Worst customer service! I don t know if the dude wanted to work or not but patching a tire isn t that hard and it does not take that long. My husband showed him where we needed it patched and he came up with an excuse that he couldn t patch it because the spot it was in, he told us we needed new tires and that he would charge us $32.50 to change EACH tire? I m literally coming from out of state and just needed a tire patched, and he really made me upset because since he told me he couldn t patch it, I went somewhere else and they PATCHED IT!!!! I think that guy just did not want to work. Bad Service

I dont know how here or their sister company get 5 star reviews. Must be to pull nails our of tires. If you go here or to Monroe on central in Albany you will get upsold. I came in with a groupon for an alignment. I doubt if they even have an alignment machine. Just doesnt appear to be very qualified. Anywayl; I ended up with 1100.00 in tires. Like it says Mr Tire. I needed an inspection so I was sent down to their sister shop Monroe on central Ave in Albany. I wasnt that disappointed in either until the Monroe tried to nail me for 1800.00 to fix my emergancy brake so called right. Luckily; they were satisfied with doing nothing for 300.00. I paid the extortion money and got my sticker. Thing is; whatever they did has knocked 3 mpg of from what I used to get. Also; when I got my receipt one of the recommended services that I should get later was for an alignment. Lol. Go to Warrens on Route 7 in Latham. More qualified; honest and sincere. These people just want money. Must work on commission. 1800 00 for an emergancy brake. Lol. Ill fix it myself. The parts are like 80 00. Just seems like this everywhere you go now. Lia in Schenectady tried to get me for 650.00 for a second KEY fob I needed as a backup. Im soooooo glad that i can do most of my own work. Thongs are getting bad out there. Go to Warren. Ive always been treated fairly at all Warren stores.

Pat and Shawn were incredible. I was in Albany on business with a blown tire. They got me squared away with four new ones and had me in and out in under an hour to get me back on the road to Rochester. GREAT service - I ll be sticking with their service!!!

Person at desk lied about how long it would take and hid in the back room and sent someone else out to see what I wanted and would not get off his phone when I was paying my bill! If he had been truthful in the beginning, I would have gotten a ride home instead of sitting there for two hours.

If I could give 0 I would. $140 to get tires swapped over to snows that are already mounted on rims. All that was required was a 1 for 1 swap of the wheels on the vehicle. The tires were already mounted and balanced on their own rims. What a rip off I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Do not go to this place. They will dent your car and then say they don t have cameras. They will deny everything !

I went to change my tire and they bent my drivers side door. There was yellow paint when the damage occurred and it directly matched the paint on their car jack. However they denied ever doing it. There isnt any cameras inside or outside of the tire shop. So for anyone who wants to try coming here be aware that they might damage your car and there won t be anything you can do about it since there are no cameras. Even calling the police ( which I did) won t do anything because there is no cameras to prove it. Now I have to either fix their damage myself or file an insurance claim. Lastly, The employees were very rude and I wouldn t trust them in fixing my car again and neither should you.

Went in because tire was losing air almost daily. They checked the tire, found problem then advised me tires were probably under warranty and I should go there first, noted the problem and sent me on my way no charge. Wow customer service at its best Ok second trip in 12/6/24, not the same service. new people, got my alignment anyway but asked about tires, no options just heres the price take it or leave it. So sad I really thought I could give them all my business.

Do NOT use the online website to book an inspection here. Showed up to my appointment and was told oh, we just got it and sorry, we don t have an inspector today . By the way the staff reacted, it seems to be a regular problem and clearly it is not being fixed. Save your time.

Two visits yielded poor attention to detail and potentially dangerous situations. Purchased new tires and they were very overinflated to 40 psi instead of the recommended 33 psi. Second visit was for a tire rotation. After getting my car back I noticed it driving oddly on the thruway. I checked the tires and noticed 3 lug nuts on my front left tire and one on my front right were very loose. This could have caused damage to my car or even worse a serious accident. On the plus side the staff was very polite and seemed honest.

