Clean and friendly environment, hassle-free. All employees respectful and very knowledgeable. Never left in the dark always explains what they're doing before they do it to make sure you're on board with the work they're going to do. Work performed is always done above satisfactory and you don't wait long. Highly recommend. Supervisor/manager always greets and says hello goes over all work that has been done and makes sure you're satisfied before you leave. They always go above and beyond to meet my standards and that is why I am a dedicated customer. I definitely appreciate the work they do on my car. My experience was above great.
Called up this location looking to receive an inspection and oil change within the day. They got me on the schedule the same day and serviced me with speed. Nothing but good words to say about firestone. They have a capable work force with experienced technicians that do their job right. Thanks again, -Matt Homan
I drove my car in asking for 4 tires, they came out, looked at my car and told me the size I needed and then quoted me the price for the 4 tires alignment etc. I made an appointment, brought my car in and then went to work. I received a call about an hour later from the manager indicating that they had quoted me the wrong size tire and the right size tires would now cost 50 dollars more per tire. This upped my bill about 200.00. I was not happy. As far as the job they did it was fine--I just didn't appreciate the bait and switch. When I spoke with the manager he would not do anything for me to make up for their error. I am a repeat customer there and I do like the work the mechanics themselves do there.
Excellent customer service. It was a nice environment and the staff was extremely helpful. The gentleman who worked the counter (Rocky) was friendly and helped me to pick out the best tires for my vehicle. The mechanic sent me pictures of the issues with my tires and also showed me another issue with my vehicle that I didn't realize I had. Over all, I was glad I chose to set this appointment with Firestone and I'll be scheduling another appointment with this location to have the additional work completed.
Had a slow leak on the one tire that I noticed while driving north last Saturday. Spent the night up the road, and when I called to see if they could fit me in, they had no issues. Arrived, they took me right in and solved the issue at a very low cost. Had me back on the road heading north in 45 minutes. Courteous and helpful. Thank you Gents.
I want to share the absolutely amazing experience I had here at Firestone. If you need any car maintenance, please come see Brandon over on Wolf Rd. in Albany! This guy went above and beyond to help me get new tires for my car. As a nurse, it is true, we are always caring for other people. It brought me to tears when the role was reversed and this guy helped assure I was safe & not taken advantage of. Brandon walked me through the process every step of the way. He took the time to show me every single thing he was doing, from measuring my tires in front of me to showing me how the billing was coming up for the warranty. He made sure I was comfortable and that I had no doubts that he was moving from a place of genuine integrity. Because of his time and extraordinary service, I am safe out here on these roads. I am above and beyond grateful for his kindness and for the help of all the guys in the shop. This world needs more people who take pride in their work and who are willing to go above and beyond to help. If you need any car care, please give this spot a try and ask for Brandon! He will not steer you wrong. ;-)
I had TWO back to back outstanding Customer Service experiences at this Wolf Road location and they deserve a shout out. Brandon, the store manager was knowledgeable, honest and friendly. I do not have the names of the other employees who I dealt with or worked on my car, but the entire staff was hardworking individuals who kept everything moving. Store was clean. Location is extremely convenient. Store was running many deals. & outstanding customer service! Highly recommend.
I had to have a tire replaced on my brand-new car, it was about 2 and a half months old when the damage occurred. I brought the car in, and I was told that I had to replace 2 tires. I later found out that though it is recommended to do that, because the car was so new, it wasn't necessary. I bought the 2 tires because the young man said I had no choice. Then after picking up the car and not realizing that the original brand-new tire that was on the car was not in my trunk area, they kept the tire. I could have used it as a spare if something was to happen later on. So, I spent over $400 on 2 tires and the kept my property. After calling their customer service department 3 times, I never received a call or email back as to what they could do fix this issue. I used to go to this particular location for my oil changes and certain other things, but I am never going back to any Firestone location, and I canceled their credit card.
Brandon treated me like I was a king. In and out like I owned the place!
Theyre incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and genuinely care about their customers. Brandon is the best. He explained everything clearly and always provides honest advice.
The most respectful and honest shop.
Brandon was just excellent. The car failed the inspection for several reasons, some of which were emergencies. He got everything done! He is a real asset!
Very professional and patient. Great job!!! Thank you
You need to work on your aggressive sales tactics. Cars do not need alignment every 6 months or every time you change your tires. You should have offered to inspect my car for other issues instead of doing it without saying anything and then laying on me a list of repairs that you make sound as necessary. People dont like this type of manipulation.
Third time I had an excessive wait. They have always over booked since the store went over to new management. I was told I had a weak battery. This was last fall. My reading said that the voltage was 14.4 volts. Not weak. Even if it had been weak I would not buy a Diehard battery. Still using the same battery with no problems. I believe that I was being lied to just to pad the bill. As of now I dont plan to ever return to this location on Wolf Rd. in Colonie, NY.
Low Washer fluid light on as I drove off.!
Service was amazing, walked in to get my car inspected and got out in the fastest time i could expect for how busy it was. Staff and Management were super nice and perfectly helpful.
Brandon and the crew were fast and had great customer service!
Quick service and detailed information on what s wrong with your vehicle. Both Carey and Rocky offered excellent customer service!
The manager of the Wolf Road branch, Brandon Munhall, could use some remedial customer relations training. I made a 7 am appointment and when I complained that the initial 15 minute delay in taking in my car, Mr Munhall became defensive and rude. Rather than apologize, he became aggressive and told me that his department had to finish cars next over from the previous day. I explained that my appointment was set and should not be subject to prior work that was not completed. He was not pleasant and could do with a refresher in how to be cordial with customers. This branch of Firestone has lost my business!
Great guys, great service. If it s any Firestone location, it s this one. Thank you for the discounts and speedy work!
Thank you. Professional, courteous, efficient-and fast. Even when they were down staff and it was freezing cold.
Went to Firestone on Wolf Rd. Brandon was great. My car had a vibration in the engine and he took me right in and had his master tech check everything out. My car needed motor mounts and he got me right in and got everything fixed for me. Brandon is very professional and cares about his customers. I personally witnessed a customer giving him a dufficult time and he did everything he could do to try and make the customer happy over her appt time and she was not accepting. Brandon was great in how he handled a very difficult customer. If you ever need any thing dont be afraid to check out Firestone on Wolf Rd and go see Brandon..
Front staff was amazing!
