Horrible customer service. Won't budge on legitimate complaints. Very upset, a lot of money spent and had not got any resect from U-Haul Mgr. at San Antonio TX.

Moved from upstate NY to Austin with 3 U-boxes. Drop off was great and the boxes were dropped with a forklift right where we wanted them. Pickup was just and great and on time. Delivery was faster than quoted and access at the facility in Austin was really easy. Extremely happy with the whole experience. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond and way a joy to interact with. Would rate 10/10 and recommend 100%.

We rented 2 trailers here, and one did not exist on the lot. We were assigned a new one, but the missing one was never taken off our account. They even charged us for three even though we only had two. It took far to many phone calls and time to resolve the issue. I recomend you avoid this location they are disorganized and slow. It felt like they were trying to sneak a missing trailer onto our bill so they could charge us for it.

Beware customers!!!!! One of our boxes were emptied out when we got to our storage unit. Apparently, skinny or small people can wiggle through the top of units between the nets and top of units to steal our possessions! DON’T SIGN UP FOR A STORAGE UNIT AT THIS LOCATION!!! Even with the Max security feature! 🥴🥴🥴 Our unit was on third floor. There are no cameras to catch the thieves. Go take your business elsewhere. Great job on that (cough cough cough) MAX security system. 🙃😘👌

Very clean very convenient good pricing. Most of the staff is very helpful. But it does turn into a madhouse because it is such a popular place. Moving, packing, towing and storage necessities all at one location.