Honest, reliable, and professional! The store manager and his team really saved us from an imminent accident. We came in to check our breaks and found out that not only did Mavis lie to us about our rear breaks being new (they were non existent) but also that the ty rod was at the brink of breaking. Im grateful for the team and their work ethics and definitely will recommend them to anyone that needs car repair services.

It was a couple of weeks ago and I was heading out of town and went to put air in my tire and broke the air steam. I went to every tire place and no established was willing to help me fix my tire intill I went to mister tire the guys where so friendly and took me right away when I explained my situation great service this will be the only place I bring my car to thank you

I had visited Me. Tire on Aug 31,2024 to set up New date for car inspection and the guy said you can bring car tomorrow Sunday 10am. I want next day and I was told there is no inspector today. I asked why I was given appointment, I missed my church service for this reason. I had appointment for Sept 4 for vehicle inspection but I had to change since there is funeral service one of our family friend. I called yesterday 9/2/24 and I was asked to bring car tomorrow 9/3/24 at 9am. I took short leave from job, brought car to Mr. Tire and I was told that there is no inspector. I asked him that I took short leave from my job for car inspection, he said well there is no inspector. My question was that you should have informed me that there will no inspector. He directed me that you can take car to do and so facility. I got mad on that that I what service you are providing. In short I was so upset with the behavior of that guy on 1394 central ave. The bottom line is this that I had taken two hours short leave for 8.30a-1030a for car inspection but I was greatly disappointed with the service and behavior when I visited exactly at 8.50am. Very disappointing service and behavior. Now tomorrow 9/4/24 I have to attend funeral of my family friend and that was the only good day for me to take my car for inspection. Very disappointing attitude from that guy at the desk. Now am at Monro services on central avenue and I don t think that they will get the job on time. I might have to cancel and go back to work. This is the only first chance that I got issue with Mr. Tire services and it made me annoyed. Never again will go to Mr. Tire for this service. I had received a reminder from Mr. tire for car insurance but they could stand on their commitment, very disappointing, very upsetting.

GREAT service. Tim stayed late to change out my flat tire. Totally saved me from losing my car for the night/following morning. Would definitely come back for any work needing to be done on my car.

Five stars! I cant say enough good things about the employees at Mr. Tire. I blew out a tire on the Northway and slowly made my way to their shop, arriving close to closing time and without an appointment. Charles, Paul, and Manny went above and beyond to help me. They took the time to explain my options and helped me make the safest decision for my car. They even priced tires with me and went the extra mile by driving to another location to get the tire I needed. They stayed open late just to ensure I was driving home safely. Thanks to their exceptional service and genuine care, this is where I will always be going for my tire needs. Thank you, Mr. Tire!

I have used Mr. Tire twice with great experiences with the manager Perry. On my second visit, the tires I needed where not available. Since one of my tires was unsafe to drive on, Perry drove to pick up the needed tires. I also found the prices and wait time to be reasonable during both visits.

I had a 4 wheel alignment done. Weeks later I had the vehicle at the dealer for recall work. They performed a multipoint safety check and noted the wheel alignment was off. I checked the alignment printout and it showed multiple parameters were out of spec. I returned to store and both counter person and manager agreed the alignment was not properly performed. I requested a refund but they stated they were unable to give me one. I contacted the corporate office (Munro) and they did not respond. Mr. Tire (Munro) failed to perform a service they were paid to perform. They agree they failed to perform the service BUT refused to provide a refund. DO NOT SUPPORT MR. TIRE!

