The bald guy is so rude, and I really don t care how I m calling him out because the customer service was just horrible. We literally got there 30 min before they closed, all just to patch a tire and dude literally ran to the door and locked it on my husband before he could even go in. Like you guys don t close yet. But whatever I ll take my money and business elsewhere

Came in to change my tires and were told there is no cheaper alternative to the stock tires (which I find hard to believe). Tried to upsell me to unrelated services. Tires keep going on low pressure every week even after pumping air, keep in mind they are new tires changed by Goodyear.

The staff did a great job with changing all fluids and installing the new tires.

Had a scheduled appointment for 4 tires . Purposefully book the first appointment of the day thinking it would be quicker. 4 and a half hours later, 2 upsells for additional crap and I finally got my car back. Staff checked on me, maybe once during that time, I had to initiate update information. Definitely booking elsewhere next time. Update They messed up the alignment and these tires already need to be replaced. And also need to have alignment adjusted

Made an appointment for an oil change which was on sale for $24.99. Also had the state inspection done. Never ever have I failed an inspection for windshield wipers but it happened now. They were charging $59 for them!!!! Under protest they took $20 off that price. So to make up for the sale they make up the money elsewhere. Plus $25 to replace a brake light. STAY AWAY!! Another issue was told that I need an air filter and I said we d take care of it. We bought a new one. Hubby took off the filter and it was like new. Not a speck on it. ANOTHER sham!! Can t make this up!! So disgusted by a known company. Who can you trust then?!?

Before I came here, my car front is vaporizing. It scared the hell out of me. I bring the car here for a checkin, then I started to look at google review, it seems terrifying for the reviews, but turns out they fixed my car in an hour and charge only $102.6 so that I am able to go on my road trip on time. What else can you possibly ask for a auto shop service.

The Wolf Road Goodyear did my rear brake pads, rotors, fluid, an alignment, and were supposed to do a tire rotation but never did after charging me over $975. I know they didn t so my rotation because I checked the PSI before and after and it was the same tires with the same low pressure(was hoping they would notice/fill them too). When I called to politely tell them about this and see what could be done, they told me to hold and instantly hung up on me. That is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. I plan to go back in person to give them a piece of my mind. I ve also been telling everyone who will listen about it and I work in a very large office building nearby. TLDR: I paid for a tire rotation and did not get it!

Went to get my tire replaced .I have the highway roadside warranty with comes with a free repair or replacement if they cant fix it including balacing and mounting. the gm tried charging me the fee. When I spoke up he said it was policy. I checked my contract and the website..its supposed to be free...Heads up if u go here and have a tire warranty

I made an oil change appointment online I walk in and they say that there s no estimation for how long it d take and I d be better off rescheduling for a different day. I understand that understaffing is an issue but I drove 20+ minutes to be told that they can t perform the service. At least a call would ve stopped me from driving there.

Run from this DisHonest place. Called and asked if I can bring my car for an inspection. The guy over the phone told me Come on over we will do quick inspection. After waiting 2 and half hours waiting, came back and gave me a long list: You need change your tires, windshield etc. Otherwise will not pass inspection?! My tires and windshields are 1 years old!! I took my car to a different place and it PASS the inspection!!! Don t try to sell YOUR Tires just because you want to make money out of it!!!! You are Dishonest!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!! Charged me $21 for inspection!!! Refund me my money!!! Waisted my time & money

