Rude counter staff and high prices for the little guy

I have been a customer of Meier Supply for over 10 years. I have been in the business for over 30 years and have worked with many supply houses. There are supply houses that have everything under the sun but you pay the price for that connivence. Meier Supply is more of a specialty supplier with training from manufactures, that are able to supply tech support. Matt Walsh is our salesperson for both of my companies, and we exclusively purchase our Mitsubishi or Ruud equipment from from Meier Supply in Albany or Glens Falls. For supplies and items needed to complete an install we go to other suppliers that specialize in those products. My experience with Meier Supply is they are the best SUPPLY HOUSE for my needs. All their employees have always been very courteous and professional at all times. I feel like both of my companies are part of their family.

Been waiting for a replacement on a defective part from the factory and have just been given the run around for over 3 months. Horrible communication and bad buisness model.

Great supply house. I’m fortunate to use their Albany and Glens Falls stores. I frequent the Glens Falls location more and always receive top notch service. They have a ductless specialist in house who knows the product inside and out. Matt’s personally helped out of jam. The manager Tim travels between both locations daily and always seems friendly, willing and eager to help find the solutions to my problems. The Albany location is just as good. Sam is the best counter guy. Knowledgeable and witty. He makes you feel like an old friend. Happy group of young guys who want to help and they always have a positive upbeat attitude. Keep up the great work!

Good group of people. They always seem to have answers to my problems and seem to care. I’m a one man band operation and they always take good care of me. Good stock of ruud parts. Lots of distributor options in the area but they stand out from the rest.

There ok But Don't Have what you want when your Doing an Install ,They Don't sell Flue pipe the Counter guy Didn't know what it was,i asked for A Gas Whip he brought me out from the Back an Ac liquid tite Whip,they Dont sell Any Metal Panning metal,drop kits, Plenums At all for the Furnaces your buying there Doesn't Make sense to Run to 2 Different Places to get the Materials you need fir 1 Installation