This place ripped my CV axle on my Accord then try to blame another place that did my lower control arms two weeks prior when I would ve noticed I even had another place look at my car that following week and they didn t tell me anything looked over the whole entire car and I even looked at my car that same weekend and there was no grease. Take it to my shop to wash it after I get my two wheels balanced at this place and grease was all over the rear of my rim I didn t pay it too much attention, I to do my oil change this past weekend and notice a bunch of grease from my CV axle and instantly knew this place mess with my car so I don t recommend anybody getting anything done to their car at this place

Great and fast service

I recently had worked on at Mr. Tire- my exhaust system was replaced, including catalytic converter, exhaust pipe and muffler. I also had my summer tires put on and my headlamps replaced on the front. I worked with Perry and Tim in the front office to book the appointment and make the payment. And Jody did the mechanical work on the car. I was happy with all of their work and customer service. They were friendly, efficient and professional. I was also pleased with the price. I definitely recommend them!

It took a while for someone to greet me, I came in to get my tire looked at, I wasnt happy that it took an hour and a half for a simple tire fix.

Tried to charge me 484 for a pump that cost 200.. Tried to charge me over 1000 for a job that cost 500. Guy at front desk is a crook . Shouldnt be able to do business. I got the estimate still so please dont try to say it isnt so. Mr. Tire has been robbing the public...Monroe is in on the scam as well they tried to direct me there after giving me the estimate. Price a power steering pump for a 06 Toyota Avalon. 484 is what that tried to charge me. Plus 80 dollars a piece for 2 belts that came with the pump . I have the estimate if they dispute it

I always bring my car to Mr. Tire for maintenance, Ive been a long time customer. I was going out of town unexpectedly and called and asked to bring my car in for a once over. The gentleman was pleasant, on the phone and when I arrived at the garage. After his inspection he said thought everything looked good. I felt confident and trust worthy in his opinion, and grateful that he was honest not just looking for me to spend money. I value that.

This review is long overdue as my partner and I have been going here since we moved to the Albany area. Zack and Shiva have always been extremely helpful, honest, and quick to act. When her brakes failed and we nearly got into a serious accident we were panicking looking for a place to take her car in short notice. Without fail, the guys here took it, fixed it and we had it back within the day, no appointment needed. They notified is that there were a few other issues, which we ultimately decided not to get fixed and they didnt try to nickel and dime us at all. When my car starter died and I panicked because I had to work the next day so it had to be towed. They immediately took it in no questions asked, identified the problem in no time and fixed it all within a few hours, so I was able to make it to work no problem. Were both incredibly thankful to the Mr. Tire team and will definitely be coming back when the need arises!

I was late on inspection, and badly needed a tire for my truck, which I was already having trouble finding. After two shops calling at the last minute to reschedule, after schedualing both appointments ahead of time, I figured Id give mr tire a shot. Very happy it worked out like this. Zach, helped us find the tires offered to drive to pick up asap, showed me the tire in a different size, called to confirm once they arrived, and picked up my truck a hour or two later. Will be a repeat customer and referring.

Zach always come through in a pinch. Even without an appointment, they squeeze you in. Its the only place I use for my and my wifes repairs and maintenance. Highly recommended!

I purchased 4 Goodyear tires from Tire Rack that needed to be mounted. I selected Mr. Tire on Central Avenue out of convenience and Tire Rack recommended. Zachary the manager was honest and gave me a good price. They did a nice job on the mounting and alignment and went above and beyond with a few other things no charge. I will check their prices next time before going with Tire Rack. Highly recommend!

I had a minor accident and blew the side room of my tire straight out. I was excited to be able to find Mr tire, the manager and crew were all nice and very fast. They took great care of getting my tire repaired and getting me back on the road! I would definitely visit them again for my next tire service!!

Asked for an evaluation on a tire with an intermittent leak (holds for days, then goes flat in minutes) agreed that it sounds like a failed bead seat or valve stem. On inspection, the tire was clearly damaged on the sidewall (running under low pressure) Got me in for a same day tire replacement; not even one they had in stock. Was able to drop off my wheel, and pick it up a little more than three hours later. Prompt, courteous, friendly, and efficient. Ill be back, just hopefully not soon!

