SCAM ARTIST!!!!!! Be aware took my car in because it was making noise 2500 dollars and 5 days later still making the noise. List of recommendation on receipt says change the control arms, on receipt it says they changed the control arm. Which one is it, have an appointment somewhere else, definitely cant wait to see what they say, looks like a matter for small claims court!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!!

I had my 2008 MB E350 towed here for a brake line repair. Dan took the time to listen to me and didn t make me feel like I didn t know what I was talking about. As a woman, I ve often been treated like I m clueless when it comes to car issues, but that wasn t the case here. They provided a full breakdown of the costs, which were fair and reasonable, and were great with communication, answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend them and will continue to use their services in the future.

I didn t have auto services done here, but I was directed to go for a photo inspection after switching insurance companies so this review is based off that experience. After 3 failed attempts to get a photo inspection, they told me to go somewhere else because the app is just broken . But don t other places use the same app? How was I able to get it done elsewhere? I felt like they just wanted nothing to do with me. I do recognize (for this experience) I wasn t a paying customer, but I could have been in the future. Not anymore.

I dont usually write reviews, but Dan is AMAZING! Him and his staff was not only fast and provided excellent service, but he was also incredibly thorough. Ive never experienced such high-quality service at any other shop. The shop is clean and inviting, and the wait time was basically nothing. Dan has definitely earned a loyal customer in me! Zero stars wasn t an option for these scam artists. We were there for over six hours. Wrong parts delivered more than once. Their diagnostics were questionable. After sending us off with over $1,300 in repairs, the car was worse off. Convenient that they finished immediately before closing and their answer when called shortly after was to bring it back the next day. The next morning a reputable dealership found multiple issues that rendered the vehicle dangerous to drive - none of which were related to what all4one repaired. These were picked up by the obviously superior and working diagnostics at the dealership. In summary, they fixed things that didn t need to be fixed and completely missed dangerous issues and sent us out on the highway in an unsafe vehicle. Their phone response was less than courteous and refused to issue any type of refund. In addition, to access the restroom required walking through deep puddles filled with floating oil and gasoline. Dishonest thieves. Obviously concerned more about money than consumer safety or satisfaction.

The Service Here was unbelievable . They actually towed my car due to it being totaled out an I ended up being able to purchase a vehicle as well ! They had great communication skills an handled my needs in a timely manner I will highly recommend!

Great service and a fair price. Another auto place quoted me a high price for a standard wheel bearing repair, but All 4 One was a more reasonable quote in line with what I would have expected. Dan is super friendly and the staff is very nice. They even helped me out by pulling my car around and put my toddlers stroller in the back for me. Highly recommend!

Dan had his guys tow my car and repair it the same day. Other garages would have taken a week just to look at it. Overall price for brakes and rotors was extremely fair, and they even waived the diagnostics fee. As someone who hates dealing with garages, this was a very pleasant experience. Will definitely go to them for service again.

I came to All for One after having gotten two quotes from two other automotive repair shops within the area. I had received a quote from another location and when I went to All for One they had given me a quote that was actually half of that. Got my oil changed the other day. Staff were friendly and helpful and my car was done quickly.

Brought it in for an issue, was told it was handled. It wasn t.

Horrible, went for Carco inspection, took time off work, and they never send anything to the insurance company. They told me they had taken pictures and it would be all set and never did it. when I called all for one, the receptionist said they said they had nothing in the system under my name. She was rude and would not let me speak to anyone else.

Dan was great. I managed to get TWO flat tires driving on Whitehall, and my car barely made it to the parking lot of All4Ones new shop on Delaware Avenue. I did not realize the shop was even open. As I was calling AAA for a tow, Dan kindly came up to me and offered to replace my tires. He then drove me home right away, saving me the trouble and cost of an Uber ride (I also did not have to use my AAA benefits). Dan provided an estimate to me the following morning, and completed repairs by 2 p.m. at a reasonable price, less than 24 hours after I got the flat tires. This was a great experience and I will be a repeat customer.

So, I m always extremely hesitant to go to any body shops or mechanic mainly because I ve been screwed over by them and or are VERY over priced going into a mechanic and or body shop can be overwhelming and intimidating. On 2/13/24 I got two flat tires which has never happened before, I googled nearest body shop and called THEY GOT ME IN AND OUT OF THERE in less than an hour!!! Not only that gave me an amazing deal with two new tires!!! I can honestly say it was the most calm, easy, and fast. I will never go to another mechanic. I m always a little skeptical of going to new auto shops because I m a woman, I had a lot of concerns with my vehicle, and I ve had bad experiences in the past with different shops. I waited over 4 hours for a tow truck that never came and was given a contact number that never answered or called back.