Just called to ask a question & the guy Brandon gave me an attitude, because I knew what was wrong with my car already. Asked him to price the service for that problem & he told me they still have to diagnose it. Crooked business at its finest. May not be all, but that certainly is Brandon business policy. Smh
Honest fast and personable New tires replaced super fast
Carey Willis amsand PJ Farley are wonderful. I heard a noise when I was coming from work and they waited before they closed to make sure it wasnt an issue with my car. I hope they get a raise.
The service at this shop was fantastic! I ve gotten tires at other places but they don t compare with this place. Quality tires for a great price and great service. Brandon and his team are the best!
Conor, carey, pjs fraley Fantastic workers and happy to serve.
These guys are ABOUT customer service and fighting for the highest good/best of their clients! And their team. Super efficient and easy to communicate with! 5 stars for sure.
PLEASE BEWARE, Tyler is the worst store associate that I have even had to deal with, please beware as this guy will literally get Angry and Yell at you if you ask questions. Also, the Auto Zone and Pep Boys nearby provide some of the same services for a way better price and a great customer service than this location. Im glad I didnt buy what I wanted from this fraudstone and got the same kind of thing for half the price with amazing customer service another place. PLEASE BEWARE.
Wont advice anyone to go this location of firestone on Wolf Road and wont recommend buying tires from them they will sell you the tires which wont last half of miles they tell you its gonna last for . Manager Brandon is not the guy you wanna talk to he is rude and this is how he was treating people as i was waiting for the vehicle to be ready . Charging people crazy prices and then on top of that if you question him on that he will pretty much just loose his mind . Very bad experience hopefully someone above him will do something to improve his communication skills
Would not recommend. The first time last year they told me they couldnt align my truck because the tie rods were too tight. Took it somewhere else and they aligned it no problem. Now I bring a car in for inspection with all brand new parking brake components and tested in drive and reverse prior to bringing it in and like magic, it suddenly doesnt work and it failed inspection. Do yourself a favor and go to a shop that doesnt just hire any random person with a pulse.
These guys are great. They had an appointment time that was convenient and the car was ready at the agreed to time. I took one of our cars in for an oil change and another for an inspection and tires. Neither time was there an attempt to upsell services. The cost of service both times was what I would have expected. The staff is cordial and takes the time to explain the option available (for the tires). I had the differential go in our Expedition. Brandon found a replacement and got it fixed same day. Cost was $250 under quoted.
Amazing team, the two guys up front ste hands down the best. Highly recommend this team and location.
I got there 1/13/2025 at 7 am the time they open up.. walk in and I was welcome to Firestone by the Service Advisor his name was Brandon I told him my issue telling him I hear grinding noise coming from my driver side wheel..Brandon said ok I will have one of technician went out and took it for a test ride.. I wasn t there 15 minutes when they opened up that s what I call service. The technician came back from test ride and brought it in side removed the tire and found out my bearings were shot.. Thank God he found this out because if not my wheels could have fallen off.. Plus the technician did a complete look over.. he found out my wipers were shot and they needed to be replaced All so my Service Advisor all so brought to my attention that my Sparks plugs need to be done my truck is coming up to 100000 miles to have it done I was at 9300 miles so I had decided to have them done He did not once pressure me to have them done. It was my decision. he was just bringing that to my attention. The Service Technician did a great job not only that my service I received from my service advisor was outstanding So I m giving this Firestone locations o Wolf Road in Albany New York 12205 10 Thank You Brandon for your great Service Daniel Carlino
Unnecessary upcharges and price gouging. During my tire alignment service, the technician broke the cam bolt due to rust and informed me that I was not allowed to purchase the part myself, as they must source parts directly from a Toyota dealer for $236. It took them whole week to order the parts and install it. After contacting the Toyota dealership, I was quoted a price of $130 for the parts. Firestone, on the other hand, charged me $100+ extra for the same parts. If they had been transparent about price gouging and huge up-charge, I would have purchased the parts from the dealership my self. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to Firestone in the future.
Brandon helped me immediately, tires I needed weren t available so he upgraded my tires with no up-charge which was greatly appreciated. Kept the line of communication with me while I waited, great service
knowledgeable, Quick, efficient and Excellent service. I was helped by supervisor Brandon, sales specialist Tyler, and service tech Dean.
Been a customer for many years, but this may have been the litteral last straw. Came in to swap out seasonal tires. Left with missing tire valve covers (major pet peeve of mine) and TPMS warning light on. The manager dismissed me, stating it needs time to adjust. OK....After a couple days waiting for it to adjust I threw my inflator on it. Well, what do you know, 20lbs air pressure low. Please explain to me why I came here? why I needed to fill my own air to factory specs? Bottom line, if I cant trust you to replace my air valve covers, I can trust you for much else. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
The staff are always friendly and knowledgeable.
The store had many customers and the staff were all working hard to accommodate the customers. I was hoping to get my car looked at and repaired before a long trip and the staff did a great job of taking care of my car in a timely manner!
These guys go above and beyond for their customers. Always courteous
Professional and courteous services
Will definitely recommend! The quickest service I ever experienced at Firestone ! Will be coming back
Met the store manager for the first time on this service, wheel rotation and alignment (have a lifetime alignment policy on this car), Brandon Munhall. I had experienced a very bad service on 8/10/2022 in the same store, while Gyro was store manager, when my 2007 Santa Fe oil pan plug and filter were not properly tightened (just hand tight) during an oil change. My daughter had taken the car in for that oil change, and the next day, when she was driving out of the garage,I noticed two oil spots. I lifted the car on my floor jack and discovered the oil was coming from both the oil pan plug and oil filter. I tightened these to spec and then called the store...So I have shied away ever since - except suspension alignment - since I have all my cars with a lifetime alignment policy. Brandon knew Gyro ,and technicians that worked for Gyro, that were sloppy at best and shady at worst... He seemed to be extremely serious about his customers so I plan to visit his store for other service.
I don t appreciate business in this spot unprofessional staff 0 customer service this store need to be close or someone need to be hire professional
Quick service. Was able to get right for an emergency tire replacement.
A big thank you to Tyler for helping me out he went above and beyond.
From Rocky on the phones to managerial staff all were looking out for me and my scheduled day. I was kept informed during my wait which was minimal based on the flow of business. I use their services for both of my Fords.
Connor at Firestone is the man he goes above and beyond
Tracked down parts for me that werent readily available. Even picked me up to get my vehicle so I didnt have to walk 11 miles. The service tech was great and the service counter crew went above and beyond to explain parts and cost and even helped with the financing. Definitely recommend Firestone to all that need service done.