I have totally lost my respect and trust for franchise repair shops, Per my recommendation do your research before taking your vehicle to any shop for servicing. My last of 3 visit to Goodyear on wolf rd. Albany NY, the first 2 excellent, the last one, total disappointment, even after escalating my complaints to district manager (my complaints have been documented on their end) my complaints have fallen on deaf ears. Three to four weeks in and still waiting to hear back whether by phone or email, guess what crickets... I dont care to deal with this matter any longer. After a number of phone calls, let it be known, YOUR COMPLAINTS DO NOT MATTER, and please, do not fall victim to fake PR we pretent to care about responses. Their responses are only to protect the reputation of the business.They have no problem taking your money but if they short change you, and fail to hold up their end of the deal, do not be surprised. This is not a fake post, nor a disgruntled customer, I was lied to about service I paid for, I simple went youtube to see how difficult the repair was, and guess what it wasnt they just did not want to do the job. Had tires replaced at their recommadation. Less than 50 miles later had a tire sensor issue and knocking sound. Took it to a dealership next and they found the Wheel sensor they installed on the new tire was shaved down to make it fit. The knocking sound was caused by the fact all lugnuts were hand tight and the wheel was wobbling when I drove. Wobbling tire knocked the shaved tire sensor off. Customer service at the time was great, but their work results almost caused a accident. Mistakes can happen but the fact all 4 tires had loose lugnuts shows a lack of quality in work.

Brought my vehicle in for an oil change. I got my car without a new reminder sticker or the maintenance reset. I checked my oil when I got home and it was clearly not changed. When I called I was assured that the oil change service was completed and could return to have it checked. When the vehicle was brought back the next day, it was found that the oil filter was not replaced and that there was in fact no oil change done. I received a refund but refused further service because of the distrust. I do not want anything from this business but only want others to be aware.

I ve been to this location regularly since 2020 and have been really pleased with the service every time. The manager helped me with a complicated bill where my warranty, rebate, and discount needed to all be applied, and I really appreciated the time she took to make sure charges were done correctly and I saved the most money!

Best place to go to get you right in..ever since I found out about these guys I don t take my vehicle anywhere else..great atmosphere and great people!!!

These guys are liars. I went for Goodyear tires rotation and leak problem, and they told me after 4 hours that its done and they did not find any leak. When the reality was that these ****** didnt even do anything. The low pressure light came back and when I checked it was in the same location which was supposed to rotated. There is no honesty in these type of people.

I was told that I needed a larger size for 4 tires on my Subaru than was shown on the website, for additional cost. They charged for and didnt perform an alignment. No money back, but offered an alignment in the future. Seemed more concerned with signing me up for their credit card than the service.

Had an appointment scheduled for 11:30 am got there 15 minutes early was told tired won t be there till 1pm so go back at 1 and tires just got there now it s a two hour wait call corporate and they said do t buy the tires then and hung up everyone at Goodyear was nice corporate not at all I ll go elsewhere for now on

Horrible service. I made an appointment on Monday Oct 30. They had appointments on Wednesday November 1st for 9 am and many available after. I brought tires in only need two tires put on. At 12 I checked and they promised done by 2. They didnt even look at it at 1:30. They were rude and no manager in sight. What a joke. So I have to go elsewhere and I waisted the entire day. I will never go back there. They blamed it on everyone dropping there cars off. I had a scheduled appointment.

Had a leak in one of my tires, Kenan got us in quickly and was super kind and extremely professional. It was a quick visit, but efficient and enjoyable as Kenan and his coworkers were very pleasant and knowledgeable in what needs to be done. Horrible service and very rude staff. I purchased tires through a program at my work, and they told me they were in stock. I made an appointment for the tires to be placed on my truck after work, and the following morning I noticed they put the wrong tires on. I called up and spoke to some kid who gave me the typical attitude of speaking to a female, because apparently I don t know the difference in the tires. I have a 2500 hd duramax that requires LT tires, and they did not put LT tires on my truck. So after I basically told this kid off on the phone that I am not an idiot, and the tires on my truck are incorrect. I was placed on hold for about 15 minutes, and then he came back on the phone and said there seems to be some kind of mix up .. I literally was like seriously I have been trying to tell you this for the last 15 minutes. Than he said the tires needed for your truck are on back order we will call you when they come in. They called me a week later and told me the tires were in . I asked for a day to bring it in and time after work.. I was told I needed to pick a time that works better for them and me . So I have made several attempts to schedule appts, however nothing works for there schedule. I asked the other day for me to pick up the tires, and have my boyfriend who is a mechanic mount and balance them. The service team member on the phone stated to me I would need to leave the other ones . I simply said to him, how they are on my truck your service staff put them there . He said well ma ma that s not my problem to figure out . So I than said to him well you can pay for my fuel to drive to your location at 4.29 a gallon for diesel round trip from my home. This is about a 100 miles round trip, and then I advised them they can also refund me the price I paid to have them mount and balance the incorrect tires. I was advised by a sales associate that it can be one or another. I hope they realize that this is cheaper than a lawsuit when my truck gets into an accident due to there negligence of putting on the incorrect tires . So as of today my truck has the wrong tires on and they do not want to work with me on fixing THIER mistake not mine .. I also asked to speak with the general manager, and I was informed that he or she does not speak to the customers. I have given this information to my employer and they are sending the information up the chain to have this service station removed from the approved installation center. I am so disappointed and upset with this entire situation and the horrible customer service. If I could leave negative stars I would 100%.