You know a car place is legitimate when they re playing 2 Fast 2 Furious in the waiting area. Friendly, fast and inexpensive service.

Whenever my tire light comes on these guys are my first stop. Whether it s been a patching a hole, letting me know about a bigger issues or just filling my tires, they are kind, quick, consistent and open to talking about what the issue is. A good spot with even better people who manage to find time even when short staffed. You won t lose going here for your issues!

Took 2 hours to do a routine oil change. Didnt tell me they didnt have an oil filter until I had been waiting for over an hour. Be up front about that stuff instead of making me wait. Thats a joke. Lost my business forever.

I brought my car in for a wheel alignment due to shaking at high speeds, but once it was looked at, I was informed I needed new front tires. The man that was working with me that day provided me with an invoice for the cost estimate so that when I brought it back in, I would not be charged more than he estimated. When I brought my car in again the following week to get new tires put on, Zachary worked with me. I brought my car in late for the appointment, but he was extremely nice about this and worked to have my car done within a few hours despite my being late. He also found a savings for me because my front tires were still under warranty. A lot of places will find things wrong in order to make the most money off people as possible. At Mr. Tire, I dont feel like this is the case whatsoever, and I believe everyone here is honest and I can trust them to do a good job for a fair price. I have already recommended this place to some friends and will continue to go to Mr. Tire for future tire needs.

I took my car there a few months back because I thought I had a flat. They checked it out that day, turns out there wasn t a leak. So they didn t have to do a repair. I brought my car back there today for a NYS and multipoint inspection, and a 5K service (oil change, tire rotation, etc.) When I went back to pick up my car, they told me that one of their technicians stopped working on my car in the middle of the oil change because a brand new Audi came in which I guess means that my car gets shoved to the side since I have a Subaru. When they left my car, they also left the headlights on, and completely drained the battery, and the car wouldn t start. Because of this, I was told that in order for the car to pass inspection after having a dead battery, one full drive cycle had to be completed before the monitors were recalibrated. They said a full drive cycle was 50-100 miles and that I usually tell people to drive to Lake George and back . Meaning to me that this has happened multiple times before. The technician insisted it had to be driven all in one shot, whereas the man at the front desk said it could accumulate with multiple drives. He also told me to get the monitors checked somewhere else because he didn t think the technician actually checked them . I asked them if they would reimburse me for the gas I was going to burn having to drive an extra 50-100 miles that I was not previously planning on doing. They laughed. I put 60 miles on the car, brought it back under two hours later, they took it right in and did the NYS inspection, and it thankfully passed as it is due by the end of December. I will not be returning there, because this kind of service, something that should ve been simple and done in an hour, was ridiculous and I was getting told different information by the two people I interacted with. And not once did either of them apologize for the inconvenience.

I will never come back here again. I had to change a headlight for a fix it ticket. I ve changed the headlight in this car several times on my own. It s usually a 5 minute project! For whatever reason, this time the light wouldn t come out. I didn t want to break it and I had to have the ticket signed by an inspector anyways, so I figured just let them do it. He comes back with an absurd price!!! I questioned him on it, and he told me, we have to take the bumper off. Flat out lie!!!! Thankfully they make it so simple on my Chevy Cruze!!!! Calling him out on it he immediately changed the price. Then when I asked if they had someone that could sign for my fix it ticket, he signed it, but wouldn t fill out the form! Ridiculously shady!!!!

Took my father-in-laws car here without an appointment for some front tires that seemed to be losing air in a regular basis. I thought the shop would likely tell me that the tires needed to be replaced but instead they found another local shop hadnt cleaned the beads properly. Cleaned them up and remounted them, and they were fine. Pointed out the odd wear I noticed on the front left tire indicated it was in need of an alignment to get the remaining life out of the tires. They did it and it was ready for pick up before the end of the day. Reasonable pricing for it all. Liked the friendly service and good communication.

