DO NOT RECOMMEND. SOLD ME 4 FAULTY BATTERIES AND A DEFECTIVE ALTERNATOR . !!!! I CALLED SINCE THEY BOTH HAD WARRANTY SO THEY STARTED CALLING ME NAMES (A RUDE FEMALE AND ERIC) AND HAD ME RUNNING AROUND IN CIRCLES FOR MONTHS TO JUST TELL ME TO DO WHAT I HAVE TO DO , THAT THEY WERENT GOING TO DO ANYTHING.

I didnt get to use them. They said they couldnt help to change the two tires on my RV. But they were very kind and respectful to my needs.

Our Box truck broke down on interstate 90 around 8:15 pm . An hour west of Albany. They came to our rescue.Droped our driver off at a nearby Hotel and got the ball rolling for the repairs.

Highly recommend these guys. I broke down with many codes on my 2023 Volvo 860. Mechanic cleared the codes but they kept coming back. He did everything he could to get me running enough so that I could nurse it to the Valve dealer. He spent way longer following me to make sure I was ok than he needed to. Thank you!!

They did a great job fixing our air tank. They were not able to get a hold of another air tank, but they welded what they could so we could get back on the road long enough to find someone who had one. Thank you 1st Response.

My semi engine shut down on the road near Albany NY late at night. Chris responded very fast. He bled the air out of fuel system and one hour after I called I was back on the road.

These guys are great people, hard working, and very knowledgeable! And will do whatever it takes to get you back on the road safely!

Stay away! I called for road service for an air leak/Air build problem. Phone service was not amicable, but I went with it anyway because they promised to be here in about 6 hours. To be fair, they showed up when they said they would, and the technician said in his own words Im not knowledgeable enough to know whats wrong with your truck and Its a mystery. He wasnt able to pinpoint the issue, or to give out a diagnosis. They went ahead and charged the fee to get here, which was okay, but they also charged for 2 hours of Labor when I witnessed him work for 47 minutes. When I asked why I was being charged for 2 hours he said the that was company policy and that he was just following orders. He said he felt bad and to call the owner the next day for possible refund. When I called the owner was very rude, and attempted to justify in 1001 ways why he should keep my money. How can they work for this guy and be able to keep clean conscience? Last but not least, the owner said he wasnt going to listen to what I had to say. Then he told me to wait a second and hung up the phone.

Called to repair a tire on a 18 wheeler, they sure could do it but in order to send the mechanic over they needed a credit card info as security (which was okay somehow) but then I asked approximately how much would cost to patch a tire which had a nail on they said I don t know, BS, Guy comes by, fixes the tire and charges me $340. Like wth? 2 hour minimum x $125 Then I asked him why they didn t tell me that they have a flare labor of 2 hours ? His answer was ridiculous yeah we don t tell that to people over the phone If I know that they had a flat labor of 2 hours I d get a new tire which would cost me $300 I do not recommend their service at all. Worst service I ve ever received.

Owner is rude and they are over priced!!! They will charge hidden fees which are not disclosed before services are rendered. Owner threatened to slash my tires and call the cops because he assumed that my boss wasnt going to pay him.

I asked owner operators before this review, they all said over priced. I called 7 ish a.m for road service. Took the tech 30 Mins to fix the problem. It was a fuse. They charged Me 2 and half hrs for duty . Plus travel time $81.00 . But then again $80 for computer which should be included in labor hour but his computer wouldn t read anything so why charge me . . I do appreciate getting me back in the road. But my bill was $545.00 for 45 mins they said they charge on duty time since tech left previous locAtion, that s where I find it wrong, because they already charging miles and tolls. $545.00 for 45 mins labor ???? I think they should take it more easy on owner operators trying to feed a family . Again thanks for getting me back on the road , I would be happy if they really did have to work for 2 and half hours with the price they gave me not 45 mins.

these people dont give road service, they dont have the right tools to do the job, they broke a screw when they change the tire and they have the brazen to say that Im here at their time they change a tire, apart from the fact that they saw me doing the job, I couldnt have the tool

This shop is a waist of money and time. I guess this guys is owner/ manager so disrespectful and unprofessional plus unfriendly. He has no manners even when you said to him GoodMorning he will ignore you. The price for oil change $700.00 way over priced. I do my oil change LOVES and I never paid more than $400.00 with A+ service. If I bring oil s & filter s and the labor charge is $109.00. I advise if anyone want to do business in this place ask the cost first then.

Paid over $400, yet they still couldnt figure out that it was an issue with fuses, even after giving them some background on how the issue started. Yes thats right, $1 worth of fuses and 5 minutes. Too bad no negative star option!

This Company sucks. They work with a towing company called Giest Brothers to rip you off. Said they could repair my Truck got it towed there for them to say they cant work on it. Truck was 6 miles away and they charged me $421 for a tow. Do not Use this Serice EVER!!!!

Went to a TA cause i had to get a trailer fixed and i had a coolant leak the guy filled my coolant up and clamied i didnt have a leak and trucks good to go my company called these guys out within an hour they were there within 10 mins he found the leak the ta claimed wasnt there very nice professional guy he was honest he said leak is coming from radiator ill have to take it to a dealer or a shop to get it worked on but the fact of how he handled himself was amazing i asked him if it was his company because you could tell he took pride in his job not just show up and milk the labor cost

Roadside mechanic was cool. Replaced my fuel filter, and got me up and running; at a very reasonable price. At least to me,it was. My boss didnt think so. I was dying out there at Loves; in 12 degree weather, with an inoperable truck. Much gratitude to 1st ResponeI. Id call these guys again to help me out in a heartbeat.

Bad battery-called and went in house. They were at my house in 5 minutes: got me going. Sooooooooooooo fast and polite !!

Wheel came off my camper and snapped all the studs off the hub, pulled up to the garage and told the guy what happened and what i needed and within 2 hours i was back on the road. Service was awesome a great bunch of guys. A+++ in my book!

These guys are AWESOME. I was stuck in the fuel island at the Pilot off I-88 with no air pressure. These guys came out diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than 20 minutes and followed my for at least 20 miles to make sure is was good. I am not the type of person to rate or review anything but my conscience made me say how awesome and no nonsense these guys are. Thank You for everything!!!

We couldnt leave zero stars. They had told us they had a Mitsubishi Scanner and show up with the same snap on scanner my mechanic had. Then told us that we needed to replace the whole transmission after their road crew ran my truck up and down the road at 50mph. After they were done they immediately demanded $350 for payment. We ended up fixing the truck for $175 replacing a solenoid in the shifter panel and the were back to work. We called the company and asked to speak with the owner and never got through. A month later we got a phone call back and still not the owner on the other end of the line. I was told Nick stands by his word and wont give us any compensation for pulling incorrect diagnosis out of the air. Shows a real lack of respect that he couldnt pick his phone up to speak to another business owner. I made them aware of this negative review coming and they said they didnt care. If your extremely rich and have a broken truck please feel free to call Nick and the gang and they will gladly tell you anything they fell and take your payment before they leave the driveway. Also found it very strange that when the road crew was here they had no cell service so they used my phone. They had trouble getting through because the secretary said they scan calls and didnt recognize the number. Upstanding business practices.

So the axel came loose and sheared off end of axel which screwed up transmission So new trans. Lovely. Hope u got your internet. Have great holiday w/family. Ty again.