Rocky attempted to force me to buy a new tire and refused to temporarily patch the tire as I was two hours from home forcing me to ride on a donut until I found a more reputable shop
Made an appointment to have a tire repaired at 9 am. I dropped the car off. Went to pick up my car at 430 and my car was not yet started. I was told it was because walk-ins take priority over any appointments. If I wanted my appointment to stand I had to wait in the store for the repair to be made. I was told this was corporate policy and if I didn t like it I could go somewhere else. I have gone to this store for years and have always recommended it to others. After my last few experiences I will no longer be going here. It has become terrible service.
I had a great experience at Firestone. The staff was welcoming and replaced both my tires quickly and efficiently. They made sure everything was perfect before I left and even gave helpful tips for tire care. Highly recommend them for excellent service!
Awesome customer service couldnt be happier.
Mixed reviews. We went in Monday with 2 cars for inspection. Everything went great. We brought another car in Tuesday, Isiah. Decided to fail inspection and have an attitude. Says tint wasnt allowed on window but refused to show proof of percentage. This car was always fine in virginia and their tinting is a lot more strict. How is this guy allowed to not show proof and giving attitude about it
Very satisfactory experience at Brandon Munhall Firestone Auto Care!
Ive been a Firestone customer for years. Lately, this shop has told me about something extra that was wrong with my car on every single visit. I grew suspicious and when they told me my front struts were leaking, I took it to another garage and found out they are not leaking. It makes me wonder if some of the other extra repairs thwy did were necessary in the forst place.
Everyone at this location is professional and respectful. They are not here to sell you. Recommendations are Given, not forced. From my observations they are honest with thier customers. Timely, good quality business transaction all around. Firestone in N.Y. has Florida beat in customer service for sure. 3.6 stars just means you cant make everyone happy. Especially in this economy. Lastly, I see 5 stars from my end. Thanks Firestone.
Mid service, arrogant cashier, wasn t the biggest fan. They also charge you a marked up fee, and then bring the price down to a more reasonable level when you cite the online coupons. Honestly, just go to an independent mechanic shop. Especially if you need more than just an oil change.
CONNOR was absolutely amazing!!!!!!!! I appreciate his thoroughness and customer service. I visited this location on yesterday (9/2) Labor Day - everything was closed and I was so thankful your location was open. I had a slow leak in one of my tires - and Conor was able to locate where it was coming from and the mechanic was able to put my spare tire on and I went about my day. Most if not all vendors were closed on Labor Day and the tire that I needed was not in stock and the vendor would not be open until the next day. This was a short fix, until the location near my home would be open the next day. When businesses are open on holidays you never really get the customer service that you should because most of the time, the employee doesn t even want to be there so any extra conversation or mere salutation is like pulling teeth. But not with Conor, he assisted me and the other 6 people that walked in needing assistance, and he did it all with a SMILE! He is a true asset to your company!!!
Wow! I can t say enough good things about this place. I ended up running over a nail last minute (5pm) when I got out of work after a 12 hour day and was dreading going to get my tire fixed. However, Firestone made it a worthwhile experience. Rocky helped me when I was there and he walked me through everything and within 45 minutes I was in and out. The prices are extremely reasonable based on past places I have been and the staff is so kind and helpful. I spoke to Brandon, the manager this morning and Paul as well during this experience and every single one of them are just a pleasure to work with. I will never go anywhere else again!
Connor and Tyler are great!!!!
Conor and Tyler made it quick and easy, I ll be back
I dont write negative reviews. But this is unfortunate. Very rude on the phone. I wish they actually care about customers instead of write follow up comments that they would take care of you. I was literally asking a question, very disrespectful guy and ended up hanging up on me
Great friendly and quick service. Connor was a bg help. Thsnks
I just had my oil changed an emergency ahead of a road trip . Connor was able to fit me in and the wonderful technician had me back on the road in no time. Grateful to all in this expeditiously run shop!
Paid for a lifetime Alignment, tire balance and rotation. Signed up for free brake inspection. Was told I needed a left caliber and should have the lifetime pads replaced at the same time. So, I am quoted a price of $1067 for the caliber job and a brake fluid flush. Was told that was for just the one side, not both. So that quote, took about an hour or so of my time. 2 HOURS later Im finally told its done. I spent 3 HOURS there and got charged $21 for inspection. I looked for my car at the 2hr 45 min mark and it was not on the lift. REALLY?, 15 minutes to come around the bldg.? I will in the future stick with tires. Sorry I bought lifetime alignment and rotation, because I will always have to go back.
A HUGE thank you to Rocky!! He was an amazing help!! Stayed later when the store closed, to make sure our car was working and ready to head back to our destination (3.5 hours away) He went above and beyond. We are so so grateful.
Went in due to my rear tire slowly loosing air. Took me right away and found a piece of barb wire causing the slow leak. Because I purchased s there i received a new tire for nominal fee and even had my oil changed. Now thats great customer service. Rockie and his tea Were top knotch
Ive been brining my two vehicles to this location for almost two years. Three weeks ago, the service technicians performed a mediocre oil change. My car was over-filled and leaking. A week later, the service technicians also purchased and installed the incorrect tires on my vehicle. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the mechanics, the manager Josh and the other customer service representatives. I will not be returning to this Firestone in the future. If you are considering doing business with this Firestone, I recommend using caution and checking their work.
Called was very frustrated & Isaiah had knowledge of everything even called the other store to rectify situation....Thanks #Wolfroad
Absolutely sickening, today 31JUL2024 my wife went for just an inspection to this firestone with a 2020 Ford Escape, which was recently service by a licensed mechanic. And (Josh) he would not provide me is last name, told my wife In a manner that made her FEEL it would not pass inspection without a few service items totaling over $317.68. There were minor items. When I called, he kept saying I didnt tell her it wouldnt pass inspection. He said I would have to call the Main manger tomorrow. Im just fed up with places like this screwing people over. I hope this review really makes it on their reviews. Please if are just looking for a inspection NEVER use places like firestone, Midas, Monroe, Mavis etc...
