Scheduled an appointment to have my front windows tinted to match the rear on my new F150. Completely forgot about the appointment even though I received text confirmations/reminders. Adrien gave me a ring in the afternoon to see if I wanted to reschedule and couldn t have been any nicer about it. When I finally came in to get the tint done I was in/out in under an hour. Waited at the shop super comfortable. Adrien did a great job with the tint, and a lifetime warranty on the tint is a great bonus. I d highly recommend anyone to drop in and give Tint King your business.

Weve been getting our vehicle windows tinted at Tint King for years. We wouldnt go anywhere else. They are always quick to get us in and stand behind their work 100%. Tint King has tinted the windows in my last 3 trucks. They do an amazing job. The work is PERFECT, I never had an issue with the tint in any of my vehicles, ever. This is a professional tinting company, the tint is laser cut to specification TO ORDER, and then installed with craftsman-level attention to detail. No teenager cutting the film in with a razor blade here! I will NEVER use another tint installer. There is no one better in the Capital Region!

Made an appointment to have my husband s front windows of his truck tinted. The truck was pulled in right on time and I was in and out within 45 minutes. The windows look great and match the factory tint on the back windows. Highly recommend, great customer service!

What a great experience I had with Adrian and what a great product the ceramic window film is!! It cuts down on heat transfer into the sprinter van and definitely cuts out the UV through the giant windshield and side windows. This is the only place in the capital region where I could find the clear ceramic tint. The Air 90 tint is basicly clear, so you can put it on your front windows and windshield and still pass the state inspection with no issues, but it still blocks the heat and uv rays. Had it done to my car when I lived down south, so when we bought my wifes car I knew we needed it and had to call almost a dozen places before I found somebody who could do it. On top of all that, the customer service was second to none. They were super accommodating and willing to work with our schedule, and were genuinely some of the nicest people I have ever done business with. Without a doubt I will be taking every car that I own in the future here

Drove 3 hours just to get my tint redone from a previous shop that didn t do a good job. Tint King is the place to go!! I love how my windows & windshield came out! No scratches, pockets, or any errors on the tint itself! Also, I was impressed with how I could go back into the shop and see how my truck was coming along, as well as being shown the many options of tint I could have on my windows! Added LLumar Air 90 to the windscreen, driver and passenger windows of my cargo van. Controls the heat and doesnt tint the view. Adrian and Katie recently became the new owners. You will not find a more professional, courteous operation. (Also there is coffee and wifi in a comfortable waiting area.) Definitely a Multi-Plus business!

The best customer service experience I ve ever received. We showed up 30min early for my appointment because we had to walk back to work. Katie saw it was raining and drove us to work so we would not be wet or late, what an angel. They took about two hours to tint the windows and did an amazing job and went above and beyond. Tint King did an amazing job this past summer on my new truck! The tints made it look super badass! Needless to say, I broke my passenger window this past week and got it fixed, leaving me with an untinted window. BE Aware - clearly this owner must be rich and does need new business - because I was blown off more than once trying to schedule!!!!! I would love to say I was rating the actual work performed however, I cant because they were a no call, no show . I made an appt 10 days in advance, they scheduled me for a Saturday at 1pm. I received a text confirmation Wednesday, which I replied to immediately to confirm. They sent a 2nd text confirmation Thursday, which I again immediately replied to confirm. I cleared my Saturday calendar, which included arranging a ride to pick me and drop me back off, as they requested I leave the car for 4 hours that day. I arrived at 12:45 for my 1pm appt to find the building locked and no one there. I waited 30 minutes thinking perhaps they went to lunch or something. At 1:05 I called and emailed, no answer. AT 1:15 I called again, no answer. Obviously, I was stood up....... I received an email Sunday evening from owner stating they had an emergency Saturday and would call me tomorrow ( Monday ) to make things right). I replied to her, to thank her sand say I was still interested. I thought it was weird they had no one to call and advise they could not keep the appt but was willing to give benefit of the doubt as she stated they had emergency. Monday came and went, no call...again I gave benefit of doubt as they are closed Monday usually. Now it is Tuesday, at noon, no contact. I emailed her AGAIN to inquire....no reply, no call, nothing! Tint Kings quote was a lot more than the other companies, almost $100.00 more, however I have always believed that you get what you pay for.....not the case here..... They are more expensive than everyone else around and clearly do not take their business serious, which is fine if they want to fail, except they have now wasted my time more than once.... Incredibly unprofessional and not customer first at all!!!! 3/22/23 adding to this review, I shared my experience with details and honestly, the owner has replied to say that I should have understood they had an emergency and tried calling them back instead of being disgruntled and posting a review. ......well, I did understand. If you read the original review, I told her understood and I was interested in still doing business, this was Sunday. She emailed me Sunday, to state she would call me tomorrow ( Monday ) to make things right. She never did. I emailed her on Monday to check in...and received nothing back. I then called the shop on Tuesday at 12:13, no answer and no return call. I also emailed Tuesday at 12:17... again it went unanswered. A simple call to fix, apologize, anything, would have resolved this. I would have even been willing to write a nice rebuttal if they had just called or emailed me yesterday to try to fix this. Instead, they apparently only found the time to reply to the Google review yesterday and try to spin this on me...not cool ! Being labeled disgruntled in their reply, for not continuing to track down a business to convince them to accept my business - well, that is surprising. After all, it was the Katie that offered to call me Monday to fix things ..... not the other way around. I was more than understanding and tried many times to communicate... I received no communication back. I then reviewed my experience here with honesty and details. If it wasnt what you wanted to read on a review, then you should look at your business practices and perhaps change some processes within, and not blame the customer for stating what they experienced. At this point, there is no reason for Tint King to reply to this, you will just seem defensive and blame the customer for your failure to communicate and properly handling your business....I could never trust my vehicle here anyway after all this. I found a company that has an awesome Google reputation for their work and for $90.00 less. Good luck!

