Very courteous installers, phone calls to follow up immediately to make sure the work was done to our satisfaction. And immediate response to correct and issue.

They made me feel uncomfortable. They were sketchy in the phone. They refused to book an appointment for a wondow quote unless my wife was present.

So far, excellent service. True professionals. A young man by the name of Subodh came to met with me to review and suggest various types of window replacements which will meet this seniors needs. He was an absolute delight. He was prompt and knew his business. He went out of his way to help this senior find what she could afford and needed. I gave him a deposit and I look forward to the job being done as soon as the weather warms up a tad. DSJ

I called for an estimate for a roof. The gentleman was very nice even came back for a second appointment because we could not finish the first one due to an emergency. Now I know why, afterwards at the end of the estimate was the pitch high pressure sales, you get this low price today only and oh we need a large deposit. Very pushy and left no time to consider options. I decided to put a deposit down while working on financing for the project. We decided not to go with them due to finding a MUCH better price. When requesting my deposit I called, and days later was called back and lied to saying it was in the mail. Called 2 weeks later again, my call returned days later, and was told it was on his desk and being sent right away. Well its been 3 more weeks and still no check. Had to put a stop payment on it. This was a large amount. I dont trust high pressure sales for this very reason. Not to mention you cant get anyone on the phone and returned calls are a week out. Very disappointed in their customer service. How can they service problems with their roofs or any work if you cant get a call back?

I have never dealt with a more arrogant lying company. They absolutely do not keep any of their promises. They get you to sign the papers and say whatever you want to hear and do not standby by their promises then act like it is the customer who is being unreasonable. They promised a door within 6 weeks, and windows within 12 it s week 22 and they offered a $300 compensation. They could barely utter the words I m sorry and insisted they only made $300 on the job. They are liars and cheats and do NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS. I could not make the stories up. Even the general manager, Jim, who promises to take care of everything and make me his personal client, did not return calls for almost two weeks and handled nothing. When he did respond, he was rude. Short tempered told me my desire for compensation was unreasonable, lied to me about the profit margin and turned the situations on me as if it was my fault. I will be telling everyone I know NOT to use this company - please go with someone else. Spare yourself the frustration, insult and expense.

The product is top quality if you have any issues with the products there is always a real person to help the person who installed my doors is top notch and knowledgeable

My highest praise and admiration for this company. I had a Bay window replaced with a picture window. The salesman recommended that I go with this look as it actually was somewhat different from the one I had. I cant tell you how glad I am that I listened to him. The view is incredible with no slats or uprights to interfere with my view. The workmanship was extraordinarily professional and the workmen were very professional and polite. It was an awesome experience, they took time to get everything right, and I love it

I was scheduled for an estimate tonight, no one called to say they were on their way. I called all the numbers and no one answered any of them for me to reschedule. We were in the middle of a tornado emergency and I was in the basement with a candle due to no power, lightening (being just a few yards from a lake) with pouring rain and flooding. The guy showed up and I said we needed to reschedule (it was almost 6pm) dark sky, no power and no flashlights, and the guy had his supervisor call me and insist I let him come in, and take measurements in the dark since he was already there. When I said I wasnt comfortable with being near windows at the moment, he became rude and questioned why I didnt want this to happen. I hung up and immediately received 8 back to back calls, which I ignored because I no longer even felt safe being there alone. I left and the tornado had hit less than 2 miles away, causing damage and vehicle accidents with streets closed.

Obnoxious...stalkers.

Would not recommend, had one of their advisors come out to talk and after 40 minutes of not a word on windows. Got told we need to reschedule because my wife who is 34 weeks pregnant was not able to attend meeting. Said it s company policy for both to attend they need 90 minutes of your free time . Save your time and go else where as a business owner myself I do not recommend this company.