I recently took my 2017 Hyundai to [Store Name] for spark plug and tire replacement, as well as new rear light bulbs, totaling over $1,200. Although my car was driving smoothly before the service, within just five minutes of leaving the store, the check engine light turned on. When I returned to discuss this, the manager was extremely rude and disrespectful, showing no willingness to help. I tried to explain that the car had issues since I picked it up, but I felt dismissed and uncomfortable. I eventually replaced the ignition coil myself, which resolved the initial issue. However, I later noticed a significant drop in fuel efficiency, going from the expected 31 mpg to only 21 mpg. When I brought this up, I received the same disappointing response. A mechanic I spoke not worker with them mentioned that the spark plugs they used were likely low quality, despite charging me $280 for them. I would not recommend this store based on my experience. Save your money and find a more reliable mechanic who values customer service and quality work.
Cost and trustworthy.
Timely scheduling and delivery of service rendered. Very satisfied with availability of tires I wanted and get them mounted & balancef... but, the price was a higher than expected due to additional service not requested added to the Bill, e.g., road hazard protection
The consultant said they could align all the wheels, but in reality, they only did the rear axle. However, they charged for the full service. Scum.
Fastest Firestone I ve ever been to. I was told a 3 hour wait and I was prepared for that and they got it done in less than 90 minutes.
Had a nail in my tire, got me in right away. The guy was very helpful.
I recently got an oil change from this location and they either put the engine oil cap on loosely or failed to even put it on at all. This caused engine oil to completely cover the front of my car and almost caused serious damage. Extremely absurd and careless. Check your engine oil caps whenever you leave. I will not be coming back.
I was able to make an appointment the day before. They were able to give a NY state inspection and the necessary repairs in a few hours. I wish it was easier to get good coupons.
I am not one to write negative reviews, but this was an exception. I had an appointment with Firestone to get a simple tire replacement. After I was informed that the work on my vehicle was complete, I returned to my hotel where I was staying for business. I examined my car to make sure everything looked OK, and I noticed that the tire that needed to be replaced was still on my vehicle. They replaced the wrong tire. I had to bring back my vehicle to Firestone to have this fixed. In addition, when the new tire was replaced, I noticed the technician severely scratched my rims (please see photo attached). I cannot imagine what this will cost me to fix. The amount of time and inconvenience this entire dilemma cost me is inexcusable, and I am requesting compensation in some form. I have dealt with Firestone in various locations, but this experience was absolutely brutal. I was left speechless and I am completely infuriated about this whole thing.
The service was great..they got me right in and a big job was completed by 6pm. Excellent place to bring your car for any service
Got a flat on our way upstate (ofc because nothing is ever simple) and googled the closest tire store near us, called and they got us in right away in between appts. The technician was quick (we were with young children) efficient and friendly. We were back on the road within the hour- was made aware of some other issues... which I will get taken care of at a later time.... had to get back on the road.
Good service for fair prices. Friendly staff who are helpful and experienced, and explain things so even people who dont work on cars can understand them.
Brandons team is super professional And they are Always nice and patient. This spot is my to go spot. Highly recommend. I appreciate it.
I m extremely happy with the service I received from the staff at Firestone, especially Brandon
Blew out two tires on a single pothole. I was over 100 miles away from home. The tires were not stocked anywhere so they gave me a ride to the airport to rent a car while they ordered them. Got my car back and everything is good.
Went for an inspection. Very welcoming. Also the mechanic was very polite
Former 5 star review. This store is looking to extort people with egregious and unnecessary repairs. I went in for NYS inspection and Inspector number 77LH failed my vehicle because I refused to do an unneeded $600 repair. I went to another shop within the week and it was passed without issue. Either the car magically fixed itself over a 5 day period or this shop was looking to take advantage of people. After being a 5 year customer who has brought in multiple vehicles, I will no longer trust this location with any services.
We have patronized Firestone on Wolf Rd Albany for several years. Brandon has always shown great customer service, helpful knowledge, and very efficient. We appreciate his kindness at every car appointment.
Store is rebuilding and has a great group of employees. Im reading a lot of mixed reviews but my experience is great each time. Quality work!
Very professional service and courteously treatment
Way too long for an state inspection and of course they found something that had to be replaced in order to pass inspection my license plate bulb :/ or they couldnt pass so they charged me an extra $35.00 to replace plus it took them another 35-40 minutes to get it done!! Not a happy customer
What a rip off! I thought $100 for a mount and balance at Midas was expensive for me truck, but this was ridiculous. $180 to do 15 inch wheels and they didnt even put them on my car. Took them over a week and never called me...I had to call them. Then they couldnt even be bothered to clean off the tires. Ill just go to Midas next time because I can trust theyll at least do a good job and will call me when theyre done.
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable employees. Highly recommend for all your automotive needs.
Went to get 4 new tires and an alignment. I drove 45 min to this specific Firestone since I had been there before. Staff is always friendly, waiting Area is clean and comfortable. And it s walking distance to food, banking, and various shopping, so while waiting I walked around. They ended up finishing my car about an hour earlier than expected and I m always a loyal Firestone customer!
Started off rocky ... with a 2 hr wait but the staff got it fixed and done ... be patient new staff and Crew
Pleasant and professional staff, from my brief encounter with them. Wheel alignment done with no issues.
Quick and professional!
I needed 4 new tires and was surprised how fast the service was. Thanks to Paul for providing that.
This is a poorly managed shop. I told my initial sales rep that my passenger rear tire had a nail in it, and he repeated back to me the right rear tire has a nail, which I confirmed. During the repair, I noticed the LEFT rear tire was removed. Our car was then completed and pulled into the parking lot and sat for about 15 minutes. I asked a different sales rep if our car was complete since it was sitting in the parking lot, and he got very defensive and said they only had one mechanic working at the moment and I had to explain again that our car was already pulled out of the bay and currently just sitting. He finally understood what I was saying and said they mixed up the paperwork and keys and that my car is now complete (the first time). I asked if there was an issue with the rear left tire as well since I seen it taken off the car. The new sales rep said the work invoice only had the left rear tire listed as an issue, not the right rear tire so they never evaluated the right rear tire. They pulled my car back into the shop and there was a nail in the right rear tire like I initially told them. They didn t have the correct tire in stock, so they had to order it from another Firestone and have it delivered for installation. 2.5 hours later, we were done after multiple delays and miscommunications. They charged us $55 for some unknown reason since I did have the road hazard warranty on the tire, but after 2.5 hours, I just paid the $55 so I could leave. I ve used several Firestone locations and this has been my worst experience by far.
