They did a great job, once the work started. I wasn't happy that I was called to come early and then waited about an hour for the installer to come back. Still, I will continue to use them over safelight due to their much more reasonable pricing

Called today for an estimate and he rudely told me “ nope don’t want no part of it “ and told me go to dealership. Just can’t believe how he said it. Totally not friendly and he could have easily said it in a different manner. I’m glad to give my business elsewhere.

Very rude snappy attitude when calling to get a price quote. Must have been the owner as others have stated. Answered the phone with “yeah!?” and when I said I was interested in a quote said “we’re very busy here I need sizes” and then cut me off when trying to answer. Was ticked off I had a bad connection apparently. This place is clearly plenty “busy” enough and not looking for any more customers.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I dropped off windows to be reglazed. After a week I call to see if they were done and they doubled the price. When finally I picked them up the work was horrible and some of the glass was broken. After calling them the tried to give me instructions on how I could make them look right. By far the worst business of worked with.

Great service and fast. The price quoted was half what others were quoting me. This was table top glass which the owner upgraded from regular to bronze glass with no extra charge. I would highly recommend

Just stopped by for the first time this morning. I have a tiny circular crack in the windshield. Pinky size. I don't want to get a ticket so I want to patch it up. I knocked. The man in charge came and opened the door and said"What? What? What do we have of yours?" Very rushy. Very rude. Not even a hello. I directed him to my car and he told me $75 and patches don't work. He didn't even give me a chance to speak and said, "I'll give you a card, wait till it gets bad then come back and we'll replace the windshield". And he just kind of sped off. He didn't even ask me if I wanted to just replace the whole windshield or give me a price. I don't want a ticket so I need a patch not his unprofessional opinion. Plus it was overpriced and rude. I've had a patch job before. I already knew at moment uno that he was never touching my car. I would never go there and recommend no one else does. I'm also empathic and I can tell you that man has bad energy. I got the message from the universe that his life is a house of cards, many lies, ultimate self destruction. His cat has seen many bad things. Bad vibes yo. Not cool.

Owner is Very, Very Rude & obnoxious. Wanted to order something as the same I ordered a year ago, says he does not keep records( a lie because I was calling back the office lady who I talked to earlier she told me in a voice mail she found it)....But he was so Rude, that he couldn't be bothered with me ....I tried to explain, I want to order the same thing different size....He said I do large buildings, were too busy to talk to you....Call back Thursday we leave at 2:30......Guess What I called the place Capital Valley Glass, on Central Avenue they were more then happy to take my order.....I will never go there or recommend this place.

Work was well done, BUT... It seems that none of the people who answer the phone there talk to eachother. Quoted a price of $200 by Tracy, then called back to talk to a Dave. Dave stated he would back his work for leaks even though I was providing window and seal. I went with this company as one cheaper and far closer to my home wouldn't cover this. Walk into the appointment to find Dave never told Tracy about anything, the next day I arrive to get my car and "NO WARRANTY" is written on the reciept. The seal I provided wasn't even taken out of the box. Numerous emails for a DOCUMENTED explaination led to phone calls (of which I told them I didn't want as they are playing games with "we never said that"). I will never use this company again and will make sure anyone I know steers clear of them. Tracy (or whoever was at the establishment the day I dropped my car off) made sure to tell me she was quitting and there was no good management, this was clear as day.
