Very impressed with this place. I came in because they said they could service my 2012 Aston Martin Virage. Which they did perfectly. Very competent staff. I will be back for them to service my 2003 Lotus Esprit soon. I am thrilled to have found this place because until now I used to have to ship my cars hundreds of miles away for service. They have a nice selection of used exotics, and new Alfas. I would not hesitate to buy a car from them either.

I bought my 2020 330 from Bul auto and just had new tires and brakes installed. TH eentire team are wonderful to work with. Today i went tostart my car and there was a nmessage about the key having an issue. As I always do i called Darin and het told me to hld the key a ceratain place and the car started rifght up. He suggested i stop up the keu fob needed a new battery. I did just that and with in 5 minutes i was on my way anoth wonerfully positive experiance with the team at Bul. Walter

I cant and I wont recommend the service department due to the managements lack of honesty and 4x upcharging on parts. I was told that Keeler performs alignments for them. Instead, my car went two blocks down the street to JD Tire, who did it completely wrong and Bul didnt even notice it on the drive back, nor check it, nor have the alignment report. I pick up the car and the steering wheel is off center and the car pulls to the right. Turn around, take it back. Bul sends it back to JD Tire for a re-alignment. Still not right. Then test drive all over Colonie, hitting potholes and going 67mph on Colonie Plz Dr. Then they take it to another shop on Central Ave, Adirondack Offroad. Again, had to do the alignment twice. No explanation and barely an apology. I wont be servicing my car with Bul Auto again, and I wont be buying a car there either.

These guys are so friendly and personable and easy to work with! I called to make an appointment to bring my husbands car in, and the man I spoke with was so kind (I wish I remembered his name!). They had to keep my husbands car for the night and asked if he needed a loaner. My husband asked if thered be a charge for it and the man he was speaking with said Nooo, of course not! Not a happy camper. Brought my 2011 bmw x5 in for diagnosis and estimate for running poorly and check engine light on. They charged me $202.00 for looking it over. They told me to sell it and move on.The estimate was $11,357.00 including the injector they had replaced already for $1100.00 I decided not give them 11K and try to get it running myself. I repaired the fuel line problem with a $30 fuel filter not the $350 fuel line . I replaced the #5+6 injector for $700 not the $3869.00 they quoted. I replaced both NOX sensors for $250.00. They didnt tell me they were unplugged and damaged ( see picture). Now it runs fine. I brought back the injector they put in earlier looking for a refund. They said Nope! That was the icing on the cake. Thanks!

brought my vehicle there for a differential service after receive the quote over the phone a few hours after dropping off and job started i received a call saying it was more then i was originally told...this brought the total on the differential service to the same price as keeler bmw i also had an oil change which was more expensive then keeler bmw so in the end the services here was more then going to keeler bmw after i was misquoted..i will have my cehicle serviced elsewhere

Bought vanderhall on Friday, engine light came on Saturday,, within 3 hours they had a tow truck at my place picking it up, and fixed by monday.. great customer service..

Stay away from this dealer. Extremely shady business. Runs your credit and sells the car your interested in to someone else. The poor business ethics of Val was disappointing. I booked a flight to go see the car the next day after speaking to him and then said the car sold that night after we talked. Never called me to let me know there were potential interests other than me, just led me to believe I was the only one. He never sent me a document breakdown of my payment breakdown and only discussed numbers over the phone. Then said I should have sent money to hold the car. No paperwork but I should send money. He must think people are stupid. Stay away and dont waste your time. There are many more reputable dealers out there.

When I received the Lexus LS 460 it was in perfect condition, fully fueled, and it performed great. I bought my BMW 3 series from Val a year and a half ago. When I first saw the car, I found a half dozen minor issues, and they fixed them immediately. The purchase price overall was fantastic. The best Ive ever had and Ive bought at least 50 cars in my life. I just took it back there because of a sensor causing the car to operate on limp mode, and is had no luck fixing it. Within 24 hours Val told me it was a bad sensor and they had already fixed it, plus they went over the entire car and pointed out a few other things I could fix myself (they know I usually do all my mechanical work) free of charge. Val even called me back one night after giving me too high a price for a sensor and told me the correct, lower price. I dont have enough positive things to say about Val and the rest of his team. When its time for a new car or if I need more service work Ill take it to them immediately!
