Thank you, men. Darryl performed the annual tune-ups on our furnaces and water heaters. At the beginning, he asked if I had any questions or concerns for him. He also invited me to interrupt him, if I had any questions or concerns for him while he was here. As Darryl did the work, he was concerned with how some of our furnace components were operating. He showed me what he was observing and outlined some possibilities to address the issues. We made a plan, and then after he completed the repairs, he walked me through everything. He even showed me the components he had replaced. Darryl went above and beyond the call of duty and shared with me the knowledge I needed to be informed and to make sound decisions. We had a tricky problem with our basement level pump for the bathroom. Crisafullu Bros. Came the very next day and figured it out! They have been amazing for all our heating, cooling and now plumbing issues!

If you call them by mistake and they try to sell you a new heating system, do yourself a favor, get a second opinion. They charged me $109 for a service call, did not touch the unit, and told me they could not get parts for my old unit. I called a real plumber and the unit was running in 15 minutes, no parts needed. I called their management at no avail. Shameful! Do yourself a favor, do not call them for service or be ready to buy a $6500 dollars heating unit you do not need.

I have been a construction manager on large commercial projects for over 50 years. I am so impressed with the entire Kohler generator project from the sales person Adam to the head technician Frank. Unparalleled professionals. The install crew was the best I have ever seen. WOW!

Very poor service, incompetent technicians. Had a ceiling leak over my kitchen stove. Technician spent time running up and down checking two bathrooms upstairs. He told us he couldnt find leak so would have to cut out ceiling. Still couldnt find leak told us to call the next day if we found. My husband went upstairs and found the leak very obviously under a bathroom sink. You couldnt miss it he said. Next day someone came to fix the pipe under the sink where the leak was. He fixed it, so he said. Next day leaking again. My husband is handicapped so difficult for him to get down and check again. A friend who does maintenance came and checked it. He said the pipe installed was not threaded correctly and he fixed it. Now I have an open ceiling in my kitchen and paid over $600. for this fiasco. I would never use this company again.

3/31/35 Dennis G. added another water line for fridge. Noticed the dishwasher was hooked up to cold instead of hot (not a Crisafulli install) and offer to add that to the service. Everything is now working properly and there was no mess. Thank you! Always great service. Recently Dave L. and Trent B. did a water heater and boiler installs and did a great job. When I had an issue with the breaker, Jake F. And Kenny C. came right out to fix it. Ive had separate issues with leaks and Mike M. & Mark M. always do a wonderful job. Very pleased with my interactions with this company!

Ive had experience with Crisfulli bros for two different projects. The first was a replacement boiler for baseboard heating. This was emergency work last winter, and it took about a week to get the work done. Most of that was waiting for the replacement boiler which was not in stock. The price was about double what the boiler should have cost including labor and everything, but It was emergency work and I didnt have time to get multiple quotes. This past month, I needed a replacement hot water heater to replace a 20 year old unit. Crisafulli quoted me $3500. Fortunately I was not desperate. I called around and found Reimer who quoted me $1300 and performed the work same day. All told, it took the Reimer plumber 2 hours for the work plus an hour to pick up the tank. The tank cost $850. This put the cost of labor at about $150 per hour. This is about what I would expect to pay for emergency work. Taking the $850 tank from the Crisafulli quote, and they tried to charge me $2650 for three hours of work. Thats in excess of $800 per hour!!! The worst part is they charged me $110 just to show up and try to scam me. I dont know where they get the idea any part of their pricing or fees are acceptable, but stay away from them. Call Reimer instead.

Dennis was thorough and answered all my questions and did a great job replacing our water heater. He also cleaned the aerator in our sink which was an unrelated problem but came up when flushing our system. Very happy.

Anthony suggested three options and the corresponding estimates. He explained each option clearly. Anthony, with a helper tech, replaced a drainage pipe (cast iron) coming from my bathtub. Since my plumbing is 100 years old, the access to the pipe was not trivial. I would be happy to have him work on my plumbing issue again. Crisafulli scheduled the service quickly and with a competent tech.

Bobby responded very quickly, getting to my house within 20 minutes of my call, and repaired my heating system expertly. Very happy with the service Ive gotten from Crisafulli Brothers!

