I asked for some help in locating a plug that I needed for the trailer hitch hook up on my car I had to wait almost 45 minutes to an hour the guy in the back room was too busy outside talking to his friends that work there and smoking a cigarette smells like cigarettes when he came in he had what I was looking for when the guy did come out he knew exactly what I needed and got it out of the back room for me that was not on the Shelf so that's how he was very helpful

Received email that move out date was 24th, computer says 16th. Charged us for month not using. Won’t use again for storage and if other truck options were around I would use them period.

Very smooth transaction. I went online to reserve the vehicle I needed as well as the time needed. After booking an option was sent via text to see if I'd like to check in and enter information prior to getting the vehicle to cut back on the wait time.

Wasn't the best experience, but it wasn't the worst. Staff was not entirely sure how to set up my rental, even after showing them a screen shot of what was needed. Good thing the system fixes it when you return it. Was originally charged $200 more then what should have.

Chris was fantastic! Someone did not return their vehicle on time and as soon as he noticed an issue he was on the phone and found one and got us the vehicle we needed to make our trip. We did have to drive an hour a way to get our truck but Chris was great and speedily helped us.

The only thing I felt was satisfactory was price the associate at the desk was rude, though I think it was due to the other associates lackadaisical attitude and failure to communicate. I returned later to a locked storage unit, putting a huge delay in moving as I had to leave a full truck over night, I arrived early the following morning, I can't get in again, the elevators broken. I finally get in at 10( my truck is due back at 10) and unload, Ithen I wait in a 30 minute line to get a receipt.The best part was going back later, much later than I should thanks to all the hoopla, then get stuck in the elevator, get told to wait(mind you I'm stuck in a elavator).Yes I was rude at this point, no I'm not going to move my stuff again, but service is completely lacking. P.S the manager will not answer and doesn't have a mail box set up.

Rented a 6x12 trailer to move a 60” mower. The uhaul experience was terrible as the trailers gate is only 56” where the advertisement as well as inside is 6 feet or 72”. It didn’t do the job that was needed so brought it back. Kevin was super helpful running the lot to see what we can make work. after realizing they didn’t have one, refund was given. Beware of the misconception on sizing!! Thank you to the helpful members at the location!

Made a reservation for a truck while in moving. Got a voicemail the next day telling me they changed my reservation to accommodate someone else. I get trying to make the customer happy, but doing so at the expense of other customers, and accepting a reservation, only to change it on the customer without talking to them first is unacceptable and unprofessional.