Brandon and Robert were super helpful and pleasant thankfully to find a place that I can trust with my car
Brought my car in with a 10:00 a.m. appointment. Called at noon and they were just bringing my car in to be looked at. They helped me get financing and worked with my warranty company but in general the managers communication skills were completely unprofessional and rude. I called back at 2:30 and was told that my car would be ready at 4:00. When I showed up at 4:00 they told me my car would not be ready until 6:30 pm and then told me that I had to leave the car overnight because the warranty company, who does the final approval for their part of the bill, was closed. The manager continued to be argumentative with me in front of other customers and was just rude, in general. So I spent an entire day from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and then had to take a Lyft home to get my car back the next day. They also tried to sell me four brand new tires at the cost of $600, but when I read my service inspection review, it listed my tires as being fine. Obviously I would never use this place again!
Will never return. So I made an appointment several days a head of time. Showed up early. Gave them my keys and sat in the lobby along with 3 other people. Keep in mind all I wanted was tires ordered and a brake inspection. I sat there for an hour and half and my truck hadnt moved. Then a lady drives in and comes into the lobby without an appointment requesting prices on tires. They proceed to give her prices and then go out and get her car. After a couple mins they tell her what she needs and they proceed to change her tires. Meanwhile my truck and one of the other people with appointments in the lobby cars havent move. I look over at the manager after he gets done talking with her, he looks at me then just walks into his office and closes the door. This is not the first time Ive had an issue with them. But it will be the last. I then proceed to request my keys and left. I went to MIDAS on Central Ave and they took care of getting my tires order within 10 mins. I didnt request service just the ordering of tires because that would be rude to the people there waiting.
Absolute TRASH! Made an appointment a week before to be at 11am. Car sat untouched for 3 HOURS! Then car sat untouched in the garage for another hour. Let them know I was taking my car elsewhere, and car has sat for 45 minutes waiting for someone to pull it out. Overall trash experience.
Very bad experience. Got two tires and needed a inspection. Got a call 02 sensor needs replacement. $500 for a $40 part, well ok they can charge as they wish. Got a call later the old one is broken in the manifold. WHAT of course they didnt do it. Car doesnt run like that but I drove it in. $1200 dollars later, drove it for two days light is on. I got...... Despite the response below, no help.
The product and front person were great, however time to complete the tire changes was little long.
Very Bad Experience Bad behaviors with customers that should not be in colonie that is too disrespectful i saw working 3 kids in the front desk and they have no idea what their work is they waited me 1 hour and said they cant do the service because they got too many cars for service but i was waiting with my car and appointment for 1 hour ? they took my keys for service what bout that? i wish i could leave here with a 0 star and complain to local society
Brandon was polite, professional, responsive, and I left feeling like my car was really taken care of and it solidified my decision to continue being a Firestone customer!
I blew a tire across the street from Firestone in Colonie and was desperate. It was the afternoon of Christmas Eve. They took care of me with courtesy and professionalism and got me back on my way. I couldnt be more pleased.
Great customer service and a quick turnaround. I loved that I could make an appt in advance for my NYS inspection. They even had a clean bathroom!
Brandon and his coworkers went above and beyond to help me and provided outstanding customer service!
Got me in and out without a hitch. Would recommend going early of course
You make an appointment a day before for regular inspection, you arrive on time, they tell you inspection is gonna be late than then they scheduled. You okay with it. You wait 2 hrs and they tell you their machine is broken and they didn t do the inspection. So any other lies?
Scheduled an appointment for 1/27 simple change 4 tires onto new rims an put in proper spot on dually. Got vehicle back on 1/28 all for tires on rear of truck 2 tires needed to be inflated before I could I could drive away. Totally disappointed with the service, was mad I admit. Was told never to come back. Been doing business with Firestone for over 20 years. Will never do business with them again. Goodyear here I come.
$400 for an oil change. They overcharge for poor service and then try to trap you into spending even more money on unnecessary fixes
The staff was helpful and very professional.
Great service.
Fast and gets the job done
Many issues with car and they are always helpful and accommodating to fit me into their schedule.
Brandon is very kind and always willing to go the extra mile. I never leave dissatisfied! Thanks to the team for all of your hard work!
Happy with the quality of the work and service. Would recommend to others.
Brandino mcmoney maker my guy
Brought a friend to pick up her car she goes here for repairs. The manager pulled her car up behind mine and noticed my break light was out. Before she could check out I had a new light. 10/10
Got towed in with a flat, left driving with a freshy. Thanks
I asked to get alignment done they didn t even put it on the left. I asked for a receipt They say the printer is not working
Friendly and honest customer service, but long wait.
I usually dont provide any negative comments, but today I couldnt control myself. Im a regular customer of this brunch of Firestone. I bought 4 tires (2+2) from this brunch a year apart and got 50K warranty (anything happen within this 50k will be covered per there suggestion during my purchases) for for each set. Today I visited this brunch to rotate tires around 5K driving from last tire rotation. They refused to rotate since one pair of tire getting worse to drive just after driving 23K. They also suggesting some other tires to buy. I asked about 50K warranty, they replied itll not cover and they cant do anything since the tires getting worse by using or naturally. what a ridiculous excuse! When I asked them how it make sense, the guy replied im not understanding, lol. I just left the place wasting my time and money. This was one of the worst experience ever I had. Completely disappointing.
Service techs were courteous and polite. Service was quick and facility was clean. Wasn t pressured into an upsell and fixed my issue without a hassle.
Very helpful. Highly recommend!
Reasonable rate for the work we had done, waiting area could be upgraded. The main flaw I saw was the condescension from the service writers...come on guys, not everyone is a moron.
Needed all four brakes, pads, rotors and calipers , was unexpected. The technician that worked there went out of her way to help reduce the price with coupons to help lessen the damage. Work was done timely and brakes are perfect. Would highly recommend Firestone.
The one on wolf Rd are Great. DONT go to the one on central and robin.
Great service. $200 for a tire change and rotation seems a bit too high.
Ive been coming here for a few years now, and Im never disappointed.
Always a great team always great service
Fair pricing, fast , quality service.
Excellent service.
They refused to make an appointment with me and then hung up on me
Couldnt have scripted a better experience. I was very pleased not to mention pleasantly surprised.
Great service a guy name jonathan worked on my car and did a great job and gave good tips for the future with my car. I will be going back for future repairs!
Friendly and competent service, happy with my new tires!
Recently, Fire and Brimstone charged me $666 for service.