We came in last minute on a Sunday. Not only did Zach take great care of my daughter and her vehicle, but he put the car in a secure place so we could pick it up after all the other running around we needed to do. SO super helpful we appreciate it tons!

Popped my tired and got a few bad quotes from other places near me. This is my first visit to this place and I tell you they have a great staff and its clean. Jeremy was quick and saved me money and time. I would definitely be back to this place for every need just because its been a while, as a female, since I trusted any mechanics with my vehicle. Made an appointment online, which required me to enter the type of vehicle with make and model. Drove 2hrs one way for the appointment only to have them tell me that they can t work on my vehicle because it s too big?! That s a lot of money in gas and toll for someone not verifying the information before confirming the appointment.

This company is very untrustworthy. took my car to get inspected and they fail it, they claim that my turn signal in my mirror was missing lightbulbs or the lightbulbs were out which was not the case.

I was in a pickle as I had a flat tire when I left work and I live an hour away, so didnt want to drive that distance on a donut. I called two different places that couldnt take me in until the next day. I was transferred to Shiva at Mr. Tire. He was so kind and accommodating. The tire ended up being trashed,but they didnt have my size in store. He sent a technician to go to another store and grab it. They are quick, efficient and care. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a flat near Albany on the way to Rochester. I was late, but I did not want to continue to Rochester on a 50MPH limited temporary spare. Great service and super nice and knowledgeable staff. I can t remember the name of the guy who took my desperate call on Labor Day morning and let me come to check my tire without an appointment. I was on the way to Boston from Ohio and got a warning that my tire lost pressure. The team took their time to check everything and they assured me that the tire was fine. I was so grateful for their service and was able to continue my long drive with a good feeling. Thank you very much for your help!!!!

Took care of my tire quickly and cheaply

Knew I needed 4 news tires since mine were the factory ones still and they were wearing low. In October, my air pressure signal came on and I couldnt refill one of my tires. Knew it was finally time to bite the bullet and get new tires. Called Mr. Tire after seeing their reviews and was able to replace my tires a hour later! Wasnt upsold in any way and was actually recommended tires that are less expensive then the ones I had on. I was encouraged to get the warranty on them and Im SO glad I did! I popped a tire Thanksgiving evening and easily made an appointment online the following day for a drop-off on Saturday morning. I called first thing in the morning Saturday to make sure they had the tire I needed. Luckily they did and the replacement was completely free. I thought I would have needed to pay out of pocket and get a reimbursement but only had to pay for balance and alignment. Mr. Tire checks each cars battery and mine got flagged for being on the tail end of its life. The battery however is brand new from June of this year. I was called by Zach to be alerted of this and he did not push me in any way to get it replaced right then and there and instead suggested I speak with my dealership (where I got the battery replaced). He also threw in a $20 rebate for the oil change I got done at the same time. Overall, great experience and would recommend for quick service!

I brought my car to my favorite Mr. Tire Service Center and as always Zach and Sheeba have the warmest greetings for me. Its a beautiful thing when you walk in the door of a Service Center and the employees know your name. I will always take my vehicle to this Service Center. I trust Zach and Sheeba!

I spent $800 dollars on 4 new tires here and in less than a month two of them have bubbles in the sidewall. The guy who sold them to me told me they were warrantied for anything and didn t bring up any type of additional warranty available to purchase. I brought my car in to get my less than one month old faulty tires replaced and they told me I didn t purchase the right warranty and they aren t willing to do a thing about it. I went to Mr tire because my check engine light came on. I actually followed my mechanic from his previous employer to this location. I mean seriously when you find a mechanic you can trust you got a hold on, lol. The gentleman that helped me checked my car told me what the problem was let me know that if the light comes back on what steps he would take to correct that and didnt charge me a thing. so many places want to charge you just for hooking your car up to a computer and that was not the case when I went to Mr tire. As a woman I always feel like mechanics see you coming from a mile away and already have a prepared list of things that theyre going to tell you is wrong with your car. It was nice to not feel that way.