Incompetent is the first word i would use to describe this place. If i could give zero stars or negative I would. I have been coming here since 2020 but the last two years they have consistently gotten worse. There is no consistency in the staff they can t keep anyone working here for more than a month or two. The new staff is no better than the last They will flat out lie to you about service and how long things take. Its is impossible to plan or keep a schedule with them. No point in having an appointment. Five and a half hours for an alignement and oil change is so ridiculous. The quoted me an hour and a half. Seems like they just lied so I would give them my business. Also tried not to honor the tire care package I purchased. They Then claimed I never bought the tires. Never apologize when shown to be wrong. Waiting room is shabby and half the staff is incompetent and lack knowledge or basic customer service skills. Always trying to get out of giving my Military discount which is part of the company s policy. Extremely unprofessional staff. Its sad how bad they have gotten. they really used to do a good job here. Some Front desk staff is very nice and try their best but This place is trash. Won t be back I d rather take the classes and do my own work at this point. Just got done after almost 6 hours an entire day wasted. They also refuse to give me my old parts back. Second time this has happened. Even though I tell them I want them back before they started the work. Don t they belong to me? isn t that technically stealing? What the hell feel like i have been grifted. Terrible all around business acumen.

Had a recent slow leak on my tire. Goodyear on Wolf rd brought my car right in, diagnosed the issue, fixed it and sent me on my way very quickly. The technician and front desk staff were super helpful! I highly recommend you purchase Road Hazard insurance on your tires! Thanks again Goodyear!!

They always meets my expectations in terms of cost and service. Coming here I know I will not be taking for a ride as has been my experience with other auto shops. Edit: This is the first time bringing my vehicle in for repair that it drives and sounds worse then when I brought it in even though it was kept in the shop for almost 2 weeks. This will be my last time doing business with this shop. Since this last post, Goodyear reached out and worked with me to correct the issue. I am very pleased with their prompt response and now my vehicle drives the way I would expect. Thank you for holding up to your reputation!

I had been going to Subaru dealership Central Ave. Colonie NY to get service done my 13 outback for so long and one day I got a flat at the whole foods across the street from goodyear wolf rd. goodyear fixed my flat on the spot $20. Receiving and honest people that hold the forte and very good mechanics! I went back second shot for lube oil filter and they even fixed my oil lamp indicator light. Third shot went for NY state inspection via appt. for my 17 Toyota camry and I plan on hitting them again for lube oil filter when its due. Never had any issues so far.

I really enjoy the reliability of this this location. They are open about the time it may take for services. There is a nice area to wait and lots of things around the area to do if you want to walk around instead. They are decent in their pricing and do not push you into packages or more service. I have brought three different cars here and they have won my loyalty with their service and professionalism.

Ive used these folks a few times now, (tires, inspection, oil change, brakes) this time I had my oil changed. The service was completed on time and was very affordable. Online scheduling made getting an appointment super simple.

Went in for state inspection. They had to fix some issues (mainly the tires) before passing my car. They showed me exactly what was wrong and never once tried selling me something I didnt need. This place has great, helpful staff, and if my car needs anything else while Im in Albany I will definitely be going back.