Horrible emergency roadside towing service. Waited 2 hours and they never showed. The two numbers provided did not have voicemail set up. Ended up having another tow company picking the vehicle up. Worst part was they said they would be there but never answered phone after that. Wasted time and aggravation.

The owner, Danny was very polite and made a great offer on my car after having engine trouble. The tow truck got to me right away and when I arrived at the shop he even came to help me get to my car so I could take my license plates and other belongings. I just happened to be passing through the area on my way home but if I am in that area again, All 4 One Automotive would be my first pick to take my car to.

BEWARE!!! My husband had scheduled a oil change for our jeep, 3 days in advance with all the details of our jeep. He scheduled it for 8am. Upon arrival they asked him if he could wait until 9am. My husband had told the mechanic, no The mechanic then said ok and put the jeep on the lift. When trying to look in the window to see why it was taking so long, the mechanic said they had to wait for the oil, AND the filter they didn t have any synthetic as advertised on Groupon. Almost 2 hours later they completed the job. 1 simple oil change.

Got a tire change from here and an inspection. My brakes needed to be replaced as part of the inspection so they did that work as well. A few days later I found a wobbling in my steering wheel at highway speeds which I thought might have been a balancing issue so I called Dan to see if they could diagnose it. He was more than willing to help find out the cause of the issue. Turns out the cause was a bent rim and not balancing and he offered up some good fixes for the problem. He did not charge me for the second diagnoses and was extremely helpful, ensuring I left as a happy customer. Great service and experience overall!

My daughter attends college in the Albany area. I am about 2 1/2 hours away from her. I run a car repair shop and of course make repairs to her car as needed when she s home. But cars can break at anytime, as we all know. It is hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust on the first visit having no recommendations. Her vehicle recently broke down and needed to be towed. Being in the business, I made some calls and was recommended to a few shops that couldn t look at it for at least 2 weeks. They gave me a tow companies number to get the vehicle towed there, and I am still waiting for that place to return my message. This was a week ago. ;) So I googled tow companies, and as most would, read a couple of reviews and called ALL4ONE. Dan answered right away and said that he would be there to get it within an hour or so. True to his word even after a bit of a time finding it he was there. He told me the tow to where I was going to take it would cost about $350, but his shop is close so it would only be a $100 and he could look at it right away. Hesitant, I agreed. They looked at the vehicle it was a difficult problem to find as well and had me an answer with a very fair quote. I got a call that the vehicle was ready only 2 days after he picked it up. Incredible customer service. Anytime I call, or as many times that I have called, he always answers the phone, and with a smile!! Great place & honest.

Awesome, we showed up at 5:35 pm off the highway our diesel truck was throwing codes and felt like it was about to die, we were 4 hours away from home, and the worker looked at it as he was about to pack up and reset it and looked it over and said we were good to go. We had a tire blowout in our RV and were assigned All 4 One to come tow us by our insurance provider. We waited an hour, but when we called them to get a revised ETA they asked to confirm our details, then told us theyre not equipped to tow an RV. So sorry, but they didnt read the email with our info until we called....after an hour of waiting on the side of the road. Now itll take another hour to get someone else assigned. Very disrespectful of our time sitting in a hot, disabled vehicle.

Friends beware of All 4 one automotive Inc. for towing services. If your insurance/roadside assistance sends you them for a tow!! REFUSE IT!! I needed a tow and State Farm sent All 4 One Towing for me. Well guess what the towing company did? They caused $5,000 in damages to my rear bumper on February 12th. I have been going through a nightmare for 3 weeks on getting my new vehicle fixed all because the owner, Danish, will not furnish the necessary documents to his insurance company. I was nice at first, but its been almost a month and Im still dealing with this. He has blocked my number since. He doesnt get in touch with the insurance claim representative. He doesnt provide the needed information. And he doesnt care that Im pregnant and that this is causing me early signs of labor. All he keeps insisting is that I bring my vehicle to his shop to get fixed. Tell me, would you trust someone with fixing your vehicle after they were the ones who messed it up in the first place? I am seriously so stressed right now, I cant even think m so here is a big cheer to not having a vehicle yet for another week *sarcasm* If I could put zero stars, I would!