Warm welcome upon arrival by Mr. Romain. I made an appointment due to having a coolant leak on my 2010 Volkswagen. After a technician ( Mr. Luis) looked over my car I was told I had a radiator leak and my front axle boot was torn. I decide not to get the necessary repairs because I wasnt comfortable getting my car taken apart by a company that specializes in tire repair and alignments. I had the opportunity to bring it to the dealer and was told the same that I had a radiator leak but there was no mention of my front axle boot being torn.
I prefer to use interstate batteries and I went here 3 years ago to buy a battery and get it installed. There are limited number of places that sell interstate in the Albany area. Well there was a choice between a standard battery and a premium battery. I requested the premium battery and they installed the standard battery and charged me for the premium. There are two ways of thinking of this. One is that batteries can be similar in appearance and it was an honest mistake. But the other is its an easy scam. Anyhow I decided to buy my interstate batteries direct from the regional wholesaler and take them to my independent mechanic for installation. The problem I have with this particular mistake, if it was a mistake, is that substituting the cheaper part for the more expensive one and charging the higher price is a classic technique of dishonest shops. One thing for sure if you get a battery here make sure you open your hood and verify the make and model number and the date on the battery. Do that before you drive away. I dont know what led me to double check while I was still in the parking lot but I did.
I gave only one star because one of the associates lied to my wife about needing new tires even though she bought them there and they were still in good condition. I spoke with the store manager and he promised me he would talk with his assistant and get back with me. He never bothered to call or look into this matter. He definitely lost our business.
I made an appointment two days in advance. Came to my appointment on time. An hour job turned out to be a 3 hour job. I wasn t notified that parts for my SUV wasnt sent on time when I got there. Told me they would order the part and it would get there in 20 mins. I basically walk around colonie mall in Albany NY for 2 hours waiting for parts to come in and suv to be fixed. Came back and parts didn t arrive. They didn t even call o notify me. Couldn t wait in lobby cause they were doing floors. Whole day wasted. And I had an appointment scheduled 2 days earlier . Never again
I hope someone from corporate reads this. I recently took my car (2014 Chevy Sonic) into this Firestone to diagnose a check engine light and get an oil change. Upon inspection, the firestone technicians quoted me almost 1400.00 in repairs to address the check engine light and the oil change. I paid for the repairs, happy that the car was fixed. Before I even left the parking lot, the check engine came on again. I went back inside to speak to the technician who then pulled the car back into the shop. After another 2 hours, they deemed that they also needed to replace the ignition coil which was completed. They charged me 132.00 with a 50% discount for the inconvenience. I leave the lot again and the check engine light comes on 5 min down the road. I call, and they tell me to bring it back a third time. Now, they tell me the valve cap needs to be replaced which is a 300.00 part. Rightfully so, they comped that part for me which was very kind but at this point expected. A week later the car passes the safety inspection and everything seems okay. 2 days after the car passes inspection, I end up stranded on the freeway because my car will not accelerate and smoke is blasting out of the muffler. I have the car towed back to this Firestone. They investigate AGAIN and deem that I need an ENTIRELY new engine (5,000 dollar repair-worth more than the car itself). They said that the valve seal has fallen into the engine and the pistons are flooded with oil. How does this happen especially when the replaced the valve cover the week prior. So now within a 24 hour period I am forced to decide to buy a new car or continue making what seems like pointless repairs. I dont like pointing fingers or blaming anyone but it just seems incredibly suspicious that they do all this work, charge me for it, finally get it to pass the safety inspection, and now I have a car with complete engine failure. Corporate if you read this, please reach out. I need this to be settled fairly and quickly.
Great service. The young lady who works in the front was personable, friendly, and energetic. Didnt catch her name or I would give her kudos. Was in and out for my inspection and they even put my new plates on. Overall very professional
Went to the location on Wolf Rd. To get regular scheduled service for a work vehicle. The manager was having a problem located our national account, I offered to give him my paperwork which he replied with No I wont need that. While waiting for him to locate the account which he was unable to do. There was another employee in the office (door open) on the phone cursing just about every other word dropping F bombs to whoever he was talking to and wasnt being quiet about it. I did explain to the manager this is not the first time our national account wasnt able to be found but when I purchased new tires last month they were able to find the account by calling an internal number for firestone. The manager had no interest in calling anyone and just kept repeating that he is not able to locate the account and would take 5 days for corporate. Not only will I ensure my fleet vehicles will no longer use this firestone but my personal vehicles will not be going here as well. overall the employees were unprofessional and unwilling to help.
I have no idea what has happened to this store in the past year but it has gone drastically down hill! Me and my husband were strictly firestone people we used this location for everything! And never really had issues however the past 3-4 visit proved to us it s not a one off occasion I brought in one of our company vehicles to verify we in fact had a bad wheel bearing the tech tried to charge me $199 to diagnose what I already told them was wrong! My husband gets there and automatically it s no issue and it s only $20. Bring another truck in to have the shocks checked as it only needed a bushing replaced attempted to charge upwards of $1000 for a $600 job because they were going to take the lazy way out and damage my vehicle and then repair the damage they re be causing. My final visit and will remain final firestone visit was today we brought our new suv in to be inspected which currently doesn t need to be done until end of august not only did they fail it for the struts which was understandable but the tech say a little power steering fluid and told my husband I had a bad rack and pinion which was not the case at all and they failed it due to that, the tech then proceed to write up an over 2000$ estimate and tell my husband I ll give you 2200 for the suv! And peeled my inspection sticker which again didn t even need to be done! I m disgusted trying to lie and tell people somethings wrong with the vehicle just because it s a vehicle you want and we re trying to either get a crazy good price on or make some commission is screwed up! Once I bring it to be inspected and what not to my fathers shop I ll be filing a complaint about falsingly failing vehicles as well as lying about what actually needs to be done on a vehicle.