Traveling through the area and ended up with a flat tire. The staff at Goodyear were friendly and extremely accommodating. We called at 2 PM and they were very busy and understaffed and they still squeezed us in so we could get back on the road. Several other places that we called turned us away.Would totally recommend them. Thank you so much.

I was returning home to the Buffalo area following attending a funeral in Boston on Sunday. We stayed overnight on Wolf Road and when returning to the hotel after dinner I drove over a concrete parking curb and damaged some plastic covering on the underside of the car. When we noticed the piece hanging down in the morning we went to the Goodyear auto repair center. They were able to squeeze us in quickly and apply a few clips so we could get back on the road home. After blowing out two tires on the 87, I had my car towed to this Goodyear, because it was conveniently next to my work. These guys went above and beyond! Im talking all the info Id ever need, good financial advice, and good, friendly service. Cant thank you all enough! Hard to find places that can work on lowered cars, too!

Always choose them for tires, and if you use the goodyear credit card you get 6 months to pay off the tires/service bill with no interest.

Wow my girlfriend and I last night got a flat tire and went to the goodyear website this morning and ordered 4 brand new tires instantly. As soon as we ordered them, we got a confirmation email saying they are able to replace all the tires the same day! I am definitely coming back here for all my car needs! 5/5

Terrible, bizarre experience at this shop. In November of 2020 I brought my Ioniq Plug-in to check my driver side tire air leak. While there, I also added an oil change. They had the car for an hour and a half, could not locate a leak, however, did an oil change. Fast forward to May 2021, I noticed oil drops on my driveway. When I removed the filter cover, I saw the obvious problem. They did not remove the factory Hyundai oil filter, completely mutilated it, but left it in place without telling me. When I contacted Good Year manager on Monday morning, he wasnt very receptive, however, agreed to see the car on Friday that week. I explained that oil flow was increasing by the day, especially while driving and he agreed to get me in on Tuesday 8 AM. When I arrived, I parked the car in front of an empty bay door. The manager came out and rudely told me to move the car. I attempted to explain that Im not trying to start any trouble and I am the person that called yesterday, however, he rudely interrupted me and said that even if I start trouble, he will get me arrested by sheriff deputies that were servicing their cars later that day. This was all very odd, explained only by a little man having a power trip, however, he later agreed to swap the filter and top off the oil without even saying as much as a sorry. Of course, they did not wipe off the excess oil after the new filter was put on, so I had to clean it up myself. I am still trying to absorb the whole experience, trying to determine if I was at fault somehow. I dont change oil often, since I drive very little and 99% are EV miles. Was it my fault that the filter canister rusted through 6 months later and started to drip now? Would experience be any different if it started to drip 1 month later? In any case, I dont understand how a national chain can employ individuals like this, from top to bottom. What other shortcuts do they find acceptable when servicing their costumers vehicles?

Always receive wonderful service at Goodyear on Wolf Rd, Colonie NY. They inform me of what needs to be done, the amount of time it will take and the cost. Usually the time and cost is less than quoted. A customer for over 20 years.

I took my moms car to Goodyear on wolf road for an alignment. Rob was able to get me in the same day with only 30mins of wait time. He was very kind and informative. The service check was done in 1hr as promised. The technician that performed the service did a great job and the car is now running 100% better. 10/10 would recommend this service shop!

Crooks. Took it in for an inspection, Told me I needed two front tires and quoted me $1300 including all the discounts. The existing tires were basically new. 100 thousand miles tires I had purchased like a year ago and still under warranty. So I said no thanks. They pressured me saying that the car has failed inspection and they will have to take the sticker off. Took the car to my local garage the next day and they passed it. They said you don[t need tires. Your tires are fine. I said I know, they were just trying to pressure me into buying tires. Advised me what this garage did was illegal and that I should report them to the highway safety dept. At any rate even if I had needed new tires, the price they quoted me was ridiculous. I can get four high quality tires mounted for the price they were quoting me for two! If I could give less than one star I would. Be cautious if you have to use this garage. Ridiculous. They should be ashamed of themselves. And refund the $21 they still charged me for the inspection.

Got the job done right and on time. Stayed open an extra hour to get my tires on. 100% will support them again.

