Want to give a shout out to Chandler, Mark, and Dylan for allowing me to wait over 3 hours in the yard for AAA to come help. AAA kept giving me excuses and run arounds but they allowed me to wait whatever time I needed to wait to get the car removed from the yard. Thank you for the patience and friendliness, guys! Needed a flatbed to get Our new embroider machine off the truck. We were on slanted ground. I got stuck in a U-Haul parking lot in the snow. Eddie showed up within 25 minutes to pull me out. I even accidentally locked him into the lot because I didn t stay to use my card to let him back out. Instead of getting mad he laughed about it.

I woke up to a flat tire this morning and called Capitol District Towing. The response was immediate and Mark was so nice and careful with my car. This is my second time using this company and I highly recommend them.

Highly recommend. Got caught in a snowstorm where the snow kept coming down so fast up in the mountains, couldn t see, there was no plows or salt trucks out and my car was not ok to drive. They came pretty fast by the time I called him gave him my information - he was about 40 mins distance to me but he said with snow storm and being up in the mountains it could be longer. he was to me in an hour and a half, got my car loaded within 10 mins, and had me home safe. Very happy with the service & I m glad I called and didn t chance driving any further! I wish I remembered the tow guys name but he was awesome and had a very peaceful ride home despite all my anxiety of driving in that!!

He contacted me upon picking it up and again when dropping it off. I never even met him but I can tell, he is a stella employee. Tonight may daughter had a blowout on her front tire on 787 and had to get off onto Pearl street in Albany. I managed to get the car jacked up and the lug nuts off but the tire was stuck. It just would not come off. If I pushed to get the tire off the flimsy jack would have fallen over and the car would have fallen to the ground. The situation was pretty bad and we were freezing. Out of nowhere Chandler from Capital District Towing pulled up like a superhero. He really saved the day. He used a heavy duty jack to support the car and kicked the tire loose then put all the lug nuts back to get us out of there quickly. This guy was amazing! Chandler is super friendly, quick and was happy to help. Chandler we greatly appreciated your help! You helped us when we really need it. Mark showed up 15 minutes after I called and saved the day. He was friendly and professional. The pricing was reasonable and the service was excellent.

The driver, Eddie, did an excellent job of pulling my dead car onto the flatbed, anchoring it despite the slime from the blown transmission, and getting it home. No fuss, no problem. Price was about what youd expect or maybe a bit less. We had to wait a while for the truck to show up but Eddies first words were an apology for the delay because they were swamped and thered been a problem on the previous call. No worries. A call from the dispatch saying that the truck was coming, just delayed, would have been nice but if they were that busy, extra calls were probably the last thing on the dispatchers mind.

Mark was phenomenally helpful and kind during the process of moving my Dads classic car. He was on time, friendly, and extremely experienced in his craft. Couldn t have asked for an easier tow!

Chandler got there in the 30 minutes that was promised by the person who answered the phone, loaded the car safely and quickly and drove me to the repair center. Super nice guy, clearly enjoys his job and likes the company he works for. I m used to the drivers badmouthing their company. Truck was comfortable. Not happy I needed to call them, but given the need, glad I called them and not someone else.

Capital District Towing to the rescue! Within 20 minutes of calling, (on a Saturday, no less) Eddie showed up with his tow truck and was very kind and courteous throughout the quick and easy process (for me at least!) of getting my Jeep loaded up and to the shop. Originally I was using my roadside assistance through my insurance and had been waiting for over FIVE hours and 3 ETA bumps for another company to come. So glad I bit the bullet and called Capital District Towing, such a relief and decently priced as well!

Picture it... Youre headed home after filling a trailer with lovely household items from generous Upstate New York donors. Youre tired but happy, loving the pretty trailer youve only had for less than a week and you make a mistake, tire hits the curb. What do you do? Long story short, you call Capital District Towing and not only do they show up but its the owner, who never mentions hes the owner, just gets to work and voila, the spare is now on the trailer before you know it, he makes sure youre all hooked up safely again and off you go. The only thing these guys are missing is the super hero cape. Thanks Capital District Towing! Its good to be home and know the trailer is safely back home as well.