I went in for a routine NYS inspection and oil change yesterday 8/17, all simple. The gentleman at the desk came out and told me that I could not pass inspection unless I got all new tires. I asked why, and he said that my rear passenger tire was down to the bone, and that in cars with all wheel drive you cannot replace one tire, you have to replace all 4. This seemed off to me because I just had my rear driver tire patched at that same store on 7/16, and ASKED if my tires needed replacing. I was told they all looked fine and should last me a while. So I asked the gentleman if I could just replace the back two, and he said no; in order to pass inspection I needed to replace all 4. There was another customer next to me at the time who heard the entire exchange. So I bought the tires because I needed my car back, but went straight home to look at DMV requirements. Replacing all 4 is an industry recommendation; it is NOT required by the DMV in order to pass inspection. I was scammed out of $746 i didnt need to spend, most likely because i was a woman shopping alone and looked like an easy mark. My father called for me this morning and spoke to the man who helped me (Yero?), and who admitted i didnt really need to buy them, but that he had in fact told me I wouldnt pass unless i did. He also told my dad that he had not done or recommended an alignment on my car, despite the fact that there was a giant ad in the lobby saying free alignment included with any tire purchase. My dad then called the manager Aaron and told him what happened, that the employee had admitted it, and that his statement was almost verbatim to mine. Aaron was nasty, told him he believed his employee, and that I was lying and that I knew full well i didnt have to buy the tires to pass. He told Aaron we would take this up at DMV, and was told to go ahead, nothing ever comes of those which we took to mean that he has been accused of this before. When my dad asked to see the video, Aaron said this conversation is over and hung up on him. If our call to the regional manager does not resolve this tomorrow, I will take this as far as it needs to go, including going to court if needed. I will not be overcharged and have someone lie to my face without putting up a fight. One way or another I am going to make sure no one else becomes a victim of this store. Aarons LinkedIn profile brags that he always sells above their goals.....I guess we know how!
I called to see if I could come in for a state inspection that day and was told I could, with maybe a 15 minute wait. When I did arrive, they had no idea who told me that, but said it was a 2 hour wait. Very frustrating experience. Also be careful, a lot of local Firestones have the wrong numbers listed on Google maps, so check on the phone to make sure you are talking to the correct location.
Concerning that not a single employee in the garage had a mask on. They were not social distancing from each other or customers they called into the bay
My new service center for my truck.
Great work done fast.
Yervant barkajian was excellent and knowledgeable and treated me with respect, and the tires he selected are great
Had my (old, good-shape) Toyota fully tuned-up there in September, 2018 at 66,800 miles, and had four ignition coils put in - for $300, for the parts. In December, 2020 one of these coils failed and had to be replaced. Now - in February, 2021, the three OTHER ignition coils ALL had to be replaced !! Mileage now is 84,700. These four ignition coils were of POOR QUALITY, my car had to be towed more than once, and they lasted less than 2-1/2 years, and only about 18,000 miles !! Mechanic who replaced the Firestone ones said that new coils should last 100,000 miles !! Follow-up: They offered to address this for me -- even calling my case Reference Number 2513052. Nothing has happened. Poor Service!
I came here to get new tires mounted on my brand new wheels. One of the managers told me that he wont do it... because his machines cannot accommodate my wheels due to their size. I really really appreciated the honestly and professionalism that was given to me, which is why I am giving them a 5 star review. The reason was that their machine would scratch up my brand new wheels badly and he did not want to scratch them and ruin them. This is the reason why I bought new wheels in the first place! The previous shop I went to ruined my summer wheels by scratching them up. But the manager at this Firestone prevented that from happening again by politely turning me away. They checked my wheels and tires as soon as I arrived to make sure that no one is wasting their time. Thank you.
Aaron was help full and honest thank u
I had a great experience here. They did a tune up for me and discovered an unrelated small problem and fixed it right away. Nice, fast service.
It was fast
I got new tires put on at the end of February. I had to go back 2 weeks later because they didnt properly put the tire on the rim. Just today, 3 months later, my tire flew off on the highway because they didnt properly torque the lug nuts when they re-did the tire. They also overcharge for everything and I am never bringing my car here again. I also got an alignment done when I got my new tires and 2 weeks later I had to get another alignment because they didnt do that properly either. Not only do they overcharge for their services, but they do a terrible job and rush to get it done.
Very bad experience with Firestone here. Every time they just told me to change parts and quoted me several hundred to thousand dollars. I complained on Firestone website twice, and they promised to get back to me within 48h, never happened. My 2003 corolla is about 110K now and I drive about 10K/year, is it reasonable to spend several thousand dollars to repair it every year? I am done with Firestone.
Do not go here. Every.single.time. I took my vehicle here wanting a simple oil change, they quote me $500 to fix this or fix that. Theyre very pushy with the sales tactics. I now go somewhere else where I can get an oil change and inspection without being upsold things I dont need. Ive spent thousands of dollars at Firestone since 2010 and Ive finally seen the light. They want more money. Every time.
I used to be a faithful Firestone customer until one of the managers left and the store went down hill. There were always things they said needed to be repaired or replaced. The last time I was there the person cashing me out said that Firestone had the cheapest price for the oil change my car requires. I told him that the Honda dealership I bought the car from beat them by quite a bit and he told me there was no way I knew what I was talking about. So now I go the extra distance to Scotia AND save money. Firestone isnt worth the convince anymore.
Poor service. They sell tires that some people used already
Walked in, waited 15 minutes and walked out. Two people in waiting area, no one came out to wait on me.
Had a noon appointment that was supposed to take 30-45 minutes, showed up an hour later to pick my car up and they hadnt even started. No phone call about the delay. When I asked about the issue I was told were busy sorry bud.
Stay away!
Was really sketched out about trying this location because of the reviews but decided to go there anyways out of convenience. Needed 2 snow tires and an oil change.the 2nd I walked in I was greeted (not expecting that) which I love. My appointment was at 2pm, my boys and I walked next door to grab a bite to waste some time. At 2:48 my car was done! I was blown away. Like there is no way my car is done and done right! The guy (forget his name) was super nice. Being a woman I thought they would try to up sell me and tell me I needed this done and that, but was pleasantly surprised. I will definitely be back for future maintenance! Thanks guys
Oil changed in 40 minutes!
Won t go back to this store ever again. Went in for new tires and the mechanic over torqued all my wheels to 200 ft lbs when the wheels only should have been torqued to 90 ft lbs. My vehicle could have been ruined but thankfully I have a mechanic that I can go to for this kind of thing. If you ever need to know the torque specs of anything on your vehicle, the information is right in the book that comes along with the vehicle. Buy tires somewhere else and don t go go there. Take your tires to your local mechanic and have them install the tires and wheels on your vehicle. Firestone really needs to train their mechanics on a lot of mechanical issues and stop worrying about how many tire sales you can make in a day. If your mechanics really know what they re doing with their job, you would get a lot more business. Knowledge and honesty go a long way in this world and you wouldn t get such bad reviews.