Wonderful service! I had a flat tire and went in. They fixed the tire for me without persuading me to change the new tire (the more profitable plan to them), which I very much appreciated. I would definitely come back to this service.

I went in last week with a deflated tire, the TPMS light turned on, and the engine light turned on. First I called them to see if they would be able to check whats going on and they were happy to take me in. Once I got there, there was no wait time, they immediately started working on my car. I really appreciated them giving me updates every step of the way. They first checked my flat tire for a leak, then they checked if there was nail. When that was cleared, they asked me for more information to check how often my tire was losing air. Turns out all 4 of my tires were completely fine and the gauge I was using to fill my tires was faulty. As a precaution they even changed the stem valve of the tire without charging me for anything. I definitely recommend going to them for your car troubles, they are completely transparent about whats going on and do not charge you unnecessarily.

I take both of my vehicles for all my service needs to mr tire. Great crew, great customer service and fair prices! I couldnt ask for more.

Absolutely spectacular service. My sister got a flat tire a couple miles down the road and we brought the rim to replace the bad tire. Not only did we get a new tire mounted and balanced for less than the previous place would have charged for just the tire, but the man even drove out of his way to our car and changed the tire for us for no extra charge, and wouldn t take the money I offered him for doing that. Definitely restored some of my faith in humanity. 10 out of 10 recommend this place. The world needs more good people like this.

I heard the sound when I tried to brake during the drive to pizza place around 5, and then I remembered last inspection check, the guy did mention I may need brake work for front and back brakes. It was late, most shops I called are closing... so I called Mr. Tire place, Ed said coming down, and he would fix for me. I got there 6:27, 3 mins before closing time, and he stayed with another tech for extra hour fixed my brake, and told me that only my rear brake needs to be changed, that my front brake is still pretty good.... reasonable price and good service, highly recommend.

Ed was amazing! I had a flat tire due to hitting a curb and he came to my location within 5-10 mins! Once we figured the pump wouldn t work, he made a suggestion that he could go back to the shop to grab the tire and come back to my location. Once he did that it took literally 2 mins to put the space tire on. He saved me hundreds of $$ in towing!! Thank you Ed!!!

If I could give a 0 star I would bad service workers said he couldn t do a patch because my thread was too low then he says he can t replace 1 tire he has to replace all 4 stay far away from these guys

Been going to Mr Tire for about two years. The guys at the front desk are always in a good mood, and they really go out of their way to work with your budget.

Barely made it here from the Stewarts down the block on a flat that wasnt keeping air. Needed to replace it and ended up just getting a new set because I was about due for new ones anyway. They squeezed me in as it was an emergency and I was supposed to be heading out on a long trip immediately afterwards. The service was fast and easy and the customer service guy was so kind and helpful and eased my panic. I cant recommend these guys enough!

Had a nail in my tire he told me he couldn t fix trued to charge me 600 for 2 tires wen I plugged it for 20 dollars nothing wrong with the tire

Literally the worst tire shop i went their my car had issues the part are 560$ they told me 3000$ for work hours and i denied for fix they start acting mad told me go sit they will bring my car out and he charge me for service check up idk what to say tbh. Will never go again

Fast, friendly service. We had a slow leak while in town to visit a family member in the hospital. They got us right in, discovered a nail we had traveled from Maryland with and recommended only 2 tires for our AWD Highlander, which we were grateful to hear, since typically a tire service center would try to get you to replace all 4. They had us back on the road in about an hour and waiting while they worked was comfortable with free WiFi so I could continue working.

