BJ's Tire Center in Albany

I have never been to BJs Tire Center but I got an amazing deal on cost and installation. The only reason, however, I'm leaving a review is because of Jose. He was incredibly nice and helpful with scheduling and service. I feel like I'm driving a new car. I hope BJs knows what a valuable employee he is! Thank you again! 😊

Employees were extremely knowledgeable and professional. Had 4 tires and alignment done in under an hour and a half. They even packed up my donut and jack and put it back in the trunk storage for me. Excellent experience.

Tire service is terrible due to understaffing. Website appointment system is wrong and it took 3 weeks to get an appointment. Understaffed and the front desk worker spent all the time talking to the tire tech or doing something else. Propane sales delayed tire installation. 1.5 hours to install tires and no one there before me.

Both my husband and I got our glasses done at bjs and it's been almost a year now and my husband is still having problems with his glasses and sun glasses.With his regular glasses he sees everything short and the sun glasses was supposed to be polarized so that he can see in the night as well but that's not happening.He took it back twice and the guy at the counter kept telling him he has to keep on wearing it so his eyes gets adjusted.I don't know how much longer he has to wear so as to get adjusted. It's a big rip off ...very disappointed
