin plumbing of Albany. And my goodness. They did an amazing job. And the service is really why I am a fan because they were quick and efficient. I called them to do plumbing work. And I brought up the stairs and within 2 weeks new stairs. Can t beat that kind of service. And no matter what you think of the picture below, the stairs are stable and amazing. I ll paint the stairs and it ll look amazing. Update: they are doing FANTASTIC WORK ON THE BATHROOMS AS WE SPEAK. Super happy!

Tim Anderson was fantastic and did a great job. We had no heat in our house, and he came a half hour after I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. He knew right away what the problem was and had it fixed within a very short period of time. Benjamin Franklin Plumbing are a great company to deal with.

V Very helpful and excellent service Mark Bates was very helpful explaining how my sump system works and reassuring that the sump pump and check off valve was working properly. The constant pump running was due to the usually high water table from all the rain and little snow that we got this winter Any plumbing problem that I encounter in the future, I will asked for Mark to take care of it