I was encouraged by family and friends to post this. I had my first appointment with a guy few weeks ago on a Thursday. The appointment was way longer than I would have liked, and I know way more about windows than I needed to know, but I could tell that he was very passionate about what he did. When I made the appointment, I thought I was pretty clear that I was just looking to get pricing and I was not ready to pull the trigger. He was pretty insistent on trying to get the cost down for me but again I still was not ready to make that type of commitment. I had a competitor come out a month before you all and they quoted me for the same products almost half. I m a contract negotiator so I like to do my research before I make a decision on anything. I received A call from a woman in the office asking me how my visit with the first guy went. She then told me that they just did their quarterly financial review and saw that they had extra money. She wanted to set up another appointment with another manager to come out and talk to me to see if I would qualify for that program because she thought I would benefit. I explained then once again that I was not ready to pull the trigger, but I d be willing to listen. We scheduled the appointment for Thursday at 2 PM. On that Thursday, another gentleman comes out. He seemed nice, asked me if my name was my real name, told me about the Greek traditions when it came to names We had a really good conversation I felt. I lived in Colorado and apparently that s where he s from so we knew the same areas. I am a single mom, he s a single dad. Then he starts talking about his beliefs on politics and how he s lost friends because of his beliefs. In between those conversations, he would mention what we were actually there for The windows. He said in his notes that one of the windows that I needed to have done down in the basement had graffiti all over it. I am assuming he received that information from the first guy as I took him outside to look at the window. Let me make it clear I bought this house from a family who had kids that played lacrosse. The window was boarded up, because they smashed through it with their lacrosse balls and they wrote Go CUSE on it. It was not graffiti. Also, in the mist of that conversation, this guy thought it was important for me to know, that he had a half black son. I m not sure why I needed to know that information but OK. He then goes on to tell me that his child experiences certain things in school. For whatever reason, this guy thought it was OK for him to use the word N#gger in my home. We don t even use that word. My heart went into my throat because I could not believe that I was sitting in my own home, in my kitchen, at my kitchen table across from this man. I never felt more insulted in my home, disrespected in my home I felt sick to my stomach and I didn t know how to respond. Then the lightbulb went off. Your company thought that it was the best interest to close the sale by sending someone over here that could relate to me . You thought because of the graffiti , the amount of money The fact that I was a black woman that I needed your charity, not to mention that nothing about the program was ever brought up. I am an educated black woman. I have my degree. I pay for this house on the awesome salary that I make from my job and I don t need your handouts. I also don t need a racist person coming into my house or doing any of the work I need done. I am highly disgusted by how I ve been treated by your company. I really hope that you don t treat other people like this.

No idea how they have such a high rating, guess I am just the lucky one that got the installers first day. After 6 months of many missed appointments, 2 times out to throw more caulk on the problem, the 1 trip to have someone put up trim that should have been put in at the original install, and now what to send someone out again to clean up the messy workmanship. Im done. The only thing that can make this better is some kind of refund on the install-Will you do that???? Probably not so I am not going to let you waste anymore of my time. If you need new windows pay the extra money and go to Anderson- the job will get done right.

The entire experience was amazing. I cant get over how amazing pro edge is. Jen Quiles Is an amazing rep who not only shows you why these windows are amazing but she also has amazing follow up for any question you have. And when they say these windows pay for themselves and save money, Im telling you they really do. Mind you, the installers should be called Artisans. I have a very old home which had very crooked old windows. The dedication of the installers to making it look perfect was really something to see. My install was in March. My April bill was immediately about 200 dollars lower and then when my may bill came today I was floored. May was half of April. So I looked at this time last year too and my bill really is about 75% lower already... and Ive only replaced half the windows so far. Because thats the other thing. You can finance them, or do down payment and pay it off when install comes. You can do them in sets so its not all the money at once. Im telling you this company and Jen are both pretty amazing. If knowing that they make the windows sell the windows and have amazing installers isnt enough... add in that your electric/gas bill dramatically decreases, and trust me, these windows are beautiful and pay for themselves

We signed for a door and were mislead about what would be accomplished with the install. Then a pushy change order was brought to us and now it has been 4 months without the door, and I have tried to contact them numerous times to discuss the fact that the install will not actually be able to be accomplished like they originally said it would be.

The five star reviews on here are fake. If you make the mistake of inquiring of this company they will not stop calling and texting you (even after asking to be removed from the list). They will talk over you rudely, and will be very pushy trying to get personal information from you. They will call from a familiar area code, if you dont answer, theyll immediately call from another number or restricted. I wouldnt do business with them simply because of their rudeness, pushiness, sneakiness, and harassment.

Samuel C. (Representative) who visited us today is great on providing point on information and detail on the estimate/quote for our windows and sliding doors. He is very nice, professional, friendly and truthful on explaining details on their products and services. Their quote are a bit of super expensive BUT really promising since it is the best quality of windows I seen and could not be matched versus Renewal by Anderson, Anderson and Pella. Sad that we could not commit on the spot on todays price since we have budget constraint but they are the best in class with regards to the quality of their windows. Very durable, high % insulated triple pane or double pane which is more high quality. Expensive at more than 27k than Pellas price and 8x the price of Comfort Windows, if they could do a 2-3 or a week to decide and not the on the spot commit, they will gain more trustworthiness and respect. IMHO - Im a local level 8 reviewer and IT Support, I know how to spot fake 5* reviews and legit ones. I searched for their 1* reviews that those are the real ones challenges I choose not to experience. Hopefully they could improve their services to prevent or lessen such negative reviews. They are promising but hoping for a better improvement like quote sent to emails and no pressure by on the spot todays price commitment. Nice sales pitch and presentation but super expensive.