In less than a full day, under the lead of Brenton, team members Ben & Chad removed our 20 year old furnace, installed a new one and completed the installation of a central air conditioning system, which our home previously did not have. Throughout the day they were professional, courteous, and highly efficient. At each stage of the installations they took the opportunity to explain what was happening, invited our comments & questions and insured our understanding was complete. They had great respect for our home, and the fact that my wife works from home and needed to avoid interruptions. Just two days prior to this project we had another Crisafulli Bros. representative install three ceiling fans after another company failed to complete the job. We highly recommend Crisafulli Bros. and they will be the first folks we call for any future home maintenance or improvements they offer.

Scheduled the $79 furnace tuneup. Appointment was set for 8am to 9am but called at 11:45am to say they were on the way. Then had to leave for parts. The technician had to call another to bring a vacuum. Left fuel oil stains on the floor. Then the up charge came, wanted to charge extra for the fuel filter and did charge a trip fee of $109. Will not be doing business with them again.

The last thing you want to do is wake up on a cold March morning and find out that one of your furnaces has stopped operating! A quick call that Tuesday morning to Crisafulli Bros and we had their tech Zach here in no time, who with his expertise had analyzed the problem and found that our furnace had a cracked heat exchanger and that we would need a complete replacement. Within a few hours their estimator Seth arrived, reviewed Zachs findings, completely explained our options and costs, answered any and all questions we had and finished up with the review/signing of our contract and an installation date given of first thing Thursday morning! Techs Phillip and Scott arrived as promised by 8:00 a.m. Professionally introduced themselves and discussed what they would be doing. Their attention/care of our home and their work site was greatly appreciated! Five hours later and after a complete review of the mechanics of the new unit, we had our new furnace in what could have been a disaster but turned out to be a smooth and professional experience from beginning to end! From start to finish a professional job! Needed boiler repairs over the weekend (which Brandon did a great job with) that turned out to be a result of a faulty water heater. Seth came out same day (Saturday evening!) and provided options for a replacement. Corie and partner came today and finished the job which included running electrical! Overall very happy with the service and efficiency.

In less than 3 hours I had a new toilet that doesnt run and a shut-off valve that actually shuts off. The plumber who came was friendly, cleaned up after himself and made sure I knew how to use the water level adjuster. This was such a smooth experience.

We had a problem with a broken bath faucet. There was no access to the source of the problem without opening a wall. Tim found a creative way to stop the leak and allow us to shower until permanent repairs could be made. Very impressive.

I received a free plumbing assessment as part of my Red Carpet service. All I can say is that Mark Monroe is a gem. While I am happy to report I have nothing of concern at this time, Mark is incredibly knowledgeable about pretty much all things house related and we were able to talk about tankless water heaters, standby generators, electical panel replacement, tub replacement, and more. I now have a loose plan for going forward all thanks to Mark.

I live in a rural area where it can be tough to find a service person when you need help right away, so when an old radiator started spouting hot water on my living room floor, I was worried. But Crisafulli Bros is responsive, thoroughly organized, and expert. The technician they sent knew exactly how to take care of the problem, clearly explained things, and showed me what was going on in my heating system. He was generous in sharing his knowledge, and Im better equipped to take care of my old house now. Its rare to find a company that inspires this much trust!

Mr Sayed did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with my furnance and making the repair. I am very pleased with the service.

The technicians arrived within the expected time frame and were both friendly and knowledgeable. However, I was somewhat confused by the pricing. While I was aware of the service trip fee, I was not informed about the diagnostic fee, which brought the total to $300. Although the technicians were able to restore heat and hot water to my shower, I experienced a loss of hot water again the following day. Given the $300 charge, I expected the it to last at least until a new water tank estimate could be provided. While I was willing to pay the agreed-upon price, I was disappointed that the issue resurfaced so soon after.

Tom did a thorough job of making sure our box, outlets, and wiring was safe.

We had Dan from Crisafulli Brothers come fix a broken shower faucet today. It s original to the house and no matter what we did, we could not figure it out. Dan had to do quite a bit to remove it and get a new one installed. He did a fantastic job and was one of the nicest guys you could ever meet.