Mr. Tire put four new tires on my utility vehicle in late 2021. The experience was excellent. Ed and Shiva helped me chose the appropriate tires for my vehicle and were both professional and courteous in their commitment to satisfy my requests. I am a little fastidious about the interior of my car, and they had no problem addressing that and were kind enough to ensure the interior would remain clean as they put plastic coverings down before a technician got in the car. I included the repair package on my tires and good thing. About a month later I ran over a nail and had a slow leak. I returned and they completely took care of the problem, and no charge! I would highly recommend this service center when shopping for new tires.

Just had my fifth punctured tire in 24 months. Called Joe Perry at Mr. Tire and he took care of me Immediately. Just like he has done for my whole family for over 20 years. If you have a tire or other related issue you would be crazy not to call Joe!

Had an appointment scheduled for 2pm, walked in at 2 and went up to the front desk, owner told me that someone would be with me shortly. Completely acceptable. I continued standing there waiting for someone. Customer came up and started leaning on the counter next to me. The owner then came out and yelled at me for not following social distancing. I would like to add that I had a mask on, as did the customer next to me. The owner did not have a mask on, nor did the other employee at the front desk. I sat down and said sure. Waited 20 minutes before getting acknowledged that I was waiting. I then got told that the person I spoke to the previous day on the phone did not enter my appointment in correctly and they couldn t help me until the next day. I asked if they could do anything about the price because of this and they quoted $18 per wheel for mounting and balancing. Not enough of a discount for the trouble that I had to go through while the owner talked down to me and swore at his employees. I would never recommend this place to anyone. All of the reviews I have read are glowing reviews about the owner and how he takes care of everyone. I just got yelled at and had to deal with him without a mask while he wasted my time. Will be taking my business elsewhere next time. Forgot to add that I literally just needed 4 spare wheels and tires mounted and balanced

They handled the situation with the utmost of respect and amazing customer service. They even remembered me the second time I came back. The staff and services really are the nicest and the best option to go for all your tire needs. Not to mention the prices here are great compared to others like good year who will overcharge you like crazy.

Wont take my service anywhere else these guys are professional, polite, and not out to take advantage of you. I sent my 17 year old daughter down there for a tire fix and Josh and Shiva took care of her in a matter of minutes. NO CHARGE.......THANKS GUYS

Highly recommended! New boss Josh and his team are top notch! Great honest service....very dependable with any type of auto service. I went in for just an inspection and oil change, vehicle passed, but he recommend my cars fluids needed changing...brake, steering, etc. My choice. Followed his advice. Didnt try to sell me something I didnt need. Work was done when promised. Awesome. Thanks, I will keep bringing all my cars there as I have in the past for service.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I went in to get an Inspection on 1/30/2021 and dealt with Josh, the Manager working that day. Mind you, my car doesnt need any work done, but of course, within 5 minutes of my vehicle being on the lift and no wheels taken off, I was told my brakes were bad and that my vehicle would not pass inspection. At that same time I was handed an estimate for $497 and felt like I was expected to get the work done then and there like I had no choice. I declined right then and there. Once the car was done and I was reluctantly paying, the Manager then brought it up again mentioning that the brakes being offered came with a lifetime warranty. My brakes have 6k miles on them and have absolutely nothing wrong with them and was confirmed by the shop that re inspected the vehicle and passed it. This shop tried to scam me and was extremely unprofessional in doing that. If this is the way this shop does business then they should really evaluate their employees and customer service.

They fixed my BMW x3 and inspected it. And they were less expensive than Keeler! These guys were the only ones who had my size tires between Albany and Schenectady. I was quoted an incorrect price and the owner gave me a great price anyway. He put on all 4 new tires, mounted and balanced within an hour. And he gave me a deal so I can get my struts changed. He even spoke to my husband and explained everything to him without getting upset or having an attitude. They were great to me. They could have tried to take advantage, but they didnt. They will see me again soon!

I bought 4 tires a month ago...they r great! I ran over something and my front tire was flat, I got there at 5:50 and they close at 6pm, they took me in right away and plugged my tire! I made an appointment for an inspection, they took me in right away, and was done in under 15 min! I would recommend them !