This morning, driving down the Northway, I would have never expected that my windshield wipers would stop working during this morning s heavy rainstorm. As a result, my travels took a detour to Goodyear and was greeted by Rob Morris. My encounter with Rob was very positive and he made me feel welcome the entire time. He was thorough when explained the time frame to complete the repair and was discreet when reviewing the charges with me in the waiting room area. The morning seemed busy to me (every seat was occupied) and there was a steady stream of people getting their car serviced. I was impressed that Rob knew several (repeat) customers by name and engaged them in conversation while keeping his composure in managing the flow of traffic. Later in the afternoon, I picked up my vehicle and Rob greeted me in the same friendly manner and remembered my name. You could tell Rob enjoys what he does and I wanted to share the impact he had on me today.

Got a flat on my way home from vacation and Dom and his team went out of their way to take care of me. Luckily I just needed a plug which Alex completed quickly and professionally. Best of all they didn t even charge me since it was my birthday. I highly recommend this place. They truly care about there customers.

I had a great experience at this location. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a sensor replaced and he was able to take care of it right away. I am traveling out of town and he was understanding and friendly. I highly recommend!

Good Year on Wolf Road in Colonie was able to fit me in for some maintenance on my car without an appointment. Rob, the Store Manager was very accommodating and provided great customer service. I am also a big fan of the 3 year alignment plan that they have. Unlimited alignments on your vehicle for 3 years. It pays for itself after the second alignment. Great job, Goodyear Team in Colonie!!

Ive been going here on and off for several years now. The last manager I dealt with, Rob was fantastic. This time I dealt had an an employee that was absolutely awful. He was rude, unhelpful, and uncooperative. We brought my wifes car in for an inspection. The employee called us and informed us of a bunch of work that needed to be done. I agreed to it because I have always trusted them in the past. The total was about $1400 dollars. To be fair, he did give us discounts were he could and we had AAA. We got the car home and she realized that the inspection sticker had not been changed. I called and the employee acted very rudely and asked that the car be brought back. It turns out that the inspection had failed (actually they hadnt done the inspection but we were charged for it) and he informed my wife, it is our responsibility to read the paper work. Now, I agree with him on that HOWEVER, how much effort would it have taken him to tell us that when we were checking out? Seriously, the whole reason we brought the car there was for the inspection and you cant take the time and tell us it failed? Further, when I read the page stating it failed it didnt explain what we were supposed to do to fix it. He didnt even TRY to explain or be helpful at all, it was all our fault for not reading the paper work. Update to post - 10/29/21 - Was contacted by Rob and I believe we were able to come to an acceptable resolution. I am very grateful for his follow up and professional approach to my issue. Update to post - 10/30/21 - both cars have been inspected and Goodyear did a great job getting us in and out quickly and explaining everything. Thank you, Rob and Dave for being so professional, kind, and understanding.

Oil Change and alignment today. Rob and the rest of the staff are always friendly. They spend the time talking with you about various options and then the car is ready when they say it is. Another good experience.

I can only rate them in comparison to one other competitor, nearby,, that has had my business for over 20 years. I had spent 500+ with that competitor, and the repairs did not solve the problem. I eventually went to Goodyear, spent the same amount, and everything and more was fixed. For that I give them four stars. The additional star is because they did all these repairs same day on the Wed before Thanksgiving

This was my first pair of Goodyear tires ever, i went with the goodyear eagle exhilarates for my 2010 VW Jetta SEL 2.5, after doing many reviews i felt like this was the best option for the driving i do. high performance all seasons. dropped off the car at 10:00am on new years day met the manager Rob he was very informative on the tires and packages they offer. two hours later the tires were on rotated and aligned what more could you ask for? drove the car around town for a bit tires felt great awesome grip and feel. thank you to Rob and the guys working their for the quick service on the car. 5/5 stars!