My car tire blew out I called triple A they came and refused to tow the vehicle because The registration was past due. This company is a lifesaver! I had to move a vehicle that has been sitting for over a year. I was told by somebody else it couldn t be done, but Mark from CDT came and saved the day! He was extremely kind and he knew exactly what to do and handled everything expertly. He had to maneuver the car into a garage in a tight area and it was truly impressive. I am very happy with the service and the price was very reasonable. 10/10 would recommend!

An absolute life saver!!! TJ literally was amazing, he drove over 2 1/2 hrs from Albany to the Canadian boarder to get us. Then another 2 1/2 hrs back to Albany International Airport to swap out our rental. Had a faulty Hertz Rental and almost got stranded but TJ definitely came through. Had the car up on the flatbed in about 4 minutes. Real cool and friendly guy, treated us well and was very attentive. Clean and comfortable truck. The kids enjoyed the ride and view. My parents had their car stolen, and when it was later recovered it was left at a garage that was difficult to deal with. We live several hundred miles away in a different part of the state. The garage wouldnt take a credit card to pay for the cost of storing the vehicle. I contacted Capital District Towing to arrange having the vehicle picked up and towed to my parents house. I asked if I could pay them an additional amount by credit card to cover the cost of storage at the other garage, and they in turn cut a check to give to that garage when they pick up the vehicle. Without hesitation they agreed to do this. The vehicle was picked up and delivered at the times they said helping to end a very stressful situation. Throughout the process they were extremely pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them!

The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude, and to make matters worse the guy who towed my car didnt listen to me and towed my car to the wrong place.

My breaks failed as I was about to pull out of a parking lot. Super scary moment made worse by the fact that there was an older man crossing in front of me with a walker!! I was so grateful for the kind lady on thw phone and our awsome tow operator, Mark! It took maybe 15 minutes from the beginning of my call to the arrival of the truck! He was so good and careful that it only took him <5 minutes to load my precious truck onto the bed and we were off to my mechanic (Jaime Scott Auto is amazing, too!). My car was stolen from NYC and was found in Albany, NY. Capital District Towing was the company who towed the car to their site. When I called about coming to get my car Jennifer informed me that there was a hold on the car because it was used in several crimes. I contacted the police and detectives for several days to no avail. I was calling Jennifer everyday hoping I wasn t being a pain. First thing in the morning, afternoon or evening she was always willing help. She was so courteous and helpful. I was working on my side from NYC and she was working her side up in Albany. Finally she called with good news that the hold was lifted. Thanks to Capital District for towing the car and much thanks to Jennifer for all her help, it was very much appreciated.

They were very helpful when my car wouldnt start in the Honest Weight Coop parking lot and the AAA jump didnt work. I was visiting Albany from Rochester New York, which is a 3 Hour Drive. my car suddenly shut down out of nowhere and I was freaking out trying to figure out what to do. I searched towing places in Albany and capital District towing was the first one that I selected due to the great reviews that it had. Their customer service is outstanding. Jennifer is a sweetheart, which is who answered the phone. She helped me stay calm And ensured me that things would be OK which made me feel that I knew that I was in good hands. Chandler The tower who looks like a model went above and beyond. He really was very helpful with insisting me with car places to go to since I found out that my car needed a new starter. He referred me to an awesome auto place . A lot of dealerships have rude people which has always been my experience, but these people really treat you like family or friends and I highly recommend them. I had a accident on central ave literally 3 minutes away from the facility yard I ask the tow truck driver to take my vehicle home he refused to do that and take it to the tow yard I won t recommend this place at all .

I left my car a local car Dealership in Audi Latham. After the dealership failed to fix my car, they asked me to have my car moved off of their lot. I went there in person and asked them to move my car to at least a towable location and not parked in a parking spot. Through my inconvenience, Brandon Hyde from Capital District Towing saved my day. He hand took the wheel a walked my convertible out of the parking spot. He made it to by my house and did they same in my driveway in a timely fashion. Five stars for him. !