I had read the positive reviews and was looking forward to finding a contractor who was professional, on-time, and delivered on its promises. Sadly, this company isnt it. #unproedge We had scheduled an appointment for 10am this morning. I left work, drove home, and waited on the front porch, enjoying the still cool day with my dog. Id expected the sales rep to show up 5 to 10 minutes early as other contractors had. Nope. No problem, he could be running late from another sales call. 10am comes and goes...no show, no call. Im not upset. I wait. At 10 after I decide to just call the company to let them know that he hasnt shown up yet and find out the status. I provide my information and inform the representative that the salesman never showed. Im put on hold. When she comes back, she tells me that he had gotten a flat tire, was about 30 minutes away, and wouldnt be able to make it today. Now I understand that flat tires can happen to anyone. Ive had them. But the failure to call me...that was the disappointing part. Its not like the flat just happened. If hes supposed to be at my house at 10am and hes still 30 minutes away, then the flat happened at least by 9:20 or earlier (if the salesman truly had a flat, maybe they made him or it up?). If hes waiting 45 minutes for roadside assistance as the representative stated, he had time to contact me or have someone at the company call me. The phone representative asked me to reschedule and offered a $500 discount off of any purchase to make up for todays inconvenience. I said thanks and asked her to send the details of the discount to me in writing. She responded that her company would have it in its own records. And I responded that I feel better having it in my records. She said she wasnt sure she could send it to me and would have to check. That set off some yellow flags. What sort of company makes you an offer of a discount, but is unwilling to put it in writing? Thats just sketchy behavior. So we schedule the appointment for tomorrow, and I keep my eyes out for an email from them. About 3 hours later I check...no email with the promised discount. Rather than call them again, I send a text to the number from which they had originally reached out to me to schedule the appointment. I asked them to send me the offer in writing. And they respond that they have it in their records. Its a sketchy broken record, which only gets worse. So I decide to cancel the appointment for tomorrow. The company responds with rudeness and lies that it sent me the information multiple times in writing. Im a pretty chill small town guy. If a company - doesnt communicate clearly, - no shows without calling - refuses to send a promised discount in writing - and lies why would I or anyone want to work with them? Also, one of the lessons that I learned in business, having been a small business owner myself, is that when a customer is complaining, theyre giving you an opportunity to fix the problem. What they want to see and hear is you take ownership of the problems and will take steps to address them. This company didnt do any of that. I gave them opportunities...they went low instead of high. PS - Ive since gone back to look at other reviews of the company and found that my experiences are not unique. People post about the rudeness and inconsistency. Im actually glad the sales rep didnt show up today as it provided me an opportunity to get a better sense of the company and see how poorly they treat people. Also, note the companys response below. Its not a real response where they take ownership of the issues and ask me to reach out to give them another chance to show how good they really are. Nope. This was just superficial pr for the Google review...a phony apology.

I had 9 windows installed as part of a seasonal room (about a week ago). The installers did a great job, were courteous, and I am happy with the outcome of their hard work (on a very hot day). They also left my place clean (took away debris, cleaned up saw dust, etc.). I highly recommend ProEdge.

Best advice I can give go somewhere else window was installed crooked and done horrible. I could of did a better job myself not worth 8k for 6 windows to be installed wrong. Call another company shop around please do yourself a favor. They will not help or fix it. Besides service they said comes with it does not they lie to get the sale and then your stuck. Trust me do not use this company. Anyone wants pictures as proof just comment to me or reach out. Worst company for windows. Liars and scammers.

The sales representative was pleasant. He showed windows, explained our options and gave us a quote. Windows were ready to install about 3 weeks earlier than promised. The subcontractor came and installed all windows and cleaned up after themselves. Everything was done professionally. Windows look good. Since I had them only 2 months its hard to tell how they will perform through out the years, but I dont have any complaints at this point. The subcontractor that installed them told that he likes this windows, quality is good and they are not worth than Andersons. They should last me about 20 years.(standard time for good quality windows) Company representative called today to find out if everything works OK or if I have any issues or questions. She also told to save her phone. In case I have any questions and problems in the future I should call them and they will address it and replace window if needed. Company provides lifetime guarantee for their products. As of right now Im satisfied with ProEdge windows and company services.

