Chris and his staff were very helpful. He was honest and knowledgeable about exactly what the problem was. I appreciate him listening and understanding me and treating me like a person instead of an ignorant female, like most of these places do. Sleep on me all you want, but he didn't and that is why I would recommend his services to anyone looking for the real deal!!!!

They have very bad customer service I just sat there for 30 minutes no one said nothing to me Chris the owner walked pass me two times not once did anyone ask what I needed help with never will y'all ever get my money

I brought my Mercedes e350 to these guys to replace rims after a accident and he never told me I needed a new control arm charged me “$250 to pull it back in place” then put a hole in my anti freeze valve and on top of that they put oil in my windshield washer fluid tank. This the worst mechanic shop ever!

C & R auto sales Inc has greats mechanics and nice cars and suv's for sale and comfortable waiting area you until your car is fixed and tested for perfection and just to let know the owner is highly rated by unlimited customers who just don't get the chance to post a review as yet!! I give this review because I bought all my car's from Chris and they're in excellent condition!! CHRIS IS THE BEST AROUND TOWN!!

I just wanna say I usually don’t do reviews but this is needed because THERE IS NOT MANY PEOPLE STILL AROUND AS LOYAL AS THE OWNER OF THIS PLACE ( Chris ) I highly very highly recommend this place he is a man of his word and will make sure your happy and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable with your purchase. If any one from now on has me refer them for a car it will be to c and r auto sales. Switched out parts on my car and my friends car. Crooked people our cars haven’t been the same. Pull in with no problem and came out with several. My friends car has sat for a year. They touch and take things like parts that they shouldn’t. Don’t trust especially if you’re a female. They will do you wrong because they know u don’t know anything.

They have great service but the wait is forever & there have been times when I was told to call back in a couple hours to get an answer about what’s wrong with my car or how much it will be etc & the phone will go to voicemail or I would be told to call again in a couple of hours … or the car wouldn’t be done at all & will sit there for almost a week or so. Long story short if you don’t want your car sitting there for days or weeks you better just sit down in the waiting room for him to actually do something to your car but be prepared for the very long wait.

Dropped my car to get my water pump fixed at 10am in the morning and Chris said he'd check it and give me a call when it's done. I called back multiple times with no answer when I finally got through they told me it would be an hour or so. So I called back 3pm and got the same answer. I called again at 6pm and got no answer so I just decided to go in. When I got there they hadn't fixed my car. So short story, they took 8hrs to do absolutely nothing. Would not recommend!!!