Mohamed was AMAZING. So quick and so kind. He got here in a hurry and made sure we had heat for our new baby.

Please see photos of the $324 gas shutoff Crisafulli installed Yesterday I had a service call to have a new gas shutoff put in behind my dryer. I couldn t see the usual red shutoff. Moe came to the house, looked at the gas connection and left for almost an hour to get the proper fitting. He returned and showed me the brass fitting with the red knob. Ten minutes later he said he was done- I smelled gas plus - he was walking out with the same brass fitting he had left to get. I was not happy- abruptly told him to leave, opened the windows in my house and called Crisafulli. Two supervisors Wade and Bobby, came out and said Moe had done the requested work and charged me $324.18. They made me feel like I had not been understanding of their nice guy Moe - That I was mistaken- even though Moe walked out with the same fitting he walked in with AND I was charged the hourly rate to have Moe go out and buy a fitting that he never used. They said I could make it up to Moe for upsetting him by writing a nice review. I did - but I was still uncomfortable from what transpired. Today I had another plumber stop by. He said That is not a new . He told me to call Crisafulli and report work not performed and ask what exactly I paid $324 for. The shutoff shown has white paint - why would a new shutoff have white paint on it?? Attached is the invoice - please note there is no notation of work performed or nature of service call. Every other Crisafulli invoice I have lists services rendered - why does this not list the nature of the service call ??? Because there is no work to substantiate the $324 charge?? Crisafulli has outstanding staff - but the three staff I had yesterday Moe, Wade and Bobby were not among them. I currently have 3 jobs pending with Crisafulli totaling $24,270 with deposits made - and this is the way a loyal customer is treated. Copies of pending job orders available upon request. Hunter came right at the scheduled time. He looked at all our plumbing in the house. He found a crack in the downstairs drainage which he repaired. He put in two toilets and replaced our twenty year old hot water heater. An associate named Denis helped with installing the upstairs toilet. They explained how to maintain the hot water heater. Im a very satisfied customer!

Quick and reliable service!

Absolutely horrendous customer service. Have the VIP contract and have had to call 4 times for their recommended service, after a maintenance visit, to try to get a quote. Finally got the quote and scheduled the service and no one shows up. Even got a confirmation the day before for the appointment. When I called to ask where they were, they indicated all their techs are in training, but didnt think to cancel the appointments they made.

Andrew was extremely helpful and informative. He went above and beyond to verify conditions and discuss possible outcomes. My cat liked him too.

Chase was here this morning and was more than polite and professional. He clearly explained everything to me as we watched the actual unit running. This gave me peace of mind understanding the specific cause of my issue and the fact that Chase could repair it on the spot. It was as if everything went perfectly; just like being at Disney! Lol.

I scheduled an appointment in the morning and they said they would give me a half hour lead time before they came to my house. So I drove home from work and waited until they called. They called me at 12:45 and said it the technician would arrive in 45 minutes. 45 minutes came and went and about 2 hours later I called the business line. The woman on the phone said that they had tried my house and no one answered. I had been sitting within 10 feet of the door since they had promised to be there. The technician said he had knocked and hadnt gotten any response. He must have been at the wrong house. But instead of calling they gave up. Maybe the technician would have great but he didnt show so Ill never know.

My husband met with Mohammad Syad from Crisafulli who repaired our Weil McClain boiler upon arriving at our house. He had the part in his van and repaired it immediately. My husband felt that Mohammed was knowledgeable, polite and most of all was immediately able to fix the boiler so there was heat during this cold spell. Our boiler is 28 years old so we will be installing a new one in the summer and it looks like we will use Crisafulli. Thank you for the efficient, immediate solution to our heating problem. We would definitely recommend this company, especially the technician, Mohammad. The cost of the repair was reasonable. We had another company look at the same boiler the previous day and that technician told us it would take about one week to get the part in for repair. That technician also told my husband he needed an additional part which was costly. We did not need that part when Mohammad fixed it.

John fixed bathroom door, did beautiful molding on the half wall. He did other extra things. He should get a raise and a good Christmas bonus, suggesting.