Mark and his crew were amazing. The entire process was seamless. I was a little nervous bc some of the reviewers noted that they felt pressured. This was not our experience at all. From start to finished it was a pleasure. We had replaced very old andersons, over 40 years old. We made some of the windows larger and again Mark and his crew were so professional. Looking forward to having more work done in the near future. We had 29 windows replaced.

Worst company in the world they blow up your phone non stop for no reason because they got nothing better to do ! Also steal quotes and information from others to try and steal customers information!

First they will bait and switch you with their ad. Extremally pushy with phone calls. They will call you none stop, from all different numbers. They will call once fast hang up call again, and they never leave messages, they will also call you from blocked numbers They offer 10% off if you buy the windows that day, if that isnt enough they will call someone and they can give you more off, then a day later they call you and they have a promo and want to set up another meeting. They quoted us around 20k for 10 windows installed. Shop local and find a local handyman.

Be careful. Dont ever let them get a hold of your phone number. I have gotten 7 calls and 2 text messages in 5 days from this company. Each call, Ive asked them to please take me off their list, that Im not interested right now and cant afford it right now. The man that called me today pushed me over the top to leave a review. He was rude, pushy, and argued with me and honestly gaslit me and told me they dont have a database. When I continued to tell him that I couldnt afford anything right now, he talked over me and just asked why I filled out the form over and over again. I am not interested. Please take me off your list, ban me from your database, burn my contact info, whatever you have to do. Just do not call me again.

I was paid a visit from your rep about 2 weeks ago. I also had a rep from another company scheduled for 10 AM. Both showed up at 9:30 so your rep had to wait out in his truck for over an hour. He wasn t scheduled to come. After giving his demo we couldn t agree on a price which I thought was exorbitant. He said he would send a manager out to negotiate a better price. About a week later this guy shows up and I had a funny feeling about the way he presented himself. He opened his laptop and the battery was low so he ask to plug it in. Ok. Then he went to write and asked to borrow a pen. As he fumbled with his paperwork I brought him out a piece of plywood to write on. After some meaningless conversation, he gave me a today only price. I said no to that as I wasn t going to be pressured. I ask to be given a few days to decide but he wasn t having it. He got really huffy and his computer fell off the couch arm and hit the floor. He said he was never coming back and was really pissed that he drove all this way to not make a sale. He literally threw on his coat and ran out of the house. If I were ProEdge , I would fire this idiot on the spot. This is the worst type of representation a company could ever have. I replied that I didn t want him coming back either. You may have a quality product but your employees need better training.

I simply was looking for info online and received a text and two calls wishing 30 seconds so I answered to just let them know I wasn t interested and to take my number off the list. Jenny diddnt listen to my request- interrupted me and I had to firmly tell her I was not interested and to stop calling me. I get calling to follow up but she was really aggressive and argumentative for no reason. I m so confused by this and I ll never use this company for sure. Do better

From the sales pitch to the installation ProEdge remodeling was respectful, knowledgeable, friendly. The offer a great guarantee on their product and workmanship. Their windows are MADE in the USA!!! The windows were installed a month earlier than originally expected and they showed to start installing them one hour earlier than the time given. They also did a great job cleaning up.

I am very disappointed in the service of this company. I had 2 very expensive doors installed 3 weeks ago. I have called twice, chatted with Linda once, left a message once. No return calls. I have issues with installation and finish work which need to be resolved.

When we wanted a quality replacement for our old sliding glass door in our kitchen and a new front door for our house, we contacted ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. (Previously, they had installed new windows in our house and we were pleased with the cost and the workmanship of the installation and we decided to use them again.) They sent a design planner who sat down with us to quantify our requirements and provide cost expectations. Both items were to be custom made us and were ordered from their factory. We were contacted by ProEdge Remodeling when they received and inventoried the new products at their location and our installation was scheduled. On the day of the installation, four men arrived. The team removed the old sliding glass door and house front door and made substantial modifications to the houses frame to accommodate the new items. The installation team was polite, knowledgeable and demonstrated craftsmanship in their removal and installation tasks. They answered all of our questions and left their work sites in excellent condition. I strongly recommend ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built.

The team that did my windows were very efficient, they thoroughly cleaned up any mess they made each night. I love my windows, I get many compliments on how nice they look!!

