Upstate Towing Services in Albany

DO NOT CALL IN AN EMERGENCY OR TIME SENSITIVE MATTER!!! Ordered a tow in the early hours of the morning and was sent a kid driving a Chevy car who couldn't change my tire, left me standing in the freezing cold, and the abandoned me when he gave up. All of this was AFTER they'd already taken my money. Customer service offered a tow truck to arrive 4 hours after the initial call. I called a friend of a friend and had it taken care of within 20 minutes, before asking for a refund... which was not fully given.
