Great local business. Go for all your custom glass needs
I would not recommend this company. We had a window replaced, and they replaced it without a tint, which all of the other windows have. I have been calling and trying to get the correct window installed for the past 14 months with excuse and excuse. That it’s been ordered but hasn’t come in, it’s on backorder, there’s a problem with the manufacturer, etc. i have called over 40 times, each time being told that they would call me back and never did- I had to keep calling them. Finally I requested to speak with the owner and get a refund so I could get the correct window elsewhere. The owner, Harold, was very unprofessional and told me that his receipts say “no refunds” so he will not give me a refund, and that it’s not possible to match tints. If this is true, they should have told us that BEFORE they replaced one of our tinted windows with a completely clear one. When I told him I would reach out to BBB, he told me I’m mean. Save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
Working with Donna and her family for over a decade, I can attest to the fact that this business is 'front and center' with service. Donna's personality shines through with her willingness to present the best from Amazin Glass Company. As a prolific artist, my patrons have complimented my pieces which are the result of the company's prompt service. Again, a 'front and center' business that presents itself with quality.

Very prompt service. Harold is down to earth and will not steer you wrong. Donna and the other gentleman ( and was spot-on with the measurement from the picture on my phone ) were very nice in explaining the measurements and choice of glass they have. We all shared a very humorous story on candy bars, which was a cool moment because we all shared a laugh. My Wife was VERY HAPPY with her tabletop for her outdoor table. They were extremely careful with my Grandmother's mirror and replaced the mirror while we waited. They are so nice and friendly. Their prices are very reasonable. I have another to be replaced and I will have them do the work. Fabulous business.
From the very first call, and subsequent communication with Donna, my experience was first-rate. They were always fast to reply with answers to questions. Mike and JR came to swap the movement of my glass sliding door from one side to the other. This was a complicated thing, they were patient and friendly, professional, the entire time. The folks at Amazin Glass are wonderful. Recently, my mother broke the glass to her wood stove door a day before a major snow storm! We called lots of places and finally were referred to Amazin Glass. I called, explained the situation, and they told me to come right in. They fixed the glass door while we waited so my mother could have heat! They went above and beyond to help us. That's the benefit of working with a local family owned business. They care about their customers and their community! Prices are reasonable, service is excellent!

Great customer service, professional workmanship
I called this place twice, never received a phone call. I went there to the store and I talked to the lady behind the desk and she promised me that the second day I would have someone meeting me at my store at 3pm. On my way down to my store I received a call from the technician and he said he got there early and looked at the door and I explained that I wanted to meet him to explained the situation but he wanted it over the phone. Then I told him I wanted to replace the whole door and he said he ll get back to me. And he stopped answering my calls. I went back to the shop and talked to the lady and she apologized and said they re busy and that the technician will be back tomorrow at 3pm. He didn t show up, I tried to call and now they are not taking any phone calls and that they won t be accepting any new business. I went to the store and the lady said the technician was sick and couldn t make it. I argued that I have now wasted 4 weeks waiting for them to come replace my door and another gentlemen told me to go find another company. They are unprofessional, no respect for clients and very big liars.

Excellent high quality go-to installers for all your glass needs. No BS They have replace the windshields on our foundations sprinter vans. Fast, easy and reasonably priced. They did a full store front installation including large windows, framing, trim and door at our building on 465 central Ave if you want to see their work. They were there within minutes when someone Broke in and smashed are door. These guys honestly have done most of his store fronts often down all of central Avenue and all over Albany. There are plenty of competitors but there is no competition if you need glasswork in the Capitol district.

I needed the glass replaced in my wood stove door. Got there at 8 when they opened and was leaving within 30 minutes with a great looking piece of glass replaced for a great price. They even installed it for only 10 bucks. Thank you Amazing Glass I will send anybody asking about glass work your way!
I needed replacement glass for a vintage display case. I needed at least 1/4 glass, which is not cheap, so I called around and found that Amazin glass had the best price. I was concerned because the frame in which the glass sits was a little bit off from perfectly square so rather than just giving them the measurements over the phone I brought the frame in to have it fitted. They had it for me in 2 days as promised and the results were perfect! I cant say enough about the friendly and knowledgeable service from Donna at the front desk and I would highly recommend them to anyone based on this experience.