I would never recommend this company to anyone. Their sales tactics are awful. A sales guy comes and and gives you 3 quotes, a price if you agree on the spot, a month price, and year price. We said no to day of price because we were getting multiple quotes and the sales guy couldn t leave faster. The next day (Sunday) I was already receiving phone calls from the company. This continued along with text messages. I answered and was told there is a great new opportunity for Advertising dollars. I said no thank you and understand I may not be getting the best price but I have month and year prices. I continued to get calls and had to tell them to stop calling. Was still getting calls and told them stop again. I finally said I would not do business because of the amount of calling they have been doing (multiple times a day or when you say to stop calling). I would never do business with this company. I will happily pay some more for a company who allows me to make a decision without pressure or multiple calls.

This is our 2nd winter with this so called roof insulation like nasa uses. Looks like aluminum foil. It is not any warmer than before we spent 4000 for this useless material. First visit I thought they did blown in insulation and once they got here oh we dont do that DONT BUY THAT SERVICE.

I just wanted to thank Mike Bloom and David Tiilly as well as the 2 men Mark, is1 of the installers I didnt get the other gentlemans name they wasnt here long enough to get to know them Because thats how fast they was done as well as professional and clean! My wife was shocked because she just knew there was going to be some cleaning. I knew there was going to be furniture to put back but not at all they done a great job and I want the world to know it was a very fair price for the quality I could not find cheaper with instalation as well.I want to thank you all for such a great job all the way around.I really appreciate the job that was done and Ill be using them again since I have 27 windows on my home. Im showing and telling all my friends as well as family to go to Proedge Remodeling for all there windows and doors.!

The Pro edge Team delivered on what they promised, The installation crew was excellent, windows were installed and clean up was complete, you would never know they were there when completed.. They also put the blinds back up when finished, we did not expect that. We would highly recommend Pro Edge and will contact them when we are in need of windows in the future. Thank you again

We wanted to get seven storm windows replaced. We live in an old row house built in 1879, and the windows have non-standard sizes. We had trouble finding contractors who would replace only the storm windows - most of them wanted to do the inner windows as well. Then we found ProEdge. Business with ProEdge was a positive experience. Your representative explained your product to us and the steps that would be necessary. It was clear that it would take a long time to construct windows which would fit. It turned out to require four full months (we only wish you had given us progress reports). The installation itself went very well. The two workers were nice, punctual, and conscientious. When one of our old windows caused serious difficulties, the workers did a really nice job in creating a solution. We have had the new storm windows for a week now, and we think they are consistent with what your representative promised. They keep the rooms warmer, keep the cold air outside, and, last but not least, they look attractive. Taken all together, we would definitely recommend your business, your product, and your workers.

We had 13 windows replaced in our house and Pro Edge was professional from start to finish. Consultant came and showed all windows and explained different types. Windows were measured and fit was perfect. What a difference it made in our house. They even put our shutters back up. Workers were curious, professional and explained all aspects of installation. Thats why when we needed a sliding door we went right back to Pro Edge. Our slider was just installed and is perfect. Loving all our windows and slider. So easy to clean now. Thanks Pro Edge.

They were a bit more expensive than other estimates but worth every penny. They did amazing work, put all the window shades and furniture back, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Their product is great and have a lifetime warranty. They replaced 15 windows in our home in one day and it looks wonderful. Awesome company to do business with.

I had all my windows replaced. I also replaced my front door and patio door. I couldn t be happier. In all my years of having construction done, i have never seen a more meticulous crew then Jasons crew. Jason has an eye for detail. Eddie does great work. And Dave does a fantastic cleaning. Couldn t be any happier. Will definitively use them again for my other 2 doors.

Called three or four times about trim hanging down on bottom of window ask for them to fix it because never gotten nailed up properly they answered said somebody will call you back but never happens been over6 months sales man very good but repair sucks, after My review, someone showed up within a day to fixed my trim on the window, disappointed it took a review to get it done, but they are very nice windows.

I had custom built in to put new windows and a new sliding door. They came when they promised, the whole process was very easy. The installers did a superb hub leaving no mess and making sure no details was overlooked. The windows themselves are a great product, easy to open and close and super clear. Everyone I dealt with was professional, polite and treated me like a valued customer. The Salesman, David, was thorough in explaining the product the company offers for my project. Bill coordinated the final measurements and the installation crew. I was not expecting the work to be done until early November. It was done October 21, 2020, weeks early. The installation crew, Ivan and Vito, were clean, professional and installed my six windows in a half day (replacing original windows from 1937 when the house was built). They were very careful of my outdoor plants and interior belongings. They thoroughly cleaned up and replaced the blinds hardware they had to remove to do the job. Youd be hard pressed to know they were even there. They were professional and true craftsmen. I cannot be happier with the quality of the windows or the service provided by ProEdge Remodeling by Custom Built. They are worth every penny I paid and they look so natural. I highly recommend this company and their quality windows to anyone who wants windows to truly last a lifetime, and then some.

