Somebody recommended me to Craftsman Auto Glass for a windshield repair on my 2012 VW Jetta. My insurance company tried sending me to the company they work with which was WAY overpriced. Craftsman came and met me and had my new windshield installed and me on my way in 45 minutes....overall a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone in need of glass repair.

My experience with Scott was hands down amazing. He was great to talk to and he always makes time for us. The owner of the company has been dealing with him for years. Hes a man of his word and is easy to see how true of a guy he really is. Which makes doing business with him a pleasure. He has also worked on my personal vehicle. Came directly to my home. It started to rain a few seconds before he put the glass in( a tiny mist of water might have touch it ) . Due to my lack of experience with windshield application, I wouldnt have known that even a spec of water could ruin the adhesion process and could cause a leak later down the line. He waited there for the rain to stop and redid the entire process. As a car guy myself, I felt as if he treated my vehicle with the upmost respect. I would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone. Scott is truly a Craftsman.