Our car broke down on our way home to Connecticut and we had it towed to this Goodyear shop. The employees were professional, courteous, helpful, and worked very hard to get us on our way before they closed that day. If we lived here, we would definitely return for service and repairs. Great (clean) facility and staff. Brought in vehicle for brakes and was very satisfied with service. A slight delay in getting parts needed but Rob M. kept me informed and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Needed 4 new high end tires for my truck. Spent a bit of time shopping around. Their prices were within a couple of dollars of all their competitors. I decided on Goodyear because their installation fees were substatally less then their competitors I also based my decision on the way I was treated and spoken to on the phone. Rob at the counter was polite ,well spoken and very professional.

I had to travel over 100 miles but knew my tires were not good enough to make it safely. I contacted Goodyear to get tires put on my car and expressed I had to be on the road in a few short hours. They took my car in and replaced the tires rather quickly and I was on my way. From the great customer service to the wonderfully quick service, Goodyear will be my go to place for anything needed for my car.

Good experience. Rob is a pretty smart guy knows how to do business. My goodyear tires wore out prematurely. The tires had a mileage warranty of 65,000 miles but i had only done about 35,000. Rob made the effort to call corporate and get me a refund for the remaining miles the tire promises. I was offered a refund of about $64 per tire and the same tires now cost around $130 per tire. Used the refund to buy a set of 4 good year max life tires which i hope would last longer as the tire has a mileage warranty of 85kmiles. But guess what, if it doesn t do 85k as promised i know who to contact. Very satisfied with good year s warranty and Rob s service.

I don t understand car owners in the Albany area that would use anyone but Dom + Rob + their team. Super professional, looking out for YOU best interest, and not just trying to get another $ out of you.

Because of covid I was very hesitant to wait for my car during a new tire installation. My salesman assured me when I called for an appointment that appts. would be spaced to a assure their would be no crowding in the waiting room and all precautions were being taken. My salesman kept me informed of the progress and the crew had me out in under 2hrs . A great experience.

I had an issue with the front drivers side tire...lots of noise and loose lug nuts. I took it to Good Year and waited to get the call. It came at 2:30. My car was ready. I took the bus from my job on Wolf Road, walked in, Dom, who was my service person, passed me the paperwork and said, No charge. WOW!!! This has never happened to me! They fixed the problem caused by some other mechanic and didnt charge me. I will be back for all future maintenance on my car. They had me at No Charge. Check out Good Year Wolf Road!!!!

I had to get 4 new tires, an oil change, and an inspection. Rob took care of me when i initially came in. Not only was he courteous, he took the time to explain all the charges. He is also very humorous which was refreshing! When i cane back to pick up my car Dom helped me and was just as professional. They both have excellent customer service! I will definitely come here again.

Called yesterday. Got me in to a scheduled service for today. Everything handled professionally and quickly and on time. Waiting room very clean.

I brought my car in to have all four tires replaced (they were worn out and I have an all-wheel drive, so they had to be replaced together). The staff was great at helping me select a tire that met my requirements (all season with optimal traction in snow/ice) within my budget. I have had these tires for a couple of months now and they have performed great! The work was completed in good time and the staff regularly communicated with me about the status and ETA for the replacement. They pointed out other repairs that would be needed soon, did not pressure me to let them do the repair immediately, and provided a detailed estimate in writing of how much it would cost to get the additional repairs done later. Overall, excellent service and knowledgeable helpful staff. I would definitely recommend this location to others!

Ive been coming to this shop for over a year, and every experience with them is better than the last. My old Toyota has seen a lot of wear and tear, and they keep it running for me, at a reasonable price. The service is nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff is polite and thorough. They explain the repair job and break down the costs and are honest and consistent about the time to complete the work, as well as the cost quote.

Went in for a simple inspection. Was told that I had to have major brake work in order to pass, amounting to something over 600 bucks, but they would cut me a deal so it would only cost 540. That same day, drove to Monro over on Central and they passed me and said that the brakes might need changing in a few months, but everything passed. Screw this place.

Fast! I work nearby and drop off my car for oil changes and walk back to work. As long as you tell them what time you need the car back they are always prompt and have it back before I have to leave to go home, often its done at lunch time! Thanks! Goodyear!