I was very pleased with the service that Tint King provided. I went in to get all 5 windows done and Adrian and Katy ( hope I got the names right) not only exceeded my expectations but they also gave me an upgrade without charging extra. Now dont go there expecting to get an upgrade. But I mention that to give you an idea of what kind of people they are. Due to circumstances they felt that was the best decision, and let me remind you they didnt have to do that. Their work is perfect, they pay very good attention to detail and it was well worth every penny, not to mention they are a friendly duo who make you feel special and give you VIP treatment. Please dont hesitate do get your car worked on. You wont regret it.

Nice staff. Spacious, clean facility. High quality work. I personally wish there was more to the waiting area than two chairs and a TV. It would also be very good and efficient to hire another installer to decrease the drawn out appointment window.

With endless options in the area for window tinting at first it was hard to weed through and find the best. Tint King turned out to be just that. This is a local, honest family owned business that deserves some recognition for the high quality work they put out. Dave was extremely helpful, very informative, and most importantly does fantastic work.

Very clean and professional business. After a few days I can confirm the tint looks perfect. The price aligns with the quality. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the time it took to complete. The job started over 1.5 hours after my appointment time that was made weeks in advance. Driving over an hour away this was the only frustrating part. I also understand this is a family owned business which I aim to support and will bring more cars here. Next time I will ask to be more mindful of the scheduled appointment time. I m happy to pay for the quality and also realize I save time long term by not having to bring the car back to fix mistakes.

Tint King is the best place to get your vehicle tinted in the capital region hands down. I have had several vehicles tinted here over the years and the quality/ attention to detail is top notch. Had my Camry tinted yesterday and it came out amazing.

Very professional place. I took my Maserati G to get tinted. As you can imagine I wanted this car in a safe and secured location. They where able to hold my car as I was going away for work for a few days and the whole time they had it it was secured in there shop. Tints came out great! And Dave even stayed late at the shop for me when it was time for me to pick up the car as I was coming back later in the evening from being out of town due to work. I will strongly recommend this location to get your car tinted here !

My tint came out flawless! Dave did amazing. I was worried because my last car I had done (somewhere else) and there was so many bubbles I just peeled it. But after getting quoted $350 and $450 at places with bad reviews, I decided to go here. $300 after tax! I had it put on my MK6.5 GLI (follow me on insta @kc6.5 ) because Im going to a car show at the end of the month and needed tint to complete my look. I will definitely be back with my husbands Audi!

Very professional excellent work

Family owned small business that actualy listens to the customer and makes a recommendation that is not based solely on what is the most expensive or biggest sale. Dave takes his time but still manages to pump out your car in a fast fashion. I have now taken no less than 4 vehicles to him and would not hesitate to bring more.

So I really can t attest to their services, but the owner was extremely helpful. I was due for an inspection and the owner made sure to inform me of the laws pertaining to automotive tint. Now that I ve had my inspection done, I will be getting my windows done soon. Will update when I do.

Perfect job on short notice. By far the nicest and cleanest shop I have ever been in. It is the only place I would will use from now on. Ive been going to Tint King for over 10 years and have had several vehicles tinted there. Their work is excellent and the waiting area is very comfortable and accommodating. These are experienced, tint professionals and not just kids working for 12 bucks an hour. You may pay a little more but its well worth it!!!

I was looking for a very experienced and professional installer since I had a little bit of an issue with my last tint job performed by a different installer. Dave and I emailed back and forth a couple times, so he knew exactly what I was looking for and my expectations. Dave assured me and even went above and beyond with accommodating my request on my vehicle. He surpassed my expectations and I will be referring anyone who is looking for a great installer. Also, his shop and waiting room are very clean and inviting, if you decide to wait like I did.

This is the best place I been to this far in my upstate NY experience....these guys do great work with window tinting super persion on there work excellent with handling customers they make you feel right at home I strongly suggest anyone if your thinking bout adding some nice details to your vehicle this is the place duces.

Awesome place!! Got me in to remove my tint with 15 minutes notice, removed it within 30 minutes, and all the staff was extremely friendly. Nice atmosphere! Would highly recommend for tinting services and removal.