Dont use this company. We had gutter master shield installed and they are not right. We scheduled the maintenance team to come an fix them but they cancelled two times already. Communication with the company is frustrating and often incomplete. The secretary is the only contact and you never know when they are coming/not coming. I wish I never contracted with them. Lousy service. They also use subcontractor to install them and some are good/some are bad. The salesman also never delivered a contract to us.

Only got to the the door (6/28/2019) to door salesman. He wore a Yankee Hat and was very persistent. In 90 degree weather... poor son of a gun. I got good vibes and when I ready to do something Ill get an estimate.

Similar to another customer review, our salesman quoted a price for our windows and a few weeks later, manager Chris came out to tell us that the pricing would be much higher. They made an error knowing that we needed a color on outside due to HOA. After several calls months later to the company, at what should be time of installation, we were told that our order was never placed. Jim, general manager, tells us they sent a letter and return deposit, didn t we receive it? They tell us there was no way they d make money on the order based on THEIR quote. Additionally, their brochure used during sales pitch says they are Better Business Bureau rated. They are NOT rated and Jim says their sales person mis-represented. This is a crooked company with slimy management practices. Stay away and save yourself the headache.

The installation team arrived on time and were very courteous and professional. My house had some settlement issues which caused the installation of my patio door to be a bit more complicated. They handled this efficiently and expertly. I couldnt be happier with my new patio door and the whole installation process.

Glad we replaced our old contractor grade windows with these high quality ones. So noticeable the warmth in our home now. The whole process went smoothly, from the sales team, financing, to install team. The crew that came in were professional, stayed late on a Friday night to finish and took their time to get it right. Cleaned up after and even vacuumed rooms they were in. Have upgraded the value of our home and glad we went with Custom Built after we shopped a lot of other brands.

We are replacing our windows in stages and now the first stage is complete. Custom Built replaced 5 windows so far and we couldn t be happier. From the salesman Chris to the installation manager Bill to the installers Jose and Justin we have been informed through the entire process. Terrible job! When placing trim around windows , Got caulk all over window sashes cannot get off.Also broke pieces of trim when installing around windows on more than one window instead of replacing it filled in with caulk to hide breaks.. Real Professional.. If i had something else to replace kitchen window they installed i would tear it out and start over. Should have went with anderson .. Too bad have to give any stars.

I have been waiting now 13 and a half weeks on install of an exterior entry door after an initial estimate of 6 weeks. Today I was told its still at the factory and wont be in until after the holidays, so at least two more weeks. Every deadline has been missed, and Ive had to call for an update each time - not once have they reached out to me. The excuses given each time have been things that should have been under their control (financing paperwork, delayed ordering, incorrect paint work), and accompanied by a half hearted apology at best. More often the manager, Jim Phillips, seems put out that Im bothering him while hes with another customer. The bulk of the delays have been blamed on the factory, which is confusing to me when one of Custom Builts selling points is that they manufacture their own product and control the entire process. The attitude of I dont have the door, theres nothing I can do for you doesnt inspire confidence that they will do anything to meet the 5th delivery date that I was given today. On a previous call he offered a refund if the 12/21 date wasnt met, but there was no mention of that today. Additionally, Ive been unable to reach the (initially helpful) salesperson we signed the contract with, and the number he gave me for his manager was false or incorrect. Overall, this has been a frustrating and infuriating experience. I have not had a single encouraging interaction with the company to date, and Im expecting continued arguments in the near future.

Salesman Jim came to our house to give us estimate on a roof replacement $ 17000 signed paperwork and gave him a $4000 dollar down payment in November 2018 Told $110 dollars a month for 120 months then in December Chris a manager said there was a prob came over with papers to sign payment is gonna be $251 dollars a month now and 14% interest instead of the 9.9% quoted said they wouldnt make money $13000 interest for a $17000 roof really. Said they would get back to me the next week never did ! A month later after threatening to turn them in and numerous phone calls and going to their business I got my money back Said I slipped through the cracks Very poor customer service and did not do what contract was signed to do