Asked to have auto inpected. Was quoted an amount i believed was excessive and so i declined prescribed repairs. Inspection report listed another name as customer and did not list stated reasons auto failed inspection. Inspected car later elsewhere and was quoted a mucher lessor amount of work needed to pass inspection.

Goodyear is by far absolutely the best auto service in Albany area!!! They are the most professional the most courteous and most competitive in terms of pricing! Also unlike other auto-services in the area they have such a nice customers corner where you can seat comfortable enjoying complimentary coffee while your car is taken care of. Very reliable company. I strongly recommend going to Goodyear on Wolf street first if you are looking for car services.

I have to say that this visit to Goodyear was better than my last. My car was worked on and returned to me when promised. They even put a sticker on my windshield to let me know when its due back (unfortunately, this was in my field of vision, but it was there). Also, nothing else was discovered wrong with my car, so there were no additional services performed besides the oil change and tire rotation. I mostly go to this place because its within walking distance of my office but this visit gave me no reservations about coming back.

They were there when I needed them in a pinch and got me back on the road faster then anyone around! Excellent service! I blew out a tire first thing in the morning. I called around to several places and the soonest anyone could even start to help me was later in the afternoon. When I walked into this location I was greeted right away and after gathering information about my car and what I needed, they started working right away. My tire size was not available at the shop but they placed the order and had them delivered in an hour and started putting them on my car as soon as they got there. I was back on the road in 2.5 hours after replacing the tires and aligning all 4 wheels. I was informed every step of the way and really appreciated how quick and efficiently I was taken care of. They saved the day and would recommend them to everyone. They provide A+ service!

I had the worst experience here today. The front desk assistant, Omar, was very disrespectful to me. I went in to get a tire replacement and was informed to bring it in early morning and that I would receive my car later in the day. I was recently called that my car will not be done until tomorrow. The guy on the phone was very rude and was not accommodating to my needs. To my knowledge, a simple tire replacement does not take an entire day to get fixed. I was treated very badly at the Goodyear shop. I do not recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a quick fix as they will end up taking a whole day and expect you to come the following day for your car.

At closing time they let us in and helped us with a big problem. Very reliable and kind, they didn t hesitate to help. We can t believe there are people left in the world like this and we are so grateful we got home safe. We needed them and they were there.

I made an appt online dec 18,2019 for tire replacement on dec. 20, 2019. i received a confirmation email for my appt. Dec 19. Went in the shop today and was told theres no stock of my tires i ordered. manager blamed the website and me they said i should have called to check if the tires are in stock.no apology given. website sucks as well as the staff. will never go to that shop again.

12/20/19 had a 1 pm appointment for my Heater to get fixed because I m freezing. I got there and the man at the desk Omar said with all that s going on there and knowing I was waiting told me the car will be brought into the garage that I ll have to wait 3-4 hours and that s with an appointment. Knowing our single digits outside I told him he just lost a client and I left still freezing. He wasn t pleasant. Not a happy person at all.i would have argued with him but I was on my way to a funeral home to make arrangements for my brother that passed just 12 hours prior.

Went in for an inspection was in and out in a reasonable time didnt wait too long even tho it was a little busy. The young man at the front desk I believe his name was Omar was very nice and polite told me an estimate time which my car would get done and it was. I ve been here few times never having a problem, but last week I brought my car in for check engine light, it was fixed until yesterday the check engine light shown again, I was a bit frustrated but the store manager Rob reaches out to me shown great attitude and patience. Wow, they fixed my flat tire for free! I had a nail and didnt even know it... Stopped in for air and was told if one tire was that low, something was in it. They were correct. They fixed it and when I asked how much I owed, their reply was they dont charge to fix flats! Refreshing

They don t even deserve one star... I was in town from South Carolina due to a funeral and the night before I had to leave to drive back home I got a flat tire and pulled into this place at 6pm which they close right at 6 and tried explaining my situation and the guy so rudely said we re closing so I can t help you. And I said well what about the air can I at least use the air thing to fill the tire so I can drive to a different place and he said no and slammed the door... so rude!