They have a vending machine with lots of great drinks. And they show property brothers on t.v
This began with an unannounced breakdown on a Saturday night around 9pm. My battery light came on, then loss of power steering. Realizing something was wrong I quickly found an empty parking lot to pull into. Opened the hood and saw a misplaced serpentine belt and a tensioner pulley laying beside it. Called roadside service, prompt tow, first choice was a Honda dealer. Roadside said they could not drop at a dealer unannounced so I opted for this location. Once there I looked again under the hood to better analyze the full problem. I found the tensioner mounting bolt had been sheered flush with the housing. I was now concerned with whether this shop had the expertise to deal with an embedded bolt. Luckily they were open Sunday, one of the few shops that are. I called first thing to alert Romain to my situation. Despite having no appointment they took it in immediately and started the lengthy ordeal of removing the bolt which wasnt easy to get to. I must admit I had apprehensions all along the way and asked many questions on how they would do it and did they have the expertise. I was able to pickup my car later that afternoon with no further issues or concerns. Kudos to the shop fitting me in with an extensive problem I had! So far, so good, drove home (50+ miles) with no issues. The followup - 3 weeks to the day after this repair the bolt broke again. Did not choose to trust them with any warranty work. I took it to my mechanic and he did it in half the time. They may be able to do a more complex job but it may not be done right.
Can t service Tesla. Expected me to bring my own jack pads. Ridiculous. Should I bring my own wrench and screwdrivers for you guys, too?
Doesn t even deserve one star... I was in from out of town due to a funeral and the night before I had to leave I got a flat tire and I pulled into this store and the guy was very rude and after I explained my situation he said I can t help you last minute... so I asked about possibly using the air thing just to fill the tire so I could drive to some other place and he very rudely said no and shut the door... thank god I made it to BJs in Rotterdam where they stayed open late to help fix it... maybe you guys should take notes from them because under no circumstances should you treat a customer so badly...
Awesome staff and decent prices. They dont try to beat you over the head.
If I could give negative I would. I stopped in for the free tire rotation for purchasing from them on a Subaru with 22k miles. Up on the lift it went. Manager came out and said I needed a bunch of things done. Several hundred dollars, alignment, brakes, differential service. Funny, as I just came from dealership where a multi point inspection, NYS inspection and alignment was done. Car is fine. He threw the shop order across the service area. Rotation done, car zoomed up straight in front of store and tech locked up steering so tight that I had to use all body weight to unlock ignition. DONT GO THERE unless you like horrible expensive service you dont need. Oh, they tore my wifes new wiper blades so it wouldnt pass. Had to buy theirs to get inspection. They suck!!!!
Were traveling to Lake George from Philly and our tire was losing pressure and ended up here. Everyone was professional and very helpful. They trouble shooted the issue and fixed it up at a reasonable price. They had us on our way quickly. Thanks so much for helping us get to the lake.
They go way above and beyond to help you! Thank you so much for all your help! I would give them 100 stars if I could!
The staff always treats me with respect and gives me great advice. They have taken care of my car for 16 years. They are the best.
Do not go to this location. They take advantage of their customers. They convinced me to do work that did not need to be done many times. Have contacted corporate. Thankfully I went to a location in Rochester where they looked at my past records when o was co fused that my brakes were brought up again. Guys there uncovered what was going on and were furious they did this. I dont know much about cars and the Wolf Rd. Location took complete advantage of me. Never returning to this location again
You got to watch these shops, I go in for air in a tire and it takes 2 techs and Jacks under car . Unreal I just told them to pull my car out seems like they had plans to do something else, it did not feel right. And then they try to upsell you to get something else. Anytime you go to the places go with your gut if it does not feel right, thats what it is. Never again with Firestone on wolf rd and the manager was rude as hell, told me I can go across the street. Great customer service, and a mouth on him.
Absolutely the most unprofessional car repair shop ive ever beeb to. Do not go here. They inflate your bill and dont tell you what it is prior to do the work. STAY AWAY
Great people, quick service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Three weeks after my car was fully inspected by another auto repair shop, my son stopped by Firestone on Wolf Road to get wiper blades replaced. As a young adult, he unfortunately trusts people when he should not. The salesman told him that he was unlikely to make it home unless he had $1600 worth of work done. As an added bonus, he sold him a credit card. For weeks, we tried to reach Firestone and they were non-responsive or called and gave numbers where they could not be reached. Once I finally spoke with a low level manager, he was rude and cavalier and just said he signed for it over and over again. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. BUYER BEWARE --this place is devoid of any ethical business practices and they are clearly used to this kind of complaint. There are plenty of ethical shops around. This is not one of them.
Updating my review here, originally had this at 4 stars as of 2015: Try to avoid this place for various reasons. 1. Pushy sales tactics, they will be trying to sell you a tune up or an alignment even though you dont really need it. If you walk in this place make sure you know what you want and get only that. 2. Obviously I have no way of proving this here but I was called during a service appointment saying my wipers were ripped and they needed to be replaced. I had used them just a few days prior and they were fine so if I wouldnt know better Id say they ripped it on purpose. It was a rather large rip that I would have noticed in my line of sight (ended up replacing those myself). 3. These guys are mainly part changers, not mechanics. You need something welded back on? This isnt the place to go. 4. Pushy payment requests . One time, (Sunday) I was called that my car was ready. I wasnt able to pick it up until Monday in the AM so I was asked to pay the cost over phone. I was told that workers couldnt be paid unless I paid (right away instead of picking up). I think it was rather that the guy on the phone would have gotten the commission on the job. 5. If you ever go here to get a job re-done because it wasnt done correctly, youll be charged again. They will tell you there was another issue causing the problem now (and charge you for that). Its a rip off. This past December was the last time I was there after I was leaking oil and put in over $1500 in repairs, that didnt fix the engine, because after going to an actual mechanic focused on engines, showing me that the engine wasnt fixable. 6. LASTLY and the worst is the fact that they change the prices from their preliminary estimates for labor and parts (which BTW says that these costs are fixed for 30 days) in comparison to the final statement. Please, if you go here, make sure you check your statement! Overall, I encourage you to stay away. You need a better recommendation? Try TACS for service repairs in Delmar or Capitol Mechanics for specialized stuff. You wont regret it. Just stay away!
I had low tire pressure and one tire that had a nail in it they took me right in, filled all of my good tires and replaced the bad one. I was happy with the cost and how quickly they performed the work. Highly recommend for tires and routine auto maintenance.
